Location, service and all staff are very very good. It was excellent choice to satay.

Hotel in excellent condition, clean and spacious, breakfast is super, with variety of food, juice, even provide delicious sushi, free side drinks total 16 cans per day, free access to Club at 52 th Floor, we will definitely come back again for the great breakfast and Club

Service was good and its location was also good. Especially in approaching sathorn pier.

breakfast buffet was very good though lacking AC so expect to sweat. Club lounge is good but not as good as Hilton or Hyatt and it closes at 6pm. The sky bar is a complete rip off, I would go take photos and leave

we stayed at the tower club which meant we had a suite. it was a large room with free sodas and water and a nice view from the balcony. hot water pressure was good , though mattress was too hard for my preference

It will be appreciated if the hotel can provide Chrome Cast function on TV, and provide to and from shuttle Tuk Tuk service throughout the day time, just as the free shuttle boat service provided by other hotel

Shopping is absolutely brilliant has taken us a week so far to explore the hotel towers shopping plus shopping endless around hotel streets. Best shopping so far that I have experienced in Bangkok

Love to be near the boat taxis , lots of shopping around the hotel as well as a few markets and restaurants…. Too bad , they wouldn’t let us swim in the second pool and a renovated room would have been nice too …

Our family stayed here for 5 nights and had a great experience. Breakfast every morning was amazing! The staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a 3 bedroom suite for our family of 6. Very spacious and comfortable

The hotel itself is well-equipped with two swimming pools and a decent gym, although some of the workout equipment feels a bit outdated. Overall, it's a great choice for an affordable stay with plenty of amenities

Extra extra large rooms! 😍 comfortable large beds, spacious pool on the mezzanine floor and extensive breakfast buffet is a must. Will always look to stay here when returning to Bangkok

Overall, it was an exceptional experience staying at Lebua (I've stayed at the hotel 3 times) and I will definitely stay here again if I visit Bangkok in the future

Really enjoyed this hotel and the rooms there were some issues with the staff and the valet when it came to checking in, but they sorted a lot of it and apologised

Bedding is comfortable. Even the add-on bed my son say it’s comfortable and we all loves it. Nearby BTS convenient and view of river is lovely.

Very good service & location close to river. Room was good size with good river views. Concierge desk was particularly helpful. Crowded because there was a convention on, but had no issues getting service when requested

Only a few minutes walk away from the nearest BTS. Take a ferry boat across the river to Siam Paragon. Next to the highway so traveling by car is convenient too

Breakfast needs a lot improvement as well as many of the hot dishes are catered for the Indian market, yet not much of authentic Thai cuisine that you would expect from a high-end hotel as the Sheraton Staff are good and helpful and try to make your stay comfortable

Good location, rooms need a lot of improvement, old carpets and smells, some rooms don't have safes,some rooms have uncomfortable beds, we had to change rooms 3 times on 3 different floors, that's how I got to see so many rooms, booked 2 rooms for 7 nights

Would I stay here again, maybe if I can guarantee a good room with a wooden floor and a good bed. Be prepared to see a lot of guests wearing pyjamas at the breakfast restaurant

Great shuttle boat service to Icon Siam and main pier. One is really great with leather seating, and the other is basic. Overall, it was a good experience with a few concerns

I had a fantastic stay for tje 2nd time at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Bangkok. The river views were stunning, and the location made it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable

Talk about the room bed was co comfy as usual, bed made of teak wood? It reminds me of grandpa generation. Shower room water pressure was good but this stay I had not enough time for a bath only shower

Was lucky reception able to give me king size bed & check in at around 12:40. Most of time I travel back to Thailand I choose to stay here cause personally I likes the owner family and Thai style decorations

Even though the hotel is old its kept beautifully and service is outstanding the twin rooms are very spacious and luxurious. We only used the Chinese restaurant for dinner and that too was excellent

Location is great. It is within walking distance to many shopping malls. Rooms are clean and nice. Service is excellent. Receptionist even helped me to search for the direction and route to the place that I want to go.

It says 5-star but some things need quite an improvement. It is a little old, food was ok but coffee was below average for the price

17th floor, cannot hear the road noise only very slightly but that is not bothering. As it was COVID we got an amazing price pratunam is a good area close to malls and with a Quick taxi ride you can get anywhere

Hotel is situated at a convenient location which is linked to centralworld shopping mall. Highly recommended to stay here, top notch service. Love the breakfast buffet which comes with a good selection of food.

Location is superb, just above Central world shopping mall. Breakfast at Ventisi was nice, spread was good and service is good. Room is big and spacious and the king size bed was very very comfortable.

Very good experience in terms of accommodation. Located right above central world shopping mall give us access to also Big C and Siam with just 10 minute walk. Breakfast buffet also impressed us.

Overall, a truly 5 star hotel, clean, brightly lit, breakfast spread has great variety and good restaurants are just a stones throw away. Shopping for local Thai brands all in the same mall

Nice place, 15min walking distance to BTS. 2 teenagers and me sleeping in king bed is good enough. Love the room including mini kitchen and laundry + drying machine, we can wash the clothes in such hot day everyday.

The shower pressure is weak so if you have long hair be patient. So good for laps and many swimmers. Shout out to Baggage staff who were helpful, quick and friendly. Check in staff also helpful and friendly

Plenty of massage shops across from hotel Coffee club - I do not recommend. Slow service, unwelcoming, rude, ungrateful employees they should resign and give their job to someone who would appreciate to have a job

Grab and taxis easy pick up and drop off because of location. Shops - 7 eleven and Tops (supermarket in same street) for drinks, food etc. I do not recommend Lawson 108 convenient store in same building

Because of BTS and Grab service it is convenient to major tourist attractions and other fun locations like MBK mall, Siam Pargon, one Bangkok mall, ICONSIAM, international and domestic airport (both)

a big Clean room, the view was very nice. Location is on a very busy road to get there. but you won’t hear the noise from outside. It’s quite far from tourist attractions.

The hotel was clean and convenience, I had an appointment at Central Ladprao and this hotel is next to the place! Also it’s easy to travel since it’s next to the BTS as well, there are lots of food around and the market where you can walk to

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the shopping center, you can walk through the parking lot without going out to the street, there is also a metro station nearby, the rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, everything went well, we didn't try the breakfasts

Splurge a bit more for their newly renovated rooms “Premier King” and did not regret. Rooms were spacious with separate basin & toilet/shower area. Hotel hospitality was indeed 5 star

Amazing location, walking distance 10 minutes to central world. 5 mins from central embassy Perfect for shoppers. Price is reasonable when compared to other 5* hotels in this area. The only thing missing was a tissue box

The water actually ran hot for as long as I needed it. While the room was kept clean, there were signs of wear and tear, which I am sure is common for older establishments and my reason for 4 of 5 stars

This is a chain of hotels in Bangkok. It is located in walking distance to a mall. It took us about twenty minutes to get to the mall but I walk very slow. The subway is also in walking distance

The location of the hotel is located beside Asiatique. Expect quieter area compared to city area. Service from the hotel staff is excellent. They open the door for your when you arrive from the car or going in the car

The best part of this hotel is definitely the river view. However if you are looking for better hotel facilities or location or service, there are better hotel in Bangkok.

Theres multiple 7E and massage shop outside of the hotel. What i like is about the breakfast buffet. So many varieties and the food options always change after the food finishes. Makes you always want to go a few round

Really a wow factor to me compared to other hotel. If you want to travel to city, theres a complimentary boat shuttle to BTS. From there you can take boat to attractions along the river or BTS to Siam

My family's love the environment, room, BF and service attitude of the staffs. We will choose it when we come to BKK again.

Our check-in was assisted by Miss Parn. Even though her English is not fluent, she was very attentive and tried her best to help us—she came across as warm and motherly. So far, my experience has been good

Good location with spacious bedroom space. 1 thing hotel can improve is add one more pillow for customer it will be better because the pillow is a little too flat

what a brilliant and fantastic view !!!  The lobby bar as well as the signature 1970 bar at the top floor are among the best in Bangkok apart from The Bamboo Bar at Mandarin Oriental and BKK Social Club at Four Seasons is which I like the most…

  Room for improvement: I’d suggest the management to offer some more leisure sitting facilities near the entrance/front desk for guests (like the Mandarin Oriental) as my wife and I have been standing near the entrance long story waiting for taxi……

We loved the hotel, the staff and service were brilliant. Unfortunately the hotel is being knocked down and rebuilt. I'm sure the new one will be as good if not better. Can't wait to stay again when it reopens

Great service, great view, big room, and spacious. The bathtub is large which is great for tall people. Very short walk to Silom MRT and Sala Daeng BTS stations. Would definitely stay here again next time

Very good thing hotel is connected to BTS surasak, 5 station away from siam station. If you want to stay in less crowded place but easy to travel using public transport then this is perfect hotel for you
