I recently stayed at the Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square, and it was an exceptional experience! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bangkok, making it easy to explore shopping and attractions

My room was comfortable and clean enough. The bathroom was large good water pressure. The front manager and staff were attentive, the service above and beyond our expectations

The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and stunning views of the city. My room was immaculately clean and equipped with comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful nights' sleep

The only downside is no night curtains and soundproofing hence you can hear footsteps and talking early in the morning or late at night. Overall, it’s a really pleasant stay and we love the great service!

The lobby was a bit strong with perfume for whom don’t like strong perfume smell. The only thing we are unhappy about our stay is the 850 Thai baht for the early checking fee

I emailed them ahead of time that we would get to the hotel early, and the staff informed us that they could let us check in if there was an available room upon check-in

It was not that expensive, but I feel like you should not scam customers this way. It can be ruined the image of the country because most people first visit Thailand is in Bangkok

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The food at the restaurant was super, but a bit pricey. The housekeeper did a fantastic job making the bed

Clean rooms, a nice pool, a very good breakfast buffet. You can walk to the Royal Palace and Khao San Road, a supermarket and some really good Thai Restaurants are nearby

Location is good and the hotel overall is clean. Service is good! As the hotel is quite new, they are working on there service processes! But the hotel staff if overall very friendly and helpful

We had an incredible view from the 25th floor, huge room, the service was impeccable, I can't really fault anything! I also got it at a very good price so if you think of going there book in advance to get a good rate

You should try the "Singapore Noodles" :) The Concierge calls you a taxi whenever you want. All in all I can only recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to visit Bangkok!

We had an amazing stay at lebua at State Tower! The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the views are breathtaking, especially from the Sky Bar on the 51st and 64th floors

The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel, with a fantastic cheese selection that really impressed me. The swimming pool with its fresh, cold water was the perfect way to start a sunny day in Bangkok

Lastly, I must mention the excellent water pressure and temperature in the shower. After a busy day, there’s nothing quite like a refreshing shower, and Lebua’s facilities did not disappoint

The staff are super friendly! The rooms are all large suites on high floors. Our room has a balcony with a great view of Bangkok and the river

This is a fantastic 5 star hotel, riverside and right across from the superb ICON SIAM mall, arguable the best mall in Bangkok. The hotel provides a free ferry to cross the river

Plus, the pool and outside gardens are so serene and relaxing. All the grounds are well kept. The gym and spa are FIRST class. I stay at 5 star hotels on a regular basis, and in Bangkok, Shangri-La is my favorite one

The hotel's amenities are of the highest quality with clean, beautiful rooms, exceptional on-site restaurants, incredible service, a fabulous grand lobby complete with Piana Player and a truly amazing lobby bar

Great check in experience from Fonné today who called up to see if our room was ready for check in when we arrived with the expectation of just having our luggage stored until check in time! Room good on executive floor but lack of plug sockets

The only thing to be aware of is that occasionally some traffic noise could be heard over night in the room facing the road, but I believe this would be the same wherever you stayed in central Bangkok

The view is good from level 43, which may actually be more like level 30 since many floors are skipped. There is a new development which may affect the view in the future. Another night to sleep before onto the next one

In the room the decoration is classic style, the bed the best I've had this holiday but with the shutter blinds it's too bright and hard to sleep after 6am. The shower door opens the wrong way

The Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok is one of the best hotels in Bangkok. Incredible hospitality and very courteous staff. Directly located in Silom district. The architecture of the main house is unique

Excellence hotel in a good location. It 's close to Lumpini park and not far from Patphong. Easy to access both sky train(bts) and under ground(mrt).

Unfortunately the hotel was closed in January 2019. A new hotel and business complex is being built on the site. Hopefully the new hotel will continue its great history

In the old days, the Oriental Hotel, alongside Thailand's leading local-based hotel was dilapidated stand out. MRT Station and BTS station, close to tourism, business and also location is the best.

This is a 5 star hotel, we booked for 4 nights then added another 3. we had a corner room with river views. The room is big, views amazing and everything you need is here

When my wife showed her disappointment then they said "Okay, we have found one". We had a baby with us and our booking clearly mentioned that we needed a room with king sized bed. So this was not a good experience

A shopping centre Terminal 21 is next door and a free hotel shuttle bus drops you off down town at preset times. Happy to recommend the Montien
