The lobby was a bit strong with perfume for whom don’t like strong perfume smell. The only thing we are unhappy about our stay is the 850 Thai baht for the early checking fee

I emailed them ahead of time that we would get to the hotel early, and the staff informed us that they could let us check in if there was an available room upon check-in

It was not that expensive, but I feel like you should not scam customers this way. It can be ruined the image of the country because most people first visit Thailand is in Bangkok

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The food at the restaurant was super, but a bit pricey. The housekeeper did a fantastic job making the bed

The location is also perfect if you wish to explore the city center, it's relatively close without being too noisy

Location is good and the hotel overall is clean. Service is good! As the hotel is quite new, they are working on there service processes! But the hotel staff if overall very friendly and helpful

The hotel is brand new, very clean. We booked the room with the tube and it was just AWESOME. Stuff helpful and very friendly. They even have a swimming pool. Overall highest standard, I recommend it to everyone

Got a pleasant stay here. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The hotel locates near an MRT station and sightseeing places. The room is spacious with great soundproof.

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in Bangkok. Located in the old part of the city, with the best swimming pool location you can ever dream of

The accommodation is renovated from a house built during the reign of King Phraya Cholfumpanich. The accommodation is very good, the pool is good

I like the fact that there is almost no typical front desk/concierge (they do this at room check-in). It makes you feel like you are in a real home. And what a house! Great job renovating such a charming building

An area of Bangkok I don't normally stay in, it's a nice retreat in a more residential area surrounded by private schools but also plenty of street food and a 20 minute walk from a brand new retail development with good restaurants

Very pretty boutique hotel. Only 38 rooms. Facilities include dining room, spa centre, conference room, pool set in an oasis of greenery and gym. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great little oasis in the city. Good restaurant, clean rooms and excellent staff. Lush grounds with a cool refreshing pool after a long day of touristing. It's not in a tourist area so get ready to mix with the locals

If marketing as a health resort, they should consider one separate smoking area instead of allowing it anywhere in the courtyard. Front desk is incredibly helpful and will get you a metered taxi in moments

It was a wonderful oasis. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The grounds and pool area were beautifully maintained. The spa service was top notch. Kid-friendly. Everyone loved it.

I live on the other side of the city but chose this hotel because top quality care and luxury is more important to me than location, that said the air here is way cleaner than Sukhumvit and it does not flood like Sukhumvit

I could have ordered from 7-11, but chose not to do so, so there are other options if you aren't keen on the cuisine. I really must emphasize the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to make me feel at home

The service was outstanding, and hotel staff were available on Line at all times and extremely quick to respond to requests. I had everything I could possibly need delivered to my door within minutes

1) top quality western and Thai food beef bolognese, chicken steak and chips a variety of burgers curries and salads, bonus menu and 7-11 delivery service. 2) Caring gentle nurses for covid testing

While I didn't use the smart TV often, it is a cool amenity to have - positioned well and of a good size. Internet was super-fast, so streaming and downloading were no problem at all

It is located in the heart of Chinatown, close to the subway and the boat, which makes getting around the city very easy. Vibrant markets and street food are very close by which makes the experience very interesting

The rooms are good, clean and quiet, although the bathrooms need updating. The breakfast is good and varied. The terrace offers a magnificent view over the city

I was staying at the hotel for my quarantine period, I never saw the hotel as such, but the rooms were very comfy and the services that the hotel supplied were second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff

Only one fault which I did speak to management about was that all rooms during the COVID outbreak should have microwave facilities, as a lot of the time meals were cold by the time they arrived

The only negative for me was that the food menu is quite limited, you are asked to select for the next 3 days your breakfast, lunch and dinner from a selection of 10 dishes for each meal

The positives include comfortable bed, hot shower with good water pressure, cool air con, small fridge, easy to clean room by myself as there's no room service allowed

Also supplied were metal cutlery, bowl and plate with facilities to wash and clean myself, to reduce the vast amounts of plastic being used during quarantine

Stayed here for 15 days ASQ quarantine in August, overall good experience and good value as one of the cheapest ASQ options

Great hotel, staff not friendly. Not a cozy place, a very early Breakfast, and noisy road nearby. A bunch of Chinese people. Live better in the heart of Bangkok, near the shopping center.

The property has seen better days. The food is good for breakfast, though the coffee is thick, bitter and strong. I didn't try the tea because it was as dark as the coffee

The Dim-sum here was average. But what's very superb was the waiters hospitality. Parking is free if you are here for that. But the hotel is very accessible by mass transit or taxi for tourists.

Unlike in America they don't beg for cash as you walk by, but there are abandoned buildings that don't seem to be getting worked on and it's not a great neighborhood. Khao San road is less than a ten minute walk away

I didn't try the coffee shop pastries though they looked good. The location is good at an axis of several major streets, but through no fault of the hotel, there are many vagrants along the streets of the hotel

The hotel has it's long history since WW II. I personally like some old but charismatic character of the place. The room is big, it offers 1 single bed and 1 double bed which I found quite comfy

Room was large and well equipped bathroom and shower area were like a spa! I spent more time in my room than I thought I would because of this! Breakfast had everything you could ask for and it was great that service started at 6am, great way to start the day

Wish to congratulate the team at Khaosarn road IBIS on the job well done. I have an amazing stay over this past fourteen days of self isolate. Upon the smooth transition of airport pick up to the very polite taxi driver

Electronic payment mini bar full stocking with snacks or protein bars would be a great implement as this would be the new normal in the course of time. Airport did not have ATM and exchange boots were not operated

I haven't tried varieties of foods on the menu, but my room service had been spot on. I also wish to convey mine appreciation toward the teams of attentive and light handed nurse stations in this hotel too

Very fast and efficient checked in the process. The room had been pre air-conditioning. Generous room size considering the price I had paid for and bedding very comfy taking the edges off jet lagged

Just an amazing hotel close to the airport but far enough away that you couldn't even hear traffic. The GM of this hotel is really lucky to have a staff like this. They made this stay the very best

This hotel has great access to many sights. The train station is directly across the street. Staff is very attentive and friendly. You need just ask and they will help. Restaurant and staff are open and available 24/7

It is situated in close proximity to major tourist attractions. Staff very friendly, clean room and the bed was comfortable. As we were traveling with our 4 year old daughter they gave us a bigger room with three beds.

Our driver, Peter, was a phenomenal guide with patience when dealing with our, sometimes fussy, 16 month old. Close to the palace, Chinatown and other destinations. Not a bad thing to say about our experience here

There were no unpleasant odors Inside or outside the room and I had no issues with noise from neighbors or the city despite hearing birds chirping occasionally in morning. I absolutely LOVED the breakfast buffet

The room I booked was massive And a top floor. It had a full sitting area, two king size beds, large ‘dorm style’ fridge, microwave, two televisions

You can choose buffet or a la carte menu. The buffet of not included in your room is $10 adult, $5 child, free for young child

Stunning restaurant with incredible views over looking the river. With a group of 30, the staff were extremely accommodating. The food was spot on, varied and beautiful. Must try the margaritas.

Went here for lunch after visiting the temple across the water. It was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the banana mayonnaise.

The hotel is ok, near the old City center. Rooms are nice and the pool it really cool. The problem if they give you a room in the new part are the chicken at 4 o'clock in the morning

Nice hotel and staff About 7 mins drive from Khawason(not a lot to do in the hotel area). The staff were very nice in check in and check out (also very fast)

The pool is indoor, the room was simple, but the hotel public areas were beautiful and both are clean

Restaurant has good food and prices, but small portion. 10min walk to a yummy Japanese restaurant. Rooms don't have darkening curtains though, so be prepared for early wake up

Checkin and u will find a confortable and clean place to stay for a night. They will provide u lists of meals they can make for u but u can find another place for meals
