Staff is very helpful and friendly and there's plenty of small shops and eateries nearby as well as street foods. Free buffet every morning of your stay
Beautiful, big hotel, very clean and plenty of places to eat inside. 2 swimming pools one with a poolside bar and grill
Finding dinner turned into a 2+ hour ordeal each night, both ending in us resorting to ordering room service through the hotel. For this reason I can not give this hotel 5 stars
Continental breakfast had several options and good quality, tasty food. Our biggest issue was the location of the hotel. There are no good options near the hotel
You will have to take a taxi/tuk tuk for a 10-15 minute drive to find anywhere to eat dinner. Finding restaurants that would deliver dinner proved impossible
The hotel simply is not located in a convenient area for getting dinner. The pools are nice and we did enjoy relaxing in them during the hot afternoons

Hotel away from the centre of Bangkok is a far point, but this hotel is worth a stay, rooms good, Breakfast good, service Good, Good.
The hotel now operates to serve Alternative State Quarantine for the migrants. The overall looks great.
Hotel quite far away from Central Plaza Westgate, An arduous journey, You need to catch the taxi meter when you want to go to another place. Lunch buffet is ok especially dessert & bakery line very delicious.
Hotel, small, not big, but convenient. because in split-items and when you wish number.. wedding was beautiful.
They take good care of the guests. I felt comfortable staying in this hotel. I will come back again.
Clean, convenient, silent and the breakfast is not to bad. Most disadvantage is too many Asia group traveler especially from China and make the noise.

The hotel is ok, near the old City center. Rooms are nice and the pool it really cool. The problem if they give you a room in the new part are the chicken at 4 o'clock in the morning
A rather good hotel in Khao San area, Bangkok. Not convenient for going around by BTS because the nearest BTS station is 1,5 km away. Staffs are helpful and friendly
Nice hotel and staff About 7 mins drive from Khawason(not a lot to do in the hotel area). The staff were very nice in check in and check out (also very fast)
The pool is indoor, the room was simple, but the hotel public areas were beautiful and both are clean
Room is clean but TV channels are poor; only local ones !

nice rooms,príjemny hotel, well packed,in jedalni very pokazili design with cervenymi stolickami and farebnimy obrusmi. Quite in the center, a step from the bigpalaca and khao sand nakupnej ulicky
Built in 1942, this hotel has a lot of period charm. The lobby in particular is lovely with grand columns, a sweeping staircase and wood paneling. It also has a very nice pool area
The hotel is close to the action on Khao San Road but far enough away from the clubs and bars to avoid the noise
A very Grand Hotel, is the Royal, nostalgic and very central to most landmarks, etc. Reception staff very friendly and most courtiest. No problem communicating with staff
The hotel is showing its age, with cracks in walls that were patched and have cracked again. Repainting is needed pretty much everywhere. The pool seems in good shape but the doors to get out to it are in bad shape
I didn't try the coffee shop pastries though they looked good. The location is good at an axis of several major streets, but through no fault of the hotel, there are many vagrants along the streets of the hotel

The room is decent but shows signs of aging and would need updates
Location is good, right in china town, great street food near by and overall good centered location, short taxi to the river or malls everything is close by. Service is great friendly staff willing to help
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Chinatown Bangkok with short walks to nearby public transportation. For 5 nights, we got a room with river view which is awesome
Grand China Bangkok Hotel offers great facilities and excellent value for money. The morning buffet is a standout feature, providing a delicious and varied selection to start your day-it’s definitely worth it
However the close proximity to all the markets are very close to that car park so if you're doing shopping for Christmas and for a party that's the best car park for safety of the car
Take a room with a river view (River view deluxe), you won’t regret it! The view exceeds expectations. The room is ok. The outdoor pool is a winner and the bar is its friend.

Room was large and well equipped bathroom and shower area were like a spa! I spent more time in my room than I thought I would because of this! Breakfast had everything you could ask for and it was great that service started at 6am, great way to start the day
Nice hotel which is well-located close to Khaosan but still quite. The staff and the service is truly exceptional. We forgot something important in our room and the staff didn’t hesitate to send it to our new location
Gym equipped for a good workout - old equipment but perfectly ok for a standard workout when on holiday/travelling. Pool is lovely for a dip after a day of sightseeing, sunbeds to relax on too
I took advantage of everything (except the very well equipped weight room) and really enjoyed the tranquility of the spa. Slightly more expensive than the street level massage parlors, but an elevated experience
The staff helped me with a happy smile. I got a room that ac now working but immediately the change my room with a new one. The restaurant served halal food and many severity of food types
Lighting a little dark so at night it was dark in the room but big windows meant during the day it was nice and bright. 2 free bottles of water a day. Location: 10 minutes walk from tourist centre

I particularly love that this is on the quiet side of the river with a riverboat crossing every few minutes to the buzzy, busy, beautiful side - perfect. The pool feels a little public but is nice
Beautiful peaceful temple next door, which I really appreciated after visiting the larger tourist attractions across the river. And a nice little street market too
You made us feel so welcome and are very grateful for your professionalism and smiles. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable
Great start to a trip in beautiful Thailand. Large, clean rooms, large comfy bed and kitchenette, free water, and a really good breakfast overlooking the river
Although I thought the hotel was pretty much fully booked, it never felt crowded. Located just a few 100m away from the ferry piers, I guess guests just used their time to explore the city all day
For our first stay in Thailand, there could not have been a better start. Staff was very friendly and helpful as expected. The hotel itself was very modern, well maintained and clean

We stayed for one night while quarantining the staff were very friendly. The rooms were basic but more than adequate. The breakfast was a little lacking and room service stopped at 9pm and we were not warned of this.
The location is great though; close to Soi Ram Buttri for good restaurants and pubs (which would make up for their lacks of room service options, unless you're under Covid quarantine)
The ever popular Khoasan Road is also just 2 minutes walk away. As a side note, it's probably a good idea to install the app called Grab, through which you can order food (think Uber Eats) and transport, groceries, etc
This is a decent place to stay, but their room service menu lacks a bit of variety, it only has very authentic Thai items, which could be a bit daunting on your first day in Bangkok
You can pay with cash or credit card. It's a very good tool to have when you first arrive in Thailand

The rooms are well-designed, modern and spacious; the beds and pillows are comfortable; the shower pressure (choice of rain shower or regular head) is strong and provides a nice hot shower; and if you face the garden it’s nice and quiet (when not the Christmas season)
Staff is amazing! Very clean and they have a nice cafe attached to the hotel. We used the pool & laundry services (ready the same day!) They provided water daily! Near all the temples and 20 mins away from Siam area.
Just on the other side of the river but you can get a taxi to Siam within half an hour for around 200bht. Amazing staff and wonderful breakfast in the Italian restaurant situated within the grounds
Also location is very close to the famous Siriraj hospital, they have wheelchair service for anyone that comes and stay before, after or in-between treatment at the hospital or whom ever needs it
Breakfast isn’t a buffet, but it’s more than enough and filling! You also get a good egg style and beverage selection. But perhaps some fruit/yogurt selection might be a nice addition next time
Shower and sink have nice hot water if you want it, the bathroom is comfortable and beautiful, the theme of interior design comes back everywhere and has been done with attention for details

So considering that Bangkok is one of the most hot and humid city in the world if you don't want to make our mistake and stay up all night get the room with air con. Special mention for the amazing and reach breakfast
Close enough to KSR to be central, but far enough away if you don't want the noise and chaos. Staff are always friendly, even when they don't speak English! If you don't expect the Ritz then you'll enjoy it here
New name @banglampoo. You get a small room, a bed, good location, free water, private bathroom and friendly staff at a fair price. Dont dare to take a room without AC. You will upgrade.
Nice, inexpensive and quite guesthouse, close to everything you need. Very polite, friendly and organised staff. Our room wasn't exactly as in the photos but smaller and with fan
Basic but clean rooms. Decent wifi. Just far enough from Kao San to be more quiet but still close enough to go enjoy the chaos.
Room with Air Condition was for 590 baths. Room was small and bathroom even smaller = not so comfortable, but for backpackers it's sufficient. Owners don't speak English very well

Very very good place the day when I’m coming meet my wife in BKK we have take a room and the room is very very beautiful and romantic I love it and the staff very smile
New, sparky clean hotel with nice and friendly staff. Seem like they not provide breakfast but you can quickly grab some hot drinks and cookies in the lobby
We arrived late from the airport. Staff and owner were very nice and friendly. Room is decent size, clean and quiet. Great price and good location.
The cleanliness and neatness of the place were impressive. I highly recommend this property for a great stay
There is NO POOL like in the listing. I only went to look at the room rooms are nice. The bed is firm typical asian style. The back streets are super narrow. If you're driving a car, i'm not sure what their parking

Everything was nice but the room was pretty small so that had to put the sink in the room 😅 … still I would recommend Cz apart from the size of the room I liked the other things more
Can’t complain too much for the price £10 a night PP Pool could do with a clean and refresh, rooms generally ok a little small but no drama Great central location just off Khao san road, the noise is quite loud if you’re a super sensitive sleeper it could be a problem Beds pretty small and hard too
This hotel is located next to khaosan road. I liked the hotel more just for the location. It’s a pretty budget friendly hotel
From my room I didn’t hear any load noise from outside. They have a rooftop pool as well
Stayed here 2 times already. Always love their simple yet comfortable room. The employee also friendly. The hotel is just walking distance to the party street (Khaosan rd.), but the hotel is not noisy at all.
Room small but has everything you need. Great location on Khosan road, all the bars and restaurants at your fingertips. Great tourist office by hotel to book tours from. Great rooftop pool to swim in and relax by

Their good intentions to service any kinds of clients even tour guide and driver are equal to the 5-stars hotel where I had ever experienced. The hotel is well located and nearby several attractions or historical places
Shoutout to the morning shift bellman showing us a guide and map with local recommendations and was extra helpful. The roselle welcome juice was delicious. They give you extra if you ask during your stay
Great hotel to stay in Bangkok. Pretty central and in good condition. There was a contradiction site next to it but luckily it was not too loud. Biggest plus is the rooftop pool which lets you calm down in a busy city.
The hotel is fantastic with exceptional service and amenities. The family room is spacious, and the beds are among the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The air conditioning is both silent and effective
We spent 25 days in Thailand, and enjoyed all of our accommodations, however, Ayathorn was way above our expectations. The staff was outstanding, helpful with every question, request, and more
I was there to pick up my tourists, so no comment on the room and amenities. i would like to thank for the very nice hospitality and generosity of the staff at the reception and concierge

Very pretty boutique hotel. Only 38 rooms. Facilities include dining room, spa centre, conference room, pool set in an oasis of greenery and gym. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
An area of Bangkok I don't normally stay in, it's a nice retreat in a more residential area surrounded by private schools but also plenty of street food and a 20 minute walk from a brand new retail development with good restaurants
Great little oasis in the city. Good restaurant, clean rooms and excellent staff. Lush grounds with a cool refreshing pool after a long day of touristing. It's not in a tourist area so get ready to mix with the locals
If marketing as a health resort, they should consider one separate smoking area instead of allowing it anywhere in the courtyard. Front desk is incredibly helpful and will get you a metered taxi in moments
It was a wonderful oasis. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The grounds and pool area were beautifully maintained. The spa service was top notch. Kid-friendly. Everyone loved it.
Excellent service and their onsite restaurant is really good

Wish to congratulate the team at Khaosarn road IBIS on the job well done. I have an amazing stay over this past fourteen days of self isolate. Upon the smooth transition of airport pick up to the very polite taxi driver
Modern hotel right in the center of the action. Stay here if you want to be close to the Kao San. The staff was helpful and pleasant, even asking how our stay was going politely as we rode together in the elevator
Electronic payment mini bar full stocking with snacks or protein bars would be a great implement as this would be the new normal in the course of time. Airport did not have ATM and exchange boots were not operated
I haven't tried varieties of foods on the menu, but my room service had been spot on. I also wish to convey mine appreciation toward the teams of attentive and light handed nurse stations in this hotel too
Very fast and efficient checked in the process. The room had been pre air-conditioning. Generous room size considering the price I had paid for and bedding very comfy taking the edges off jet lagged
Just an amazing hotel close to the airport but far enough away that you couldn't even hear traffic. The GM of this hotel is really lucky to have a staff like this. They made this stay the very best

The lobby was a bit strong with perfume for whom don’t like strong perfume smell. The only thing we are unhappy about our stay is the 850 Thai baht for the early checking fee
I emailed them ahead of time that we would get to the hotel early, and the staff informed us that they could let us check in if there was an available room upon check-in
It was not that expensive, but I feel like you should not scam customers this way. It can be ruined the image of the country because most people first visit Thailand is in Bangkok
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The food at the restaurant was super, but a bit pricey. The housekeeper did a fantastic job making the bed
The location is also perfect if you wish to explore the city center, it's relatively close without being too noisy
Location is good and the hotel overall is clean. Service is good! As the hotel is quite new, they are working on there service processes! But the hotel staff if overall very friendly and helpful

Staff were friendly, and went out of the way to help you (for a 3 star hotel). We checked in at 2am+, but the staff were pleasant and carried out their duties dutifully despite the late night
Always stay here when we have a meeting at the UN offices. Within walking distance. Great value for money. Largest breakfast selection I have yet to see. Great staff. Comfortable rooms. Clean pool.
The room was of average cleanliness. We found a few ants on the night stand. However, they disappeared after a couple nights. Range of food was limited, but good for a hotel of its size
Overall, it was a good experience
Unlike the male receptionist with chinky eyes. He is the best opposite of the old man. He did not smile while talking to us. He keeps on insisting about about our arrival and departure in our passport
Rooms comfortable but old fashioned and especially the bathroom feels very outdated. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is offered through a buffet with a lot of options, both local and international food.
