Great hotel, staff not friendly. Not a cozy place, a very early Breakfast, and noisy road nearby. A bunch of Chinese people. Live better in the heart of Bangkok, near the shopping center.

The property has seen better days. The food is good for breakfast, though the coffee is thick, bitter and strong. I didn't try the tea because it was as dark as the coffee

The Dim-sum here was average. But what's very superb was the waiters hospitality. Parking is free if you are here for that. But the hotel is very accessible by mass transit or taxi for tourists.

Unlike in America they don't beg for cash as you walk by, but there are abandoned buildings that don't seem to be getting worked on and it's not a great neighborhood. Khao San road is less than a ten minute walk away

I didn't try the coffee shop pastries though they looked good. The location is good at an axis of several major streets, but through no fault of the hotel, there are many vagrants along the streets of the hotel

The hotel has it's long history since WW II. I personally like some old but charismatic character of the place. The room is big, it offers 1 single bed and 1 double bed which I found quite comfy

Really enjoyed staying at the Roof View Place! It is an older well maintained value property centrally located near lots of great restaurants cafes and small stores

The included breakfast was large and changed on a daily basis and there is a free daily delivery of bottled water. Owner and Staff were friendly and helpful

Lovely staff. Very helpful and kind Yummy breakfast is included The room was clean and tidy. Its about 10 minutes walk to Khao San Road in a very quiet area. Loved it!

The spacious air conditioned room had tall ceilings a window and a small balcony. A small refrigerator fan TV and small desk round out the comfortable room

They were super accommodating and said it was no problem to check in after 12am, somone waited up for me. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy and they have a private shower, toilet, balcony, fridge and safe

The location is perfect for me, its down a cute quiet street where you can only hear the birds at night, but also only a few mins walk from a tone of other hostels, and a 15min walk from khaosan road

Everything was nice but the room was pretty small so that had to put the sink in the room 😅 … still I would recommend Cz apart from the size of the room I liked the other things more

This hotel is located next to khaosan road. I liked the hotel more just for the location. It’s a pretty budget friendly hotel

From my room I didn’t hear any load noise from outside. They have a rooftop pool as well

Stayed here 2 times already. Always love their simple yet comfortable room. The employee also friendly. The hotel is just walking distance to the party street (Khaosan rd.), but the hotel is not noisy at all.

It’s located in a small dirty street, but you don’t feel unsafe. Walking distance from Khaosan Road and the Grand Palace. Far from subway and BTS lines, though

The lobby was a bit strong with perfume for whom don’t like strong perfume smell. The only thing we are unhappy about our stay is the 850 Thai baht for the early checking fee

I emailed them ahead of time that we would get to the hotel early, and the staff informed us that they could let us check in if there was an available room upon check-in

I stayed here with my girlfriend in a double room which had everything you need and was very comfortable. The staff was really kind and we could even leave our bags after checking out so we could explore the city

In front of the house is a very peaceful canal, near Khao San Road. The price of the room is suitable for backpackers. The stairs do not have a fence, so it is a bit dangerous, need to be careful
