I had the opportunity to stay in a superior room type during quarantine. Due to the outbreak of covid 19, in my opinion, the rooms are of good quality, clean, reasonable price, despite being a long-established hotel. But* everything still looks new. Maybe because it has been updated.
I visit this place on March 14th 2020, and enjoy the food in the resto. I choose and enjoy the buffet here, all I can eat.
The location of the hotel from the historical centre, far away, by foot 1.5 hours. The hotel itself is not new, but clean and tidy, the rooms are clean, free of mold, cleaned every day and towels changed. Air conditioning works very loud, sleeping with him is not possible, and without dying from the heat. The panoramic Windows don't open, from all sides of the dull gray building and the backs of buildings...
Good rooms - beds are comfy and staff is professional and nice. Good service and value for money. Only bad thing is the wifi, which isn't very good and stable
Supin p very nice location good take care we come first time we stay at hotel for 5 night my room is 1275 thai peple very good location was great and have at 3floor we walk to shopping not to far from hotel about 15 minute lobby was goog next time we will come again
While located a little bit far from the nearest Airport Link station (if you go by walk), it has good atmosphere. Buffet breakfast comes with variety of menu. Street food stands and little market are situated walking distance.

Good hotel tourists to use a central hub for travelling around the city. Linked to a metro station. Hotel is and old building, they’ve recently renovated the lobby which looks amazing but rooms could do with renovations as well as they seem a little old now. Still comfortable stay just upgrades would make it an even better experience!
The hotel is located just at the mrt station. So for those who needs public transportation is very convenient. It also has 7-11, massage shop, and food stalls just next to it .. so it's very convenient. The breakfast buffet is good too!! The hotel is quite old.
Good location, lots to eat and drinks near the hotel. Staff especially housekeeping, security, laundry, bellman were helpful and friendly. The only downside for me is that you had to pay to use the tennis court which is not very well informed, had to find out by asking the security where is the tennis court who appointed me to the laundry room which deals with court booking. Jacuzzi on 5th floor was...
In terms of the meeting venue, not to stay over, their newly renovated meeting room is equiped with all the standard tools, a good but not laser sharp projector, good sound system, spacious meeting room and the coffee break area. Clean restrooms. What i dont like is the parking.
Average hotel in the capital of Thailand. Room are good for short stay in the city. Service as well, I liked the way staff help people to get to attraction even if not booked with them. Location is good and few minutes away from malls & other attractions, but taxis & bolt are available most of the time. I had only 1 small problem with the tissue Box at room which was not available.
Pros: I had slight issues with the A/C so I called front desk at 12:30AM and a few moments later, an entire crew came up to investigate and fix the issue. I was very impressed. The hotel is connected to the BTS train station which was very convenient. Has two swimming pools and different shops as well. The sink had a separate filtered water tap for drinking. Cons (waayyy more cons): There’s renovation...

I liked the hotel very much. I lived on the 70th floor. The view is gorgeous. Everything is there: hot water, air conditioning. Free tea and water. There is a refrigerator and a kettle. Everything is great. The staff are professionals. The service is excellent.
Good view. Good food. But expensive. View from observation floor was awesome, at night you can see the city lights.
Traditional thai food on top floor of the building as well as you can say it is top of Thailand. One can see entire Bangkok city or farthest from here.
A bit of a maze of elevators, but a ends with a reasonable buffet of small dishes enjoyed in a high view of Bangkok 360 degrees.
Best experience for me in a foreign motel. I absolutely loved my Xmas here and everyone took care of me!
Good hotel. Russian-speaking staff. One of the tallest hotels in the world. There are 2 observation decks. The price includes a swimming pool on the 20th floor, old exercise machines there. It is possible to have drinks with a view of the city. Look for discounts on Agoda or Booking. You can take a decent room for three with a shower, bath for 3,300 rubles.
It's near the Airport Rail Link station, 4-5 minutes walk. The room is nice, great view, high floor, soft bed. The room was clean and fresh. I felt welcomed when I got there, there are some hotel workers who tell where to go.

I loved my stay here. Mr.Apisit helped me check in which was a breeze. All the staffs are lovely. The pool is a good place to chill after a tiring day. Love the housekeeping staffs they’re super nice. I’m returning back to Bangkok before I leave and have already booked couple of nights at the Ambassador hotel again.
A Fantastic Stay at Hotel Ambassador I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ambassador Hotel, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! When I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. My room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I could ask for. The comfortable bed ensured I got a great...
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and the check-out/in process was quick and seamless. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide an iron in the room rather than having to go to the end of the hall to use one. That said, for the price it's definitely worth it!
The hotel in general is good. The rooms (I stayed in sky wing) are extremely clean and tidy. I did not experience any noise at all in the room. The staff will help as much as they can. The breakfast had everything. Check in took a bit too long but there was plenty of people so I do not blame the staff. The location is spectacular, only 2 minutes walk to the sky train. There is a 7-11 nearby and plenty...
I had a great experience at Ambassador Hotel! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and GREAT VIEW. As a Bangladeshi, I felt a sense of home with the presence of many fellow Bangladeshis and nearby restaurants offering familiar cuisine. The hotel itself was comfortable, with friendly staff and great amenities. It’s an ideal choice for anyone looking for...
Hotel is good to stay in, however.. the time it takes to check in is ridiculous. Every time I come here it’s like waiting in the queue at the airport with 20 people ahead of you. There’s not enough staff on the Reception check in and the check-in process itself takes ages for each person. This system needs to be upgraded urgently. So stay here if you wanna go through that…after you get checked in everything...
The hotel is located in the centre of Bangkok. A vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and alcoholic tourist crowd surrounds an Indian restaurant. If I visit Bangkok again, this hotel will be my first choice. Bread, butter, cheese, fruits, juice, and coffee are the best pure vegetarian options for vegetarians tourists , and everything is available for non vegetarians. Tower rooms are good and spacious Excellent...

We stayed for a few days. The room was spacious with everything we needed a washing machine, microwave, and a nice bathtub. It was cozy and comfortable. The staff, especially Koy, Tah, and Tum, were so friendly and made us feel right at home. Thanks, y'all for the lovely experiences.
Very good location with plenty of food and shopping around. Walkable to two stations too. Stayed at 9th floor which has no direct lift up, staff will help to bring luggage up/down. Friendly staff, great service by Koy Tum Mind
Room was very spacious and clean. It is not fancy hotel but very cozy, reasonable and neat. I stayed 4 days and never saw any tiny bugs in my room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Nice park with lake next to the hotel. There are 7-eleven, massages and restaurants just around the hotel. Shuttle was very helpful to get the staion nearby. It was great hotel to stay.
Beautiful hotel in Bangkok. The large room it’s comfortable. Amazing fitness is open 24 hours. Good breakfast. Excellent service Koy mew Tum
Stayed 20 plus days. Nice GYM, liked the sauna. Breakfast buffet is poor and still charge 300ThB. Another place in tower A is better to grab something to eat. Lawson in the Lobby floor, Foot massage just across. Free golf kart that will drop you 100m away from the station🤣😭. But I think quite ok. Will I come back? Probably not considering you will find much better facilities with better location
I am very suprised i am missing the hotel already, the hotel giving us what is Quality time is all about. For me its humble me in a beautiful way. This hotel is really good for a family vacation. The room were i stayed is huge for a solo traveller with kitchen, huge living room and separate bedroom. Staffs are friendly, however is quite noisy as there are many kids at the pool area during my stay, and was at 6th floor.
Good value for money The swimming pool is big and beautiful. There are palm trees, daisies, and other trees around the pool. The atmosphere is nice and warm. The staff at the fitness center are helpful and answer questions well.
Excellent customer service! The lobby was clean and upscale. King, Nadia & Arnal at the front desk were friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The shower could use a refresh though. We loved that they have suites. The (one time) complimentary snacks & cold drinks were a pleasant surprise. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed at. It’s like a world of its own with restaurants, a gym and huge pool. The buffet breakfast is huge with so much to choose from! This is not a five-star hotel, but the service is definitely five-star. What you can feel is the cuteness and friendliness. A little bit old but simply one of the best hotel in whole bangkok for tourist because its near all the trains stations and even the boat for the malls etc... -->very very nice situation im Bkk
Great deal for the money if you are just staying a day or two...nothing fancy but it gets the job done...especially since you are out all day exploring Bangkok and not sitting in the room
I love this place, its worth 17eur per night. Its next to the metro station, 7-11 and family mart just across the street. They will let you check in early if they have rooms for no extra cost. Its not Hilton but its worth the money.
Liked the stay and location. Near to Sky Trains, easy to commute. Staff is also very humble and cooperative. Just a good stay, and comfortable. Not sure of food, have not tried anytime. But stores like seven eleven, home shop are nearby.
Convenient location near the Ramkhamhaeng airport rail link station. Has that old style hotel vibe, and rooms are okay and cheap. Pleasant staff, never had a problem. Beware that checkout can take a while because a lot of people often check out at the same time.

The hotel has been renovated and is clean. Beautifully designed rooms, spacious, fully equipped rooms.
Spacious, good river view, good food (room service) and clean. But a little bit old and balcony not so beautiful to sit and enjoy the view. No drinking glasses, only paper cups.
Delicious food! We went here for lunch with our tour and I was really impressed by the food! Tons of great flavors, many choices and great setting. I was impressed!
Very comfortable accommodation. Similar to Western style hotels. The Wi-Fi is free but can be unreliable. The staff is very friendly and generally understand English well. Would recommend to newer travellers.
I first stayed in this hotel more than twenty years ago, and in the style of "The Grand Budapst Hotel" it is now well past its prime. The hotel was quite old but we went there for a team new year party. The buffet lines on the balcony was long with many people probably doing the same thing as us that day. I didn't enjoy the food so much because of the long lines. The food itself was to me mediocre in terms of quality, but the variety was great. Many people in my team actually loved the food a so much. The parking was not very friendly...
Good location. Do not accept room 702. Located next to the smoker. Smells of smoke all night. Nice bar, decent price, enjoy happy hour. Wine prices too high.
Very clean and nice location. Decently priced. The breakfast buffet was really good. Highly recommend. Upon check in I got a free drink voucher at the hotel bar. It was a nice gesture. I will stay again.
Hello,we were in Narai hotel jest three days ago. Good point:every day clear, and charge the things like soap ,water.... The staff were polite The rooms are big . Near the sky train station In pleasent point:. Far from shopping centre. Bad break fast and every day was the same, without any changing. Old furnitures. They can't speak English
The hotel is slightly older than what pictures depicted. The lobby is old and you can smell food during lunch and dinner time. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bathroom has all the necessary toiletries such as toothbrush, cotton swab etc. If you are expecting a luxury stay, look elsewhere.

Everything is good especially for conferences. Rooms are good, service is good. The only thing that was difficult to me as a vegetarian was food. It took 3 days to make the staff understand what vegetarian food means. The veg corner had a soup and a stir fry and that's it and when asked for veg food they would invariably say veg corner. On the fourth day they extended the dishes to 4. Thank god
Nice clean rooms. Good location. Great view. Pool is nice & so is the gym, although I don't think I saw anybody using either. Accidentally included the breakfast buffet. Glad I did because that spread was awesome.
I had the best experience here. Room had the better view... You could see stars from the bed when the night was clear. The lady at the reception had quite an attitude though. But other staff was pretty much handy and useful whenever needed anything. From the bottle of water till late hours housekeeping. The staff would give away extra water bottles too. Loved them.
Location is great. I am sure this hotel is value for money. Little bit old fashioned but well maintained. Now days so many Chinese are staying this hotel as group travel. I stayed executive room and room is really spacious. I really enjoyed Happy hour service for executive guests.
Had a great stay here! Room was spacious with great air-con, generous sized bathroom, amazing view (especially at night), good breakfast, great pool, gym with air-con, good location close to the station. What more could a gal want? Staff were really nice. Tip the cleaners! (Aka. Give them some cash directly - it’ll mean more to them than you know.)
The hotel is good. I have stayed there more than 14 nights. The amenities of the hotel are also good. One can easily connect with the MRT which is a few minutes walking distance. The quality of the food they serve is also good. I am moderately satisfied with this hotel.

It's a big base. The rooms are also big. Although it looks a little old. The fittings and fixtures are a bit old , overall it seems okay. It would be better if the people at the front desk were a little more cheerful.
📍Location The Royal Benja Hotel is ideally located, just a 5-minute walk from the main Sukhumvit Road. McDonald's, 7-Eleven, and numerous markets for shopping are nearby, and the BTS Train Station is only 7-8 minutes away on foot. 🚝Easy Access to Transportation Taxis are readily available outside the hotel, making it easy to reach popular tourist destinations. 🚧Spacious Rooms The rooms are very spacious...
The room was quite spacious and had one double bed and a single bed. The view from the window is awesome and located at the end of the street, away from too much noise and crowd. Also, the surroundings are full of local shopping areas, Siam Paragon mall and metro station within 500m.
Food was delicious. Room was big. The view was breathtaking. Overall it was pretty good. Not 5 star worthy though. The staff were helpful but had trouble communicating. Also the bathroom had leakage problem. Not anything serious but noteworthy. Our stay was good. Definitely would recommend
Stayed fora seminar there. Parking space is very cramp and narrow. Food leaves quote a lot to be desired. Wifi is good though
The corridors smell weird . Rooms are very good. Location perfect. Can be better service. Breakfast not so great.
