This is not a five-star hotel, but the service is definitely five-star. What you can feel is the cuteness and friendliness. No matter where you are in the hotel, the staff here will greet you every time you meet them. There are activities for both adults and children on Saturdays and Sundays from 3 to 4 p.m. I would like to tell everyone that if you have questions about the facilities on the fourth...
About the gym, we really like it there. It's more convenient and has a nice atmosphere. The friendly staff and many options are great. Everything is in good condition and clean. There are many activities for customers to choose from. I would like to mention a staff member named B; she is very supportive. She can explain every question very clearly. I will tell our friends and customers from my company...
It's different from other places I've used the service before. The beautiful swimming pool is set in a garden covered with various trees. There is a playground. There is a slide for children as well. Including activities on Saturday and Sunday from 3 to 4 p.m. The fitness section has a lot of equipment. The stream room and sauna are spacious and comfortable. There is a restaurant on the lobby level...
I stayed in 1bed suite. Very good hotel and residence for long term stay. Super family friendly and away from bustle of city center. Rooms are furnished well, and responsiveness of staff is excellent, truly. All my requests were honored and within time. They have shuttle vans to the nearest points as well. I stayed here for 4 months for work and would do it again when I get a chance in the future...
We stayed a week in a 1 bed suite. Good value for money and apartment is big and comfortable. Hotel comes with coin laundromat downstairs. Large gym and resort-style pool. As hotel has 7 towers, the need to transfer lifts was a tad annoying. Gym is also open to gym members and swimming pool is too small to accommodate number of residents. Pool depth is also 1m (very shallow) so much better for kids...
i have been living in Chatrium Sathon from March 2019 and like the Facilities and Service they provide. I recommend anyone who is visiting Bangkok to Use this Cahtrium Sathon for your wonderful stay

Rooms were rated 3 mainly due to the blinds that don't blackout room. No iron board or iron or wash line. Good points on the room was the large fridge. Complimentary mini bar . No TV channels for kids . Traffic noise can be heard if you are particular about it. Room cleaning , concierge and front desk staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Excellent location to use the MRT . Spa massage...
The facilities in the hotel are good. The front desk staffs were very helpful in assisting me to call the Grab. Even the bell boys were friendly in helping me to communicate with the taxi driver. They solved my problems since I could not understand Thai language.I was impressed with their services and kindness. On the other hand, the location of the hotel is in the center of the city. There is a big...
Staff didn’t read for special request before check in. Assign low floor with no view room for me and don’t offer exchange room in later. Spend dollar to have a good view in this building but didn’t received expected stuff. Daily breakfast was plenty of choice but not much different everyday. 80% of food was repeated same. Room service was excellent which control by a Kakak, fast move and always polite...
We have arrived to Bangkok for one night stay (connection flights) We decided to stay in the central of the city. We chose location and Mandarin was the right place, We chose quality and Mandarin Did Not disappoint us, We chose Mandarin from our experience in hotels around the globes and not around the price. We were delighted with the service the minute we have arrived to the hotel. Staff are very...
Fantastic hotel! Has everything a vacationer is looking for…great location (Samyan Mall across the street with excellent restaurants), nice spacious rooms, a staff second to none, and provided transportation to major sightseeing venues. Need more? The breakfast buffet is outstanding! Took me a day or two to find the bacon and omelette station 🤤. And finally, the saltwater swimming pool and fitness...
I initially expected the Mandarin Hotel to be a grand old establishment, but upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to discover a fresh, well-maintained interior. My room offered a cozy ambiance, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. A unique feature I enjoyed was the Japanese-style automatic toilet, adding a touch of luxury to the experience. The overall...

This is honest review for 5D4N stay. Bangkok Check-In Time: 2:00 PM Bangkok Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM Staff and Reception Service: The staff was friendly and approachable, though communication was sometimes challenging. They made a genuine effort to assist us. Upon check-in, a $100 USD safety deposit was required. Initially, I was hesitant because of previous reviews about issues with USD bills,...
More like a 3 star than a 4 star. Very dark and quiet at night esp since the main lobby is not at the first level. Location is good though.
Indra Regent Hotel in Bangkok exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The hotel's central location made it...
"We recently stayed at [Indra regent] and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including the...
Spent 3 nights at this Hotel in march of last year and it was a great stay! We paid for an upgrade to the city view approached, which was worth the price. The skydiving buildings views, rushed city and ability to watch the sunset on our patio were highlights of the trip! The hotel restaurant was exceptional, not only because every meal we enjoyed had a variety of options and was flavorful but also...
A hotel on a market. The floor are not clean well, the furniture are old. But has friendly stuffs and a good pool. Breakfast should be better and more complete. The tour offices in lobby are reliable to purchase the services.

Just like it’s name … right at the Center of the city… Rooms are spacious and very quiet. Breakfast buffet was excellent (Western and Asian food covered) … Staffs are absolutely amazing and very helpful … Robinson’s just next door and have little local stores just in front of it.. If you fancy local snacks, worth to try… Price reflexes it’s advantage…
Centre Point Hotel Silom in Bangkok offers a comfortable stay with its convenient location and well-appointed rooms. Situated in the heart of Silom, it provides easy access to both business and leisure destinations in the city. The hotel features spacious rooms that are clean and modern, equipped with essential amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring guests...
The hotel has a great location, with the Robinson Mall attached, making it an excellent place for shopping and currency exchange. The rooms are clean and include a safety box and ironing facilities. Additionally, there is a washing machine available. The breakfast is decent but not exceptional. However, the housekeeping service is outstanding. The main issue I encountered was managing the booking...
Good location, easy to walk to the boat stop, rail and the night markets. There is a shopping mall downstairs easily accessible from the hotel. The rooms have seen better days and need some renovation yet it is very spacious and clean. The a/c can get a little loud on hot days. I stayed here to attend a conference at the nearby Shangri la, definitely a better performer than that hotel and very easy...
Centre Point Silom Hotel is an excellent affordable hotel for singles and families with all the amenities inside and outside needed for a wonderful stay! Excellent friendly staff always genuinely happy to see you each day! We look forward to our return soon!
Centre Point is a perfectly positioned hotel to explore Bangkok. Close to an array of quality eateries and a short stroll to the train and ferry. The property is well run, clean, and tidy. The rooms are large, each with a kitchenette. The breakfast buffet is well sorted and should satisfy the majority. It would be hard to find a better hotel at this price point.

This is the hotel experience you need in Thailand as a foreigner. Nice place, next to metro station, close to central mall, close to immigration and staff very nice and professional 24/7. Had very nice conversations with them, english top. And really helpful. I can remember @Beauty at the desk. Very helpful and lovely. In the staff @Tossaporn very active guy🙏🏼
For attending the Thaifex trade show at Impact, it’s more than adequate. Nothing fancy, clean and beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly and service was good. Only criticism, water pressure for showers etc was on the low side - but not a major issue. Skipped the breakfast option so can’t comment on that. Area itself is not particularly interesting, little to do or see. Main benefit, not being stuck...
Overall I had a great 4 night stay. Rooms were cleaned everyday, housekeepers were friendly and requests were attended to promptly too!
Went there for a seminar. The venue was nice. It was enough for more than 80 people that day. The food that served during lunch was buffet. Although I didn't taste all because some were spicy, but the ones I chose were delicious.
The staff tries their best but ultimately this is a modest property named after a Chinese conglomerate in dire straits. No air conditioning in the hallways, back pain inducing beds, room was dusty with the smell of moldy decay when we entered, etc. Also don't use the laundry service - gym clothes came back still smelling like gym clothes. if you need to stay here, The hotel website offers much higher...
Jackie was outstanding. Checked us in very early which was great. Helped with many things including printing embassy documents. The hotel is relatively new, and in a good neighbourhood with lots to do and easily accessible to the rest of Bangkok by train, grab or bike. Thanks again 🙏

I always choose to stay at the Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 when I travel to Bangkok. The location is perfect, right across from Emporium and just a few steps from the BTS. The facilities are great, and the pool view is one of the best in Bangkok. The service from the hotel staff is excellent, and I found that the standard can be higher than some of the "higher star" hotels I've stayed at. I have...
Conveniently located. About 4 minutes walk to Phrom Pong BTS Station. Laundry service in the arcade across from the hotel. Rooms are cleaned everyday and the service is remarkable.
Good location, walking distance from Phrom Phong station. Hotel is sharing same lift lobby with Ibis but different reception entrance. Fast check-in with great smile from the staff. Room is clean with big glass window. Didnt spend much time at roof top bar due to strong wind and heavy rain, roof top bar's staff are friendly and nice. A good hotel, good rooms well designed lots of plug sockets, a slightly thin walls, could hear other toilets flushing but not people talking, big window in room. There is a 7-11 downstairs. And Lee who helped us with our luggage to our room and split up a fight downstairs. Also, the...
We stayed there 4 nights. I didn't do the breakfast buffet, but my family did and they enjoyed it. It's pricier then eating outside (if you pick the right places) but still very reasonable for western $$ standards. We didn't get to use the pool or gym so can't speak to those. Thank you Tizz Abdul for the warm check in. Room is decent though it does show signs of ageing. It didn't really affect the quality of my stay though. Hotel is conveniently located near the Siam area which makes it good to walk.
Good location. We stayed for two nights. My room was comfortable and clean enough. The bathroom was large good water pressure. Great location. Easy access to major malls and supermarket via the walkway. Hotel check in was smooth and fast. Room is clean and spacious. Fantastic location and great service from reception, housekeeping and Gourmet Bar. Good breakfast spread. Worn out room despite recently renovated. Old towels and very basic amenities. The rooms were quite spacious and clean, the location is kind of in a residential area & far from the bustle of the city (which makes it a bit far from the main attractions) & the only problem we faced that the staff wasn't speaking or able to understand English (google translate for the win!)
Hotel is fine. Setback is the surroundings. Road are narrow to walk. 24hrsstore ideally located. As hotel r in the middle of long stretch that leads to the boat ferry. I took the ferry and transfered to another all the way to end for 20baht. That leads to 25mins to khaoSan or 15mins to Dinso.
It's far from the city but they do offer good price . And good room . No kettle or tea bags . If u ask them for tea bag they charge 40 TB .otherwise good rooms. They have two good restaurants near by
Comfortable stay in the city center Close to the Yellow Line MRT station, just a 10-minute walk. Spacious, clean rooms, great service. Perfect for a relaxing stay.
Eventhough the shopping malls are quite a distance from the hotel but overall the environment is quiet during the night which makes sleep easy. Not much disturbance. For food there are quite a lot of restaurants nearby.
Its old n musty smelling. Very loud, boisterous, rude tourist. Lots of them, shouting loudly at each other at all times. Staff are nice n food is ok in restaurant. Nearby 7-11 n very easy to get taxi at door.
Many stores nearby. A subway station is 5 minutes walk away. Great views and a good mall nearby Good restaurant

Great room, great price.
Clean, well, reasonable
We travel as a family. Nice room, helpful staff and surrounded by supermarkets. You can easily get your grocery stuffs within a walking distant. It’s also quite near to the airport (DMK) and Chocolate Ville.
I happen to choose a family room, its equip with small dining table, kitchen sink, refrigerator, 1 queen size and 1 single bed and lots of space (considering 4 inhabitants), clean and comfy, the breakfast is OK, the hotel near medium sized supermarket called Big C for everyday needs....including electric pan!

The hotel has it's long history since WW II. I personally like some old but charismatic character of the place. The room is big, it offers 1 single bed and 1 double bed which I found quite comfy. One of the old style Bangkok hotels that has survived, probably because of its location and history. I did not stay here for over 30 years but visited the lobby restaurant to reminice. Of course 30 years ago this was the hight of western...
The Dim-sum here was average. But what's very superb was the waiters hospitality. Parking is free if you are here for that. But the hotel is very accessible by mass transit or taxi for tourists.
It’s fine, staff doesn’t really speak English. Location is close to Khao San Road. Lots of tuktuks and taxi’s in front of the hotel.
A very Grand Hotel, is the Royal, nostalgic and very central to most landmarks, etc. Reception staff very friendly and most courtiest. No problem communicating with staff. Food great. Clean and tidy. Great stay. The location near Silom and the BTS station made getting around Bangkok a breeze. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the price was reasonable. Having a 7-11 and McDonald's nearby was super convenient. While the service wasn't top-notch, I was still satisfied overall with my stay in Bangkok. Definitely a good choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Great parking service person. Near BTS. Good view

Mediocre hotel with poor interiors. Shabby. The only plus is the location, the hotel is just near the monorail station.

Definately good for its price. Breakfast could be better and was not a buffet. We were almost alone as guest though. The air conditioner was pretty loud and made it hard to fall asleep. I stayed at this hotel in 2019. It is small hotel, but the rooms are with the same quality as a big hotel or better. The best thing was the toilet; big and with a bathtub. As the hotel is at the start of Soi 31, it is close to many interesting places at Soi 31 and Soi 22.
Cozy and clean. Great location.
Great, clean hotel. With a small gym and swimming pool. The great thing is that these facilities are open to guests despite the current restrictions here. They also offer discounts for multiple nights
Nice quiet hotel between Asok and Phrom Phon, BTS stations, Staff are helpful, cleaning carried out at the guests request, free water, tea coffee and a mini bar, 1000 baht deposit required on check in, no problem.
Clean, nice maid, the room is not narrow, not too wide. But in this restaurant area the price is 100++ even if it's a normal a la carte Noodles 100++ like in the picture. Encourage people on a budget to shop before they arrive. But the hotel part was very impressive, there is a gym, there is a swimming pool, but I did not take pictures.

Rooftop bar on 38th floor was great. Not a great location for walking anywhere but there was a metro station right out front that made travel super easy. Oh, and the restaurant breakfast included was amazingly...
Simply stunning! Beautiful room, great breakfast. Handily placed in Bankok, short walk to the river port making all parts of the city accessible quite quickly. Service was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the pool bar with amazing views of the city. We were only here for two nights, but it was just enough to get as much of this wonderful culture as we could. Good work!!
We’ve booked this place 3 times. I must say, their beds and bed sheets are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on, ever. It’s so dang good that we book this place purposely because of their beds. The romantic room (I can’t remember what it’s called) has their beds facing an enormous window with city views. I will book here again on our next Bangkok trip.
It was a great stay. Nice hotel, comfy beds. Great pool with a bar and many sunloungers. Friendly staff. Only downside is that there are not a street food restaurants nearby, You need to use BTS. Maybe some parts of hotel would need some renovation done soon. Overall a really nice stay.
Went to Friday night drinks and tapas on The Roof. Excellent venue, great price. 2 hours free flow wine & bubbles as well as great tapas. All inclusive price. Bookings highly recommended.
