Nice place, 15min walking distance to BTS. 2 teenagers and me sleeping in king bed is good enough. Love the room including mini kitchen and laundry + drying machine, we can wash the clothes in such hot day everyday.

We are four people and booked a 3 room 4beds lakeview apartment. The room is tidy with 2 washrooms, kitchen and a spacious living room and dining area. Downstairs there is coffee club for full breakfast and nice coffee, also a Lawson. We called Grab and easy to get a car in anytime. grab to airport in day time takes around 50min which makes sense. Will recommend this hotel :)

The hotel is fairly decent but it is showing its age. But for the price, it is acceptable. But other travellers should be aware of is that the hotel is dominantly patronized by indian customers and as such has quite a number of Indian restaurants.

Everything is good especially for conferences. Rooms are good, service is good. The only thing that was difficult to me as a vegetarian was food. I had the best experience here. Room had the better view... You could see stars from the bed when the night was clear. The lady at the reception had quite an attitude though. But other staff was pretty much handy and useful whenever needed anything. From the bottle of water till late hours housekeeping. The staff would give away extra water bottles too. Loved them.

Looks like Royal Benja used to be a grand hotel but due to its age and dated architecture looks dated compared to a couple of more modern looking ones around the vicinity. The check in and check out procedures were fast and efficient. My room on the 23rd floor. It has a nice view of the city (see picture). The room is large.
