The rooms at the podstel are too small but the service they offer are great

I was here more than 5 times with in 3 months and stayed here at least 10 days , the room are fine compared with the price and location Bellboy are very friendly and help a lot. Different from the people from the reception if you are Thai stay in here they don't give a sh..t about you ! I was asking for bellboy to help with the luggages but they DONT even listening and ask...WHY? Seriously? I would...

The hotel appears to be only half operational. The shops in the same building are all closed, even the McDonalds, which creates a bit of a slum atmosphere of the surrounding, although the hotel is very easy to reach (3 Minutes walk from Lat Phrao). The room was nice and clean. The fitness area is well equipped.

Overall a good place. Near underground train. Clean & quiet. But sound & noise from the next room can get in, may disturbing you stay. And the air conditioner is very confusing, too cold and cannot set lower. (Room E1219)

The food was ordinary and was not served in sequence. The elevator is a bit old that it can carry 6 passenger at a time. Anything else was just ok.

We celebrated my dad’s birthday in Bangkok, the location is undoubtedly convenient especially the tuktuk service from/to Terminal 21, friendly staffs(as my family can’t speak English), food is great although not much choice for Thai food during the breakfast. Big thanks for the birthday decorations, my dad had a wonderful moment here and we will definitely be back again.

This is a super hotel, especially if you need to use the main airport in Bangkok as it’s only a 20-30min taxi ride away. Staff very friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed the lovely rooftop pool and bar for happy hour. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. I was very happy with our stay here.

This hotel is very neat and clean, cleaner “Nanny” is very keen to details and staffs are thoughtful. Friendly and helpful staff who is willing to go extra mile. Accidently cut my finger on the day that I am leaving the hotel, however the bellboy who was on duty that day went the extra mile and get me the first-aid box and managed my wound. The hotel is located next to thonglor bts with convenient store and restaurants surroundings. Room does not have mini bar, tea or coffee but was asked to make deposit at 2k baht. The bathroom has bathtub with city view. Comfy and clean bed. Breakfast is standard. Front desk staff and bell man are helpful and attentive.

Everything is perfect, especially in service. The food is so delicious, and the round bathtub is nice with a good view of inner Bangkok city. The bed is so comfy. I’ll come back to stay again without a doubt.

The food provided by the quarantine is not very good, except for this, the others are fine.

Great Place, lucky to get opportunity to stay here

I had the opportunity to stay in a superior room type during quarantine. Due to the outbreak of covid 19, in my opinion, the rooms are of good quality, clean, reasonable price, despite being a long-established hotel. But* everything still looks new. Maybe because it has been updated.

The rooms range in comfort, I've stayed here twice and I can say that the higher rooms are so much more comfortable than the rooms at the lower floors. The location isn't that great if you want to go out for thai food.

I came with group and trust me this is the beast hotel in town. The rooms are very spacious. Toilet is spacious. All the rooms are well maintained and well organised. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking facility is avaiable. Near about all food outlet and lots of stores for shopping avaiable. Must visit if staying in Bangkok.

This hotel is nice. The room is big and very clean. You are near a BTS station and main road. It’s very peaceful and comfortable. The only problem is they serve exact same breakfast every morning. If you stay one or two night it’s ok but we stay 4 nights. At the end it was quite tiring

A newly built hotel close to the heart of Bangkok overlooking the River. Check in service was excellent and our room was clean, spacious and came with all standard amenities. The pool is large and great for an easy, lazy swim. Pool side restaurant is well priced and our food was delicious. The breakfast menu was sufficient.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Its a new hotel and not everything is finished yet, but that doesn’t lower the quality of the time spent there. It’s a cool, cozy hotel with an amazing pool area. After staying here again after my last visit 4 years ago, you can clearly see the marks covid has left (no shuttle, no laundry, no massage services available currently, only few staff and limited breakfast). Room had a bit a funny smell, but overall was ok and clean. I especially like the quiet location (down soi 4) and the effort staff is making to keep customers happy.

The photos of the rooms looked good but room felt like they started the renovation and halfway through decided it was enough and quickly finished up. My safe wasn't even bolted down. No views but it was cheaper than what I normally pay so I guess I can't complain.

Nice little breakfast spot on Soi Rambuttri. They do other food but I was there for breakfast. Service was fairly swift and friendly. I paid 90 Baht for breakfast including coffee. i could have fried or scrambled eggs and bacon sausage or ham. I went for ham and fried eggs. The coffee was decent and I could add my own milk and sugar. There was free wifi but it didn't seem to be working when...

Very good service and good menu. I had burger and French fries, only 100 baht. Plenty of condiments are available to make it spicier or more tasty. Thai food and European food is available. Drinks are amongst the cheapest in Khao San I liked the comfortable seats; a rarity in Khao San. I'll be here more regularly.

Great place for drinks, music and people watching. On a quieter section of the backpacker area of Bangkok this place offers clean food and cheap drinks ... We even brought a 1/2 chicken from the market and they were more than happy to accommodate us. The music here is better than most of the area, as they tend to play cover songs of popular music .. not so here.

A great little place on Rambuttri. They have a decent menu which is somewhat similar to other places nearby. But, the quality is definitely here. The atmosphere is good, with seats inside with TVs, or tables outside for people watching. Rambuttri is noticeable for being near Khaosan, yet curiously quiet. Check this place out for a drink or bite to eat.

This restaurant is amazing! The watermelon Mojito is so good and strong (the rest of the places near here are very stingy about alcohol) and the breakfast is so yummy. We ordered the egg bacon cheese club sandwich and we were really happy with it. Also the service is great. The people are super nice and very attentive plus they speak English! The room here is beautiful... It is like Canadian style wooden house... With Air condition.... But the bathroom amd toilet is Shared... Its not a worry because the place is not crowded.....

The Shanghai La deserves its stars. Excellent view over the river. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The staff was anonymous and can’t remember any of them. Room was as expected clean, nice and spacious.

We had an amazing experience here. We wanted to spoil ourselves at the end of a long trip and we were easily able to do that here. It felt like walking into a palace. Our river-view room was beautiful with the most comfortable plush beds. Good location. Only a few minutes walk away from the nearest BTS. Take a ferry boat across the river to Siam Paragon. Next to the highway so traveling by car is convenient too.. Great Hotel! No better hotel to stay at for a quarantine! We had a suite and another connecting room to stay as a family. One issue we had was the presence of mosquitoes even though we were on the 23 floor. However, they were very helpful as they brought in a mosquito repellent for us that did not not work well but made the situation much better. They were very organized. It made the quarantine bearable...

I did my 14-day quarantine here and it was amazing! Great hospitality from the staff, great food, and comfortable room. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure I enjoy my stay as much as they can!

The view that you get is absolutely stunning!! Stayed in a suite for 5 nights and I never got over the amazing view as it overlooks the River and IconSiam. Facilities are good with the garden pool being a great place to swim and relax. Good buffet breakfast and great staff in general. This hotel is in a great location and they offer a complimentary water taxi shuttle to 2 other ports nearby that saves guests time and money with transportation.
