I went to stay overnight for an event next day in the area. Although the hotel is not brand new, it is well maintained and comfortable. It's just a 3-minute walk to the nearby sky train station, and also the airport rail link. Overall it's a value for money choice for business travelers

Originally booked a Deluxe Room for only 1 night but ended up staying three—paid to upgrade to a Premier Room, then an Executive Room. Totally worth it. Even though the hotel is in the heart of busy Bangkok, it feels like a peaceful world of its own. Service is very attentive and made me feel well looked after. Still, three nights felt too short!

No sound isolation. I could hear every sneeze and cough from the next room. I can hear the road very clearly through the window. I was not able to open window for the fresh air.

I stayed here for 5 days. It was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel has good gym and swimming pool facilities. They even provide free swan balloons. If you book a vehicle online, you can wait outside the lobby where there is a comfortable seat. The officer will direct the car to park in front of the hotel. We are four people and booked a 3 room 4beds lakeview apartment. The room is tidy with 2 washrooms, kitchen and a spacious living room and dining area. Downstairs there is coffee club for full breakfast and nice coffee, also a Lawson. We called Grab and easy to get a car in anytime. grab to airport in day time takes around 50min which makes sense. The Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok is one of the best hotels in Bangkok. Incredible hospitality and very courteous staff. Great pool area. Directly located in Silom district. The architecture of the main house is unique. Unfortunately the hotel was closed in January 2019. A new hotel and business complex is being built on the site. Hopefully the new hotel will continue its great history.

Poor service for 1st time.I came here to attend a seminar, but the receptionist in front of the restaurant did not explain well. I gave her a coupon and she had to suggest where should I sit, but she did not tell anything. This caused me to be confronted by a waitress who was also rude as well. Dim Sum used to be much better i.e. whole shrimp for Hagao and Shiumaibut now all ismashed up. Food no longer impressive as it used to be. Prices are rather high compare to what you get.

This is a giant hotel with 25 level, with a nice pool, gym what was held open when we there. The breakfast was rich and high quality. The location not bad but need travel for the downtown of course. Next of the hotel always have 1-2 taxi driver who can bring cheaper price like the application companies. The staffs are friendly and helpful such kind person all. I like the hotel near to Rama 9 and market. Thy have clean rooms staff is so nice always polite and there to help you. Overall hotel vibe is really nice.
