I don't want to talk about the small room, no amenity, and uncomfortable mattress, because this place is not expensive.
But it's basically unable to tolerate because they have 0 noise isolation - you hear clearly what people talk, and the door slam with great noise.
Yeah of course, you hear clearly each motorcycle and car pass by on the street in front, a great 3D effect.
I don't want to say the staff are rude, but they're 100% not friendly. You feel they hate their work and they hate the guests.

Beware — your jewellery is at serious risk of being stolen!

After two months of travelling around Thailand, I can honestly say this was by far the worst hotel I stayed at. Not only was the service terrible, but they also stole my favourite labradorite stone necklace, which was extremely valuable to me — both in cost and sentiment. I hadn’t had a single thing go missing my entire trip until I stayed here, and I’m 100% certain it happened at this hotel since it was my final stop.

To make things worse, the staff treated guests poorly and the room was disgusting — hair everywhere, clearly not cleaned properly. The pool was in horrible condition with pigeon droppings all around it. It looked nothing like the photos online — don’t be fooled by their misleading pictures.

All in all, this was the worst night of my entire trip. I’m beyond disappointed and will never stay here again. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs.

I paid £35 for a room that woul as a walk-in due to friends not being able to accommodate md due to quake displacement.
When querying price gouging this morning, I was told that the offer is only available after 7pm. I've just been onlinecat 9am and can get a room for £20 now! A huge difference to the £35 rip off at the front desk!

I must say, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff were extremely rude and so full of themselves that I didn’t even stay for my entire booking—I checked out after only two days.

You’re not allowed to eat anywhere except in your room. Alcohol is completely banned—they don’t sell it, and you’re not allowed to bring your own, yet this wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the booking page. Smoking on the balcony is also forbidden.

We lost our room key, and at first, they said the charge was 300 baht, but somehow, it magically changed to 600 baht. They make you sign a document that allows them to fine you for everything—5,000 baht if you smoke even five centimeters outside the designated area, and 1,000 baht if you lose a tiny check-in receipt that only has your name on it. They hit you with all these hidden charges after you check out, trying to milk every last bit of money from you. Even a small glass costs 500 baht.

They also enter your room even when you have a “Do Not Disturb” sign up, claiming to “clean”—yet the bed covers were full of stains, dust was everywhere, and the balcony looked like it hadn’t been used since 1965, completely black and moldy.

Avoid this place at all costs!

Very rarely leave negative reviews but this time I have to unfortunately.
Rooms was nice and enjoyed the stay but at check out on 17.01.2023 the receptionist pulled out a dirty towel from somewhere and demanded 150baht for special cleaning. Never heard anything like this in my life. Didnt speak much English but demanding money was very clear.

We asked to issue us a receipt for this but was denied.
I honestly believe the receptionist just took the cash for himself.
Such a shame, I really wanted to come back as I liked the design but this just left me really angry.
Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a better Hotel.
