Chaipura Resort in Chang Island

I have compared many resorts before picking this, and their bungalows are so lovely and exactly what I expected to be during low season, very quiet and slow living area, walking distance to beach & restaurants.
The only thing was, surprisingly, they haven't fixed their electronic payment system since last year? (according to older comments) which I did not expect to pay cash for this accommodation, this had caused my plans fell through, I ended up cashing from ATM with poor exchange rate & expensive bank chrages.
Staffs were super nice though, but no service after 4pm, restaurant not in business. Therefore, no breakfast, weak wifi and no support after dawn, this is overpriced.

Lovely, calm and not over-the top resort, great place to stay if looking for a peaceful beach holiday!
Wooden rooms with a balcony which overlooked the river ; they were comfortable and spacious.
Rather nice, short walk to the beach by the river.

This place is amazing, short walking distance to a beautiful beach. All of the staff are very sweet and helpful. The towels shaped like elephants that are on your bed when you arrive or a really nice touch. Are cable didn't work when we arrived and they offered to change us to a different room but you're not going to be watching a lot of television when you're there so we didn't bother.

We stayed at Chaipura for a month.
It was super great.
Jack and his team are wonderful. They took really good care of us.
We really liked that it was hidden and therefore quiet. It felt a bit like living in the jungle.

I miss that hotel so much. I have been a regular guest before the sniffles pandemic. I hope I can come back next year and enjoy the kindness of the host,the plg breakfast, the nature and my friend the monkey again👍

The beach is here super chill and nor very crowded.

Basicly a nice stay... really nice stuff.... feels like in the jungle - beautiful flair. just remind: the jungle can be loud... so it's hard to sleep longer than 6am when some animals wake you up. Hard mattress.

Excellent location : close to the beach and quiet. Big rooms, super clean and well maintained.
Staff super friendly, welcoming and helpful. We strongly recommend !

Family bungalow ( couple). All new. Clean. Quiet. A/C good. TV with phone screen mirroring. Spacious room and bathroom. 1 min ride to the closest beach with massage, restaurants rentals. Need scooter - 20/30 min to shops/restaurants. Would rate as 4 star Hotel. Basic breakfast (see photo).
