Nice hotel, good service. The spacious rooms are suitable for tourists who prefer to relax families or companies.

Location: 30 km from airport, 14 km from the centre of Patong beach, 400 m from the sea at Kamala beach.
Consists of several 4-storey buildings.
The hotel has 180 rooms.
Total area: 950 m2 13.
Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to a public beach, 400 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, towels – free of charge, deck chairs, mattresses – platno.

Great Service, Great pool, Great location but the downside is they dont have elevators maybe cos its a resort, but found it hard to climb 2 levels, they have a nice pool facing balcony for all the rooms.

An oasis in the desert that is Kamala beach. It's a short walk to the beach and a longer walk to the first restaurants. And then again a long walk to the last of them. You'll do quite some walking when staying in this hotel, or you'll be spending lots of money on tuktuks and taxi's.
But the hotel itself is great. Large rooms, lovely pool, good atmosphere and a nice breakfast (with very little variation, so don't stay too long or it'll start boring you). The breakfast seating lady isn't very kind nor helpful. Just ask the other very kind employees for whatever you need.

Just make a note after 11 pm you are on your own no room service ,no bar , no restaurant all closed ?

Helpful staff, quiet rooms, fun facilities and good breakfast. The only negative is the lack of elevators and getting up the stairs with a really heavy suitcase is just a mission.

I stayed here with my friend from 16th to 20th march. I really liked the experience. I found this hotel spot on for everything, from spacious rooms, to room service. And location is really ideal. I would recommend. Beach is round the corner as well. Hooters is next door, brilliant place for a beer. Staff is lovely. Local shops and local restaurants are on walking distance. Bangla road is on walking distance too. Ideal place to stay.

On all booking sites they declare themselves as a 5 stars hotel. Those who lived in true 5-star hotels and those who understand what the five different from the boards I'll just say a few simple but clear points that will immediately bring clarity to this pseudopattern.
Bathrobes only on request at the reception. Slippers only on request at the reception. Could fit the (toothbrushes, comb, toothpaste) only on request at the reception. Towels (by default give one towel per person) only on request at the reception. After the request to them instead of towels brought such rags that his wife several times asked am I sure what it's towels and not doormats. Bedside mats not even on request at the reception. On knopochki the phone does not have half of the buttons. Bathroom is so small that drying yourself with a towel after the shower constantly hit your elbows on the walls. The hotel in General is good. Service is lame, here we are day 3 and every day something was missing. The toilet paper is not put , the tea of today's towels small no. But all bearable.The main disadvantage is that to go to the sea 30 meters along the river stink. Very, very unpleasant. For us, this disadvantage outweighs all the good. Also the disadvantages include the fact that next no store 7 /11. To the nearest 30 minutes walk. Only fresh juices in the cafe for 120 baht. At the other end of the beach Juice for 50 baht. The location is also nowhere, all makashnits and inexpensive cafes where 7/11. Fruit isn't even expensive.

All is well, but you can forget about European cuisine. If they are prepared, then just translate the products. But in General the food is slop. Russian language is fundamentally nobody knows. There is only one employee of the hotel Tatiana from Ukraine, and even that doesn't always work. Everything else is fine. But what hungry Russian...

the hotel overall was a pleasant stay, good Breakfast, service, affordable Shuttle to Patong. Of the minuses small territory and lots of rooms, pool too small and lots of bleach. The room lacks decoration. Guests have sunbeds, to 9 already free no. The beach is 300 metres away, can bring on electromachine.
