Very nice resort.
Has steep driveways but many transportation.

Best resort in Phuket it’s clean and great location and the stuff was amazing

I recommend it for newlyweds on their honeymoon, and it's also suitable for Arabs. The rooms are clean and the view is more than wonderful.

It was absolutely splendid with direct sea view, highly Exclusive and private beach. A boutique hotel for couples, less families with kids, a quiet environment and spacious rooms

Not bad hotel . Best thing of this hotel - you have your own beach , just people from hotel . No massage sellers , no coconut sellers , no food sellers . Minus it is you can not walk in hotel , all your moving by buggy . Sometimes you wait buggy long time . Restaurants in hotel just for not stay hungry , no special food . Don't have good wine . So if you want stay in quite atmosphere it is good choice .

Service is good

We spent four wonderful nights as a couple in December at this amazing hotel. The service was top-notch, and they were super accommodating when we asked to check in early and late. We really appreciated that! Overall the attitude of the staff and service level was very good.

The breakfast buffet was good, with a wide variety of Asian and international dishes. The restaurant overlooks the pool and beach, which was breathtaking.

The hotel pool and beach were incredible. The beach was especially beautiful during high tide, with clean, soft sand and clear water. It felt like we had our own private beach!

The location of the hotel was perfect. It’s just a 15-20-minute drive to Patong Beach, and it’s also about 30-40 minutes from the old town and central flora mall (depending on traffic it might take longer).

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, we had to use a buggy to get around the resort, which was pretty quick and easy, buggy took around 10 min to reach on a few occasions which can get frustrating. Communication with the buggies and lobby was done through a hotel app with was a nice feature.

The only downside side was we felt the hotel was in need of slight renovation parts of the hotel and a faint odor in our room when the AC was off.

Overall, we had an amazing time at this hotel. It’s definitely worth a visit!

We had a great time at the Naka. It is such a beautiful property that is intentionally a bit far from the crazy streets of Phuket, so you can enjoy tranquility and a quiet environment.

We had the beach access pool villa, which was a great choice; more privacy and direct access to the beach. The main restaurant and pool were right next door, so it was a plus. The breakfast was pretty good. They offered a lot of Thai dishes, which I loved. The restaurant for dinner was great, too. The sky bar was incredible with its architecture and views. We didn't use the gym, but it is located at the downstairs of the bar. The service was impeccable. Everyone was very attentive, friendly, and willing to help.

One thing I loved about was their app. You can do anything everything with the app from booking a reservation to requesting housekeeping and ordering a buggy service - because the property is huge you need them to pick you up to get to the lobby to take a Grab go to out. They are very fast to arrive and convenient. In case English or Thai are not your native language, you can choose many other languages that will automatically translate what you write when you chat with the team.

We also rented snorkels to explore the private beach. The water was so warm. We saw many fishes and beautiful coral reefs. The water was shallow, so it felt safe, too. I scratched my knee during snorkling and asked for bandaid and first aid kit via the app. They sent a nurse to take care of my wound, which was an amazing touch. You can also rent kayaks for free. There are many paid and free activities the property offers that you can book via the app.

They offer the sea food grill at the beach so you can enjoy Phuket seafood in a private and romantic setting. In case you are with your loved ones, this is something I highly recommend. We had a great experience.

We had to leave super early in the morning to catch a flight back home. They prepared nice breakfast boxes for us to take. It was a small but sweet thing for them to do to impress the customers.

Make sure you have the bug repellent and/or thin long sleeve shirts & pants because you will get bit by mosquitos. :)

There are a couple of things that they should improve - the matress was sunken in due to aging. It felt more noticeable because the matress was very firm and was not well supported. I could tell where people have been sleeping in. It wasn't the best matress that didn't keep me feeling well rested. While the water pressure for the shower was great, the water filled up at the bottom, which wasn't good. By the last day, it was almost flooding over the shower because the shower drain was clogged. There was some attention to detail to be made in terms of deep cleaning, especially the outdoor jacuzzi area - it was dirty with bugs, so we didn't attempt to use it. I loved how the AC worked so well. Thank God when it is so hot and humid in Phuket. However, it would have been nice to be able to lower the AC to minimum in the bedroom so you dont have to freeze to death while sleeping.

My wife and I were absolutely blown away by the breathtaking views of the bay, the ocean, and the stunning sunrises and sunsets—it felt like paradise. The resort itself is beautifully designed, offering a serene and luxurious ambiance that was perfect for such a special occasion.

What made the experience even more memorable was the incredible staff and impeccable service. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and professionalism. Every detail was taken care of, ensuring our stay was as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
