The complex is located 10 minutes ' drive from the white Sands of Patong beach and various entertainment options. It offers luxurious villas with private balconies, an outdoor pool and a restaurant.

Consists of ninety-four 1-storey villas.
Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach within the public beach 80 m away, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, chairs, towels – free of charge. There is a Shuttle service to the beach in Patong.

Amazing stay! Hotel was located right on the beach with spectacular views. The breakfast was included and well varied. Five stars to the wonderful staff, specially the ones working in the lobby who would do anything to see you smile and happy. My only complaint of my stay is towards the owner or property manager: the hotel was really great potential, some areas of the hotel are lacking maintenance like painting on the walls, poor work on landscaping. I feel that such a beautiful property deserves better and constant maintenance. Still deserves a 5 star rating because I honestly had no complaints during my stay and I would definately come back again!

Starting off with the good things, the 4 bedroom villa was amazing, the view was outstanding from the villa and the infinity pool was amazing. The service from the reception and restaurant were also amazing. The location is good, and not too far from all the malls, activities, etc. Although I encountered one of the worst stuff that could happen on a trip, and that is I got money out of my wallet stolen. My wallet was in the room while room service were cleaning, and when I got back and looked into my wallet, I found all my cash missing, and my credit cards not the same places I put it. Knowing this was a 5 star hotel, I didn’t expect this at all. I tried contacting the reception, and they tried to help but gave up after a few hours and it’s been a few days, and I am yet to hear anything from them. Absolute disappointment!

One of the best hotels i stay at Phuket. I have my own villa, it’s clean and beautiful. Also the breakfast is delicious. You have a clean private beach. Highly recommended. Plus they have free activity you can enjoy with😍.

The staff was very friendly. The room had issues with fixtures coming loose. The Buffett was very basic and the egg cooks only knew one way to do fried eggs. I ordered over easy three days in a row and got sunny side up basically every time. The view would be nice but our private pool looked straight into a tree with very limited view of the water. The bar was very loud at night and even more so the night before we had to be up early to do a tour. The buggy service was hot or miss on showing up. When they did show they were very friendly. Having stayed at a few different level resorts this one is a three star resort at best.

Overall a great hotel with superb view. As advertised, tranquility is what you get here. Although the villa may be dated, but is still considered well maintained. Service is good as well.

- breakfast with wide selections, but taste might be subpar
- no universal power ports, and no adapters to borrow. This was quite disappointing as other hotels I stayed before here provides either one.

Could have been a great stay but it’s hard to relax with construction noises all day everyday. I read in a previous review there was construction, so I asked before check in. I was assured « construction is finished ». This was not true: the pool and beach are 5 meters from a heavy construction site (I’m talking welding, drilling, hammering, tearing down walls) from 8am onwards.
Apart from that, what we loved: very helpful and friendly staff, dim sum at breakfast, private beach. What we didn’t love: construction (!), poor internet, nothing within walking distance

As a frequent traveler to over 50 cities, I must say this hotel falls short of its five-star rating.
1. The staff lacked professionalism, very rude and obviously not trained for a 5 stars hotel.
2. Cleanliness standards are less than average.
3. Their exchange rates were way higher compared to other hotel rates (had to exchange money in another 5 stars hotel so was able to compare), and considering that hotels’ rates are usually high.
4. The food was very disappointing, with even basic dishes like omelettes for breakfast tasting bad.
5. The beach area was not well-maintained and dirty.
While the location and architecture were nice indeed, they alone do not justify a 5-star rating. 3 stars would be a more accurate reflection of the hotel's quality.

We loved our stay at the Naka! We got a suite with pool and view of the waters, the room was so spacious and very comfortable! The bedding was very nice and easy to fall asleep in too. We really loved our own private pool where we also got floating afternoon teas - the afternoon tea setup is amazing, so many different options and yummy snacks!
The food at the Naka was delicious - breakfast everyday was amazing, the staff remember our names and even the tables where we sat at and would always ask if we wanted our drink of choice. Definitely don’t skip breakfast here! So many delicious choices!
We also enjoyed lounging around the hotel’s infinity pool, walking near the beach, and checking out some of the arts and crafts activities. I would definitely suggest the hotel expand some of the arts and crafts offerings to adults (not just kids) as some of the activities would definitely appeal to adults too, like gel candle making and batik painting.

One of the most stylish hotels in Phuket. Inspired by matchbox concept, the glass-built villas situated on hillside offering spectacular sea views. A little bit pricey but worth to stay for 2-3 nights to completely enjoy the villa and the beach! The beachfront pool is also great to swim, while the lush tree is definitely a WOW attraction for photography! Don’t forget to bring your camera, you would discover many stylish angles!

Stayed there 2 times. Perfect privacy in style. Rather close to patong in case you wish for some crowds. SPA is okish.
