Palm Coco Mantra Hotel

Location, location, location! What a view, and we were fortunate to be upgrade to a Beachfront Villa that had an uninterrupted view of the ocean. The pool here is huge and well frequented. Rooms are a little on the tired side and could do with redecoration, but they were spacious, clean & comfortable.

Breakfast provided all you need from a buffet, and went until 11am. The restaurant was probably a little more expensive than expected, but meals were adequate though smallish in size. Cocktails were great, and they have a happy hour in the late afternoon buy 2 get 1 free. Strength of cocktails was decent, but they put the pricey p on the standard price during happy hour.

While the location is a little out of the main strip, during low tide you can get there along the beach. Convenience store and restaurants all within 10 minutes reach, or rent a scooter nearby.

Staff are all lovely, one did misinterpret a couple of conversations but they all speak English very well and are helpful in making arrangements and coordinating transfers.

We loved it here so much we extended our stay another 5 nights. Only downfall of this resort is there is no gym available.

After 3 days in Bangkok we arrived in koh Samui to relax for a week ad so glad we chose this place, form the start the staff where so friendly and helpful, our room was not ready but they allowed us to change, have breakfast use the pool and relax until it was , we had a room ona high floor with stunning views of the beach and the sea, lovley room with a queen size bed , beautifully decorated and very welcoming,unlike what we just had in Bangkok. we ate fabulous meals cooked at the beach restaurant, had lovley cocktails and cold beers all served by the best staff, we loved it here if ever in koh Samui would not hesitate to return . thanks so much

This is a quiete, pleasant, mid size boutique resort with beach access, just off the edge of Lamai Beach. Decent sized on site pool in lush garden. Sea view outdoor restaurant serves tasty and varied food and drinks menu. Room was large with balcony and seaview.

A perfect stay in a spacious room with balcony,the location is far enough from the main street’s hustle and bustle but central at the same time, 10 minutes away to Silver Beach on foot.
They have a cleaning service which charges 90 bahts per kilo for cleaning/drying and ironing.It was a lifesaver facility for us.
Plus,the breakfast is really good and you have many different options from different cuisines.
I also adore the calm and quiet atmosphere.
More importantly, the staff is really kind and helpful🙏🏻

This boutique resort was great. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with any requests. The location is in the far northern end of Lamai so it's nice and quiet but still not far from restaurants and shops. The resort was clean and neat. The buffet breakfast was great and had a good variety of food on offer. Kayaking was also great. The facilities were excellent. Overall a great place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle and just relax.

Quiet location in Koh Samui with a clean unpopulated beach and a great pool. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms, clean and comfortable. The little market with not much to offer, is just a Grab cab away. The food street is buzzing however, especially at night. The only inconvenience at the hotel is the numerous flights of steps to descend (and ascend) to the breakfast verandah at the poolside with no handrails. Tough for seniors.

Great little resort near Lamai Beach. The room was cosy and clean. The view from the balcony was great. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast had different options to choose from. Unfortunately, because of the tide, it wasn't possible to swim from the beach in front of the resort.

We spent our first week of our honeymoon here, the room was amazing, with an ocean view, I could only dream that it would ever become a reality, and this hotel made it a reality. The girls at the front desk and the staff at the bar are very polite. It's cool that there is a laundry service and you can rent a scooter on site. The only regret is that the food in the café could be better. And it would be great if you could not only leave your personal book you've already read at the hotel, but also take one with you from the hotel for the rest of the trip.
I recommend it.

This cozy hotel offers a good value for money if you are looking for something quiet but convenient location. We stayed here for 4 nights. For breakfast, they have good choices from salad, bread, oats, cereals and thai food (rice, meat and soup). They also have yogurt and fruits selection plus an egg and waffle station.

It would be more fantastic if they could add more fruit options (they usually serve 2 kinds). The croissant also is a bit hard to eat and they put ham in the water which I’m not sure if it is supposed to add an extra flavor.

The staff are very nice and helpful with some personal things I asked.

Overall we had a relaxing stay, just as we needed.
