Palm Coco Mantra

A perfect stay in a spacious room with balcony,the location is far enough from the main street’s hustle and bustle but central at the same time, 10 minutes away to Silver Beach on foot.
They have a cleaning service which charges 90 bahts per kilo for cleaning/drying and ironing.It was a lifesaver facility for us.
Plus,the breakfast is really good and you have many different options from different cuisines.
I also adore the calm and quiet atmosphere.
More importantly, the staff is really kind and helpful🙏🏻

Great little resort near Lamai Beach. The room was cosy and clean. The view from the balcony was great. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast had different options to choose from. Unfortunately, because of the tide, it wasn't possible to swim from the beach in front of the resort.

We spent our first week of our honeymoon here, the room was amazing, with an ocean view, I could only dream that it would ever become a reality, and this hotel made it a reality. The girls at the front desk and the staff at the bar are very polite. It's cool that there is a laundry service and you can rent a scooter on site. The only regret is that the food in the café could be better. And it would be great if you could not only leave your personal book you've already read at the hotel, but also take one with you from the hotel for the rest of the trip.
I recommend it.

This cozy hotel offers a good value for money if you are looking for something quiet but convenient location. We stayed here for 4 nights. For breakfast, they have good choices from salad, bread, oats, cereals and thai food (rice, meat and soup). They also have yogurt and fruits selection plus an egg and waffle station.

It would be more fantastic if they could add more fruit options (they usually serve 2 kinds). The croissant also is a bit hard to eat and they put ham in the water which I’m not sure if it is supposed to add an extra flavor.

The staff are very nice and helpful with some personal things I asked.

Overall we had a relaxing stay, just as we needed.

Lovely staff, very clean and has everything you need. One of the best hotels we stayed in whilst in Thailand. Great hotel just a shame about the tide being out most of the day leaving a slightly less scenic view, but it's still lovely in the mornings and there's other beaches around to go later in the day.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Not because of the rooms or facilities but the staff and the hospitality. Just superb. They made us feel like home at all times. I can’t thank them enough for such a wonderful job they have done.
From upgrading our rooms to helping us sort our tickets to Bangkok, getting cars and scooters arranged for us. They were fantastic. I would not look anywhere else if I ever come back to Koh Samui. I would be back here 10/10.

Staff at palm coco mantra go out of the way to help you. Anything you need they are there to help you and offer many services such as car rental scooter rental and even day trips. Our group was getting scammed by a travel agent, Palm Coco mantra’s staff helped us deal with that issue too. Their staff are super friendly and welcoming, always there to extend help.

Unfortunately, I did not stay at this hotel because I made a mistake in booking and there were no available rooms. BUT I would like to say that the reception staff were just amazing!! They greeted me so warmly and kindly! Unfortunately, in the confusion, I did not ask their names, it was 12.01.24 tonight. The girls gave me tea and offered to calmly find another place, but the most amazing thing was that one of the girls dropped me off at another hotel and did not even take any money, although I insisted on taking the money. She just helped me out of her kindness, because the hotel is a 20-minute walk away and she decided to help me.. Thank you very much again! You're amazing! I wish your hotel and staff only the best. This is an amazing example of excellent service. I will definitely come back next time! Happy New Year♥️♥️♥️

Beautiful though older resort with very nice beach access, directly on the beach. The breakfast was very good with wide choice and good quality. The staff was friendly and you can arrange many trips or rent scooter directly in the hotel.

Right on the beach and at a quieter part of Lamai. What makes this place special is the staff. They are so friendly and go out of their way to help you with everything. We had a problem booking a ferry with a travel agent and they helped us every step of the way. They managed to get us a refund and were so helpful at a stressful time.
