Rawi Warin Resort And Spa - SHA Extra Plus in Lanta Island

We stayed at Rawi Warin Resort & Spa for 10 days and really enjoyed our time there.

The food was great, and the service was excellent. All of the staff were friendly, kind, and welcoming, which made our stay very comfortable.

Toward our checkout around December 17, the atmosphere changed a bit as the Christmas Holiday season started. More families with baby and kids arrived, the breakfast area became quite busy, and the pool area felt much more like a kids’ play space. This wasn’t something we noticed when we first checked in.

Rawi Warin is beautiful resort, but if you’re looking for a quieter and more relaxing stay, it’s better to visit Koh Lanta outside the main holiday season.

Overall we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back!!

While our weather was quite rainy, we had a wonderful time here. The staff is wonderful, helpful and kind. Our rooms were great and they accommodated our two rooms being close - as we were traveling with kids. The pool and beach are perfect. Mee and Fad were amazing as the pool. While there are massage places odd property, we found the spa here to be our best fit. It was a wonderful experience with Yaya and Noon. The additional services like pool table, ping pong and bikes were great for our older kids. Would definitely come back!

We stayed three days at Rawi Warin during our island-hopping holiday. Overall, the hotel is very good, with excellent service and warm hospitality. It’s also part of the TUI hotel list, which means you’ll find quite a few families with young children. The grounds are beautiful, full of lush plants and wildlife, and there’s direct access to the beach.

The food prices at the hotel are quite high, but fortunately there are several great restaurants just outside the property.

Despite the bad weather, we really enjoyed our stay at Rawi Warin.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay and really enjoyed every moment. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with spacious rooms and huge twin beds which was perfect for us and our baby. The breakfast was delicious and very diverse, with plenty of options each morning.
The staff were all so kind and helpful, especially Nong, who noticed our room was a bit far to reach with the stroller and kindly upgraded us to a more convenient one. We truly appreciated that gesture, it made our stay even better!
Will definitely recommend friends.

Unforgettable stay at Rawi Warin Resort & Spa.

We stayed in one of the private villas — a cozy 538 sq ft house with a beautiful balcony and complete privacy. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the landscaping around the resort is done with great care.

The service here is the best I’ve ever experienced. Every staff member was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. During breakfast one morning, I accidentally dropped my knife — within seconds, someone rushed over with a clean replacement before I could even ask. Another day, I had a small accident at the pool and dislocated my shoulder. A staff member named Fad immediately helped and was able to fix it quickly using pressure techniques — I was amazed by his calmness and skill.

There’s plenty to do around the resort: free kayaks (when the water is calm), pool and ping-pong tables, complimentary adult and kids’ bikes, boxing lessons, and even a dedicated scuba and snorkeling office for excursions.

Everything we tried — from food to drinks — was excellent. The only minor downside was that the beach always had a red flag up during our stay, so swimming wasn’t allowed, but that’s of course due to nature and not the resort.

Overall, Rawi Warin exceeded every expectation. Beautiful property, world-class service, and a truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommended

Put this place Looks good, looks very nice. There is an area on the beach. Personally, the pool is large, landscaped, and looks very beautiful. The room was beautiful. If it's a sunset room, it has a private pool, living room, beautiful view. There are many activities, fitness, swimming, billiards, table tennis, boxing ring, cycling, very complete. Alakas style breakfast. Accommodation at this place. Looks good, looks very nice. There is an area on the beach. Personally, the pool is large, landscaped, and looks very beautiful. The room was beautiful. If it's a sunset room, it has a private pool, living room, beautiful view. There are many activities, fitness, swimming, billiards, table tennis, boxing ring, biking, very complete. Breakfast Alaska style.

I stayed here 9 days and had a wonderful time, I will divide my review into different parts.

The hotel itself a is starting to look old in some different part. But in total it looks really nice and it feels like you live in a djungle, and yes you will have monkeys as neighbours :)
The one thing that is too old is the gym that would really need some extra love.

Breakfast: I do not know if the breakfast was smaller than usual due to Covid but I was expecting some more choices, the things that they did have was of good quality but I was lacking some healthy options.

Pool area:
Lovely area and the food as Stream Bar is surprisingly good, the best Thai food we had on the island!

Room:
Super nice rooms with good shower etc, we changed from another hotel to this one because of bugs and and in this room we were left alone!

Cleaning:
The cleaning was not good, they cleaned every day and usually to our satisfaction, but they did some annoying errors like going in to the room even though we had do not disturb sign up. They didn’t change a broken glass and missed to give us a new bathrobe after i left one for cleaning. They didn’t stock up on amenities etc.

Staff:
This is where the hotel really shines. All the staff is so friendly and they took so good care of us. Big extra star to Ann in the breakfast and Rut at the stream bar.⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed at here for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay. First, the manager Woody is extremely helpful from helping me booking the hotel, to greeting me. Even after I left to be with friends at another hotel, he gave me advice on where to get freshest seafood. The hotel has a large infinity pool by the sea and with many sunbeds. There are on site gym. Yoga room and a library. There are also a few computers there for you to use. If you do not like to walk, the hotel provides carts to take you to the restaurants or to some bakery shop out on the road. The on site restaurant has very good food. I would stay here again next time I visit Lanta.

Very nice hotel with beautiful grounds and excellent staff! We spent 2 weeks like in a fairy tale!
