The SIS, Resort - SHA Plus

Fantastic hotel, loved the entrance area and backdrop, rooms were very good, service staff were good and reception staff so accommodating. Infinity pool and beach view to die for. Breakfast was amazing along with the poolside swim up bar. Other than breakfast we did not eat here but the restaurant and food on offer looked fabulous, highly recommend this hotel. Small hill to walk from the beach but nothing life threatening and hotel buggy available to transport you to and from Kata beach on a timetable.

I didn’t expect much when I first booked, but it turned out to be a great stay. The room was clean, and the rooftop infinity pool, restaurant, and bar offered a beautiful and relaxing view. I had dinner at the Twilight Restaurant — the food was delicious, and the live band added a great vibe to the evening. Both the front desk and F&B staff were polite, friendly, and attentive, especially the staff who took care of my table (don’t know his name 🥲)

The only downside was breakfast. The selection was a bit limited, and although it’s available until 11 a.m., by around 10:10 a.m., some items had already run out and took a while to be refilled or never refilled at all.

I stayed at the SIS for 3 nights. The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. The room is a holiday in itself. Everything is very clean and the staff are always there to help. The best part of my stay was the pool and the breakfast. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. The views were breath taking. I would definitely come back again.

I had an amazing 4-night stay at SIS Kata Hotel. After a long flight, the warm welcome truly surprised me—staff swiftly took our suitcases and handed us refreshing cocktails. They prepared a wonderful room for us with a special honeymoon gift, making our arrival extra memorable. Throughout our stay, every staff member was incredibly kind and attentive.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed. The pool area exceeded my expectations—the view is even better than in the photos, and I absolutely loved spending time there. Breakfast was professionally prepared and delicious, and the gym was excellent as well.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks, though. Our room was located in the rear part of the hotel, making access somewhat unusual, and each morning a bird greeted us at sunrise. Despite these small issues, my overall experience was outstanding.

From the moment we walked into the twilight restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and an inviting ambiance. The decor is chic yet cozy, making it the perfect setting for an evening out.

Our dining experience was exceptional from start to finish. The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes, each sounding more delicious than the last. The presentation was beautiful, making the dish as pleasing to the eye as it was to the palate.

The service was impeccable. the server was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations. The timing of each course was perfect, allowing us to savor each dish without feeling rushed.

Overall, this place provided an outstanding dining experience. The combination of delicious food, exceptional service, and a wonderful atmosphere made for a truly memorable evening. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an extraordinary meal. ❤️

Each moment at The Sis Kata Phuket was truly remarkable. The serene atmosphere, breathtaking sea views, and attentive service made this stay an unforgettable experience. The food was also delicious. We eagerly look forward to the opportunity to return.

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. I read good recommendations for room and food. Room was clean with the essentials. The Sis Kata, everything we needed for a short visit to Kata Beach, Phuket.

Service is brilliant, The director provided us snacks and coffee in the restaurant on the house for we are the first couple to be the hotel after them having a close. Very lucky and surprised. Food and view in the sky restaurant is also fantastic, Walking to beach takes about 5 mins, I will stay here next time when visiting Phuket again.
