The hotel is situated on a hill in a quiet scenic location, in one of the most beautiful bays of the island. From the garden view to Kata beach. Many of the rooms have terraces overlooking the sea and garden. Hotel good service. Great place to watch the sunset from the pool with Jacuzzi. The hotel does not accommodate children under 18 years!

Location: 45 km from airport, on the West coast of Phuket island, 18 km from the centre of Patong, in the North of the Bay of Kata on the hill.

Beach: public, sandy beach 550 m away (2 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee, towels – free of charge. There is a Shuttle to the beach.

Of course the view from our view is amazing and the hotel upgrade me to sea view as well. 🤩
1) Located at a very steep location
2) Doesn’t have lift/elevator hence could be an issue with the elderly traveller.
Food is amazing. Staff look a bit dull and boring.
Overall a hotel with great view and ambience
Rooms: Room size was large, with enough furnishing and great view with outside seating facing the sea. A bit damp smell in the lower rooms
Bathroom: Good size with large Jacuzzi and regular toiletries, water was yellow at times and had to be repaired
Sleep: Good overall, could've been more comfortable
Food: Good food and options at reasonable rates. Service a bit slow, but taste of food good
Service: Fast housekeeping staff and overall good service
Location: Great location not too far from main market with awesome sea view from most of the rooms.
I am not very happy with the room and the hotel, compared to other 4 star properties I stayed in Thailand
When one travels they expect some amenities in a hotel like this, but those are missing. One head to toe soap in shower, no body lotion, no shaving kit, no toothbrush, no comb these are basics which should be free but it's chargeable.
Indian food is superb, I would recommend having food here instead of going out or order delivery.
Views are great from sea view rooms.
Location is bit odd on a steep hill so it's not walkable in my opinion.
Staff is very helpful.
Overall great experience.
However, the dining experience left much to be desired. The Indian meal was disappointing, lacking authenticity and flavor. Additionally, the breakfast options were underwhelming, with no Indian choices available.

Overall, while the accommodation and service from the staff, especially Mr. Singh and the desk manager, were commendable, the culinary experience fell short of expectations.
Suggestion : Don't Cook indian food while watching Youtube
