The hotel is situated on a hill in a quiet scenic location, in one of the most beautiful bays of the island. From the garden view to Kata beach. Many of the rooms have terraces overlooking the sea and garden. Hotel good service. Great place to watch the sunset from the pool with Jacuzzi. The hotel does not accommodate children under 18 years!

Location: 45 km from airport, on the West coast of Phuket island, 18 km from the centre of Patong, in the North of the Bay of Kata on the hill.
Total area: 12 400 m2.
The hotel has 115 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy beach 550 m away (2 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee, towels – free of charge. There is a Shuttle to the beach.

So the best part is view. And worst is sustainable tag.
When one travels they expect some amenities in a hotel like this, but those are missing. One head to toe soap in shower, no body lotion, no shaving kit, no toothbrush, no comb these are basics which should be free but it's chargeable.
Indian food is superb, I would recommend having food here instead of going out or order delivery.
Views are great from sea view rooms.
Location is bit odd on a steep hill so it's not walkable in my opinion.
Staff is very helpful.
Overall great experience.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The reception and check-in process were smooth, thanks to the efficient service from the desk manager Wan, who made the experience pleasant from the start. Special thanks to Mr. Singh, who was particularly helpful and attentive during my stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a cozy environment for relaxation.
However, the dining experience left much to be desired. The Indian meal was disappointing, lacking authenticity and flavor. Additionally, the breakfast options were underwhelming, with no Indian choices available.
Also Thanks to SOE from housekeeping & filipino from Night desk for your service and music therapy.
Overall, while the accommodation and service from the staff, especially Mr. Singh and the desk manager, were commendable, the culinary experience fell short of expectations.

We booked the Honeymoon suite and it was amazing, our own private Jacuzzi and Balcony, the room were spacious bright and clean, bed was comfy. The staff were very friendly and attended to our needs when were looking for Taxis/Tours. The breakfast was good, the pools are quite relaxing, and the views of Kata Beach are some of the best in the area! Was well worth the money we spent, thank you Andamann Cannacia Resort and all the staff!

Hotel is good but their policy of providing just 2 water bottles a day and after that you will have to buy drinking water which is so ridiculous as I feel drinking water is a very requirement especially when you are in a tropical climate.
Secondly you’ll have to climb quite a steep slope to reach hotel location.
Room was good. Nice view from the balcony. Daily room service but during room service they don’t refill tea coffee sachets unless you ask.
In breakfast don’t expect variety for vegetarians (I have stayed 4 days)

Very nice. I went off season so it was quite quiet and empty. The beach nearby is extremely close, there is a free ride system to go to the beach and back every hour (also walkable 15 min). The rooms are spacious with a nice terrasse. People from the hotel are pleasant. The hotel is full of trees, really enjoyable

Amazing place. Got a good deal on honeymoon suite which was fantastic with great views, jacuzzi, lots of space, Comfortable. Pool and surroundings wonderful. Not too busy. Staff friendly and attentive. Buffet breakfast delicious with lots of variation. Cheap drinks too, 200 baht for bucket of 3 small beers, or 250 for cocktail buckets. Will definitely be back. It is up a steep hill, you'd be insane to walk up and down to the beach and shops/restaurants but rent a scooter for 200baht a day, no problem.

The staff here are amazing, they are so friendly and fixed all my problems for me, best hotel staff ever, thank you Dokkaew, Nan, Golf, Nan and Cap !

Stayed here 2 weeks for Sandbox and then an extra week while working remotely - really wonderful staff always ready to help, good food (particularly the Thai food - moo hong is delicious, and great local Phuket breakfast of curry and roti!), and decent location with brilliant views. Best if you have your own transport but they do have a shuttle bus that runs to Kata Centre.
Really lovely tiered pool too makes for a relaxing setting above the sea.

Worse experience i ever had!! Swimming pool not worked, the AC in the room very noisy, reception girl very not nice person!!

Unbelievable! Grounds are absolutely Gorgeous, staff is so friendly, rooms are HUGE and food is Great....all for 34.00 a night! Unreal paradise!
