DON’T WASTE MONEY ON THIS HOTEL!! If I can give negative star I will give negative star!!

1. Check-out time is 12 noon, and at 11:30, there are people constantly calling and knocking on the door, which seriously affects our check-in experience (Figure 1)

2. Public swimming pools are dirty, with a lot of fallen leaves and dirty things (video 2)

3. Breakfast took a very long time to serve, it took about an hour to serve all the dishes, in addition, I ate plastic shells in the breakfast fruit (Figure 3).

4. When I checked in, the front desk had a very bad attitude and serious racial discrimination, and assigned me and my friends the room with the worst view(figure 4). We booked two rooms a night for 40,000 baht and were promised the room with the best view when we checked in, but half of the view was blocked by trees. We tried to change rooms, but the front desk rebuffed us.

Don't waste money on this hotel!! Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, totally not worth the price!!

We wanted go here for lunch and the staff made us sit in the lobby for 20 minutes until the lunch area was open. We asked if we could walk around a bit before the lunch area was open but we were forced to sit in the lobby. There are many other nice places near here. I would not go here unless you want to be treated like a criminal whilst stopping by for what one would hope would be a nice lunch. I see other comments below about poor service and substandard drinks, not surprised. Don’t spoil your time here, best to try a place that employs friendly and helpful staff.
