We had an amazing four days at The Shore at Katathani! The location is perfect—peaceful and private, yet only about a 15-minute drive to Kata Beach.
A big thank you to the team for arranging such a beautiful pool villa for us. It was incredible to just lounge in the pool and watch the sunset every evening—it felt like a dream! The breakfast was another highlight. You can order freshly made Thai dishes like rice and noodles, which were super tasty, and having breakfast surrounded by the sea breeze and coconut trees was so relaxing.
Even though the weather was cloudy half the time, the fantastic service totally made up for it. Every staff member was so friendly and always smiling. Special shoutout to Noah at the front desk—he was a lifesaver! Our flight schedule was a mess, but he somehow managed to arrange a late check-out for us even though the hotel was fully booked. There was also a small issue with turndown service one night, but Noah handled it quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated.
We also want to thank Apple from the Harbor restaurant—her service was outstanding and left a lasting impression. And of course, a big thanks to all the bell boys, who were always so helpful and quick to respond to any request.
This hotel made me fall in love with Phuket. It’s the perfect spot for couples, and I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends!
