Beautiful built wooden hotel,staff so helpful,beach at front is dirty and not for swimming but a local taxi or moped tuktuk is around 150 bht to get to pattaya city from cholchan, the pool is so warm also

I stayed here every time I visited my friend. The Villa rooms are close to the sea, very nice view at both sunset & sunrise. Its swimming pool is beautiful

Its location is near the Naklua market where there are the seafood market & various home-recipe restaurants & food shops

Very clean and beautiful and peaceful You can enjoy the pool over day to 9 p. m and stay bear it to hear the sound of water Rooms balconys open toward the pool and house keeping is very good

Nice hotel. Luckily we had an upgrade to the newer room near the pool. The room is nice with a small balcony. The breakfast was ok but the pool was really great.

I love this very presentable place for business meetings and other conventions besides it's refreshing ambience.

It's a bit out the way but they run a free shuttle bus throughout the day and night. The hotel itself is nice and clean but could do with modern. All the staff were nice and seemed to understand English well enough.

Recomended if you want some place for your relex friendly for your pets

I am disappointed by the time I need to wait for the hotel staff to on the air conditioning at the children’s playroom - 15 mins 6 seconds. This is inspire me telling them I am waiting with my children there to play

At the reception they took the slide for 500 baht and returned it upon departure. The condominium is located a 10-minute walk to the fish market, where there is always fresh seafood, and they can cook it there

Sometimes cockroaches came at night, we took all the waste from the room out of the room in the evening, there were practically none of them. There is a pool in the yard, but no one swam there with us

The hotel is 7-800 meters away from Pattaya Seafood Market. There is a refrigerator, safe and microwave. There is a coin-operated washing machine downstairs

The room has floor-to-ceiling windows, we lived on the 8th floor, overlooking the sea. Dogs barked at night, earplugs helped

It's an 18-minute walk to the beach of a 5-star hotel. The water is muddy, not very muddy, as in the whole of Pattaya

Very Loyal staff, I though I lost my $500 worth headphones, I had already left for bangkok but the staff very very cooperative l, They sent me my headphones via courier services free of cost

This is around 5-6 kms away from the main beach walk. Pretty quiet and rooms are reasonable, however, doors to the shower and loo were broken and the hotel management didn't fix it

Wonderful modern hotel! The hotel is located at a wonderful location that has a wonderful view to the gulf and northern part of Pattaya. Fitness and swimming pool is also very very modern with friendly service

Modern and stylist accommodation, convenience stores, Family Mart & 7~11 just around the corner. Dinner buffet also good, not variety choices but lovely seafood in BBQ such as prawns, squids, and crabs

The location is at Naklue area, it is very closed to the Sactuary the truth and the fresh seafood market. Hotel buffet is indeed very good & with great variety. Rooms with sea view are the must & beautiful

PRO: The experience of staying at this hotel was overall good. The location is perfect, the beach is close by, they even have a beach bar / restaurant next on the beach

We had a great time at this hotel. We like the swimming pool. The breakfast is very good with a variety of options.

  CONS: When it is windy, one of the windows is not shuting perfectly, so it will constantly make a noise (and during the night can be annoying)

The minor thing is the bathroom shower problem cos it’s aged & water splash out makes wet around

I would not rate this hotel as five star. Think three star is more fair. The rooms are somewhat worn and the staff can hardly speak english. The breakfast is ok, but the restaurant where it is served is atrocious

The Hotel is very amazing it is located 15 mins away from North Pattaya the location is very quiet as well the beach is located 5 mins walking from the hotel Garden Sea View where the people staying in the hotel have access to the beach where you can view from outside Sanctuary of truth

We had food a couple of times at this pool bar and it was excellent! Beer was a good price for a hotel (buy 3 get one free = 100bht a beer) The rooms were spacious and fully A/C with a seating area and full bathroom

The resort hotel is located in the Northen part of Pattaya and can view the Ssntuary of Truth from the beach. There are massage services at the beach too.

The room was big, had everything we needed. But found not so clean on the bedding, definitely didn’t change after the previous guests. And the sofa also not clean.

Umm… lobby is nice and rooms clean. Service not so much skill but still good value for the price. Walk to the beach bit longer than expected though.

The hotel has its own beach, where you can bring your beavarage. So you can have wonderful time near the sea. Sea is much clearer comparing to djomtien.

Went thinking that we will move on the Islands there and take a sea bath, but in the distant movement was not necessary because the sea is gorgeous right outside the hotel you can swim, we walked along the shore for a change in the next beaches of other hotels where it was also, well, there were sand and stones with fish for the fun of children, adults simply take a dip in complete calm and tranquility...

The room itself was pretty basic - has everything you need including mini fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, dressing gowns, flip flops, TV with Netflix, plus with USBs and surprised to see they had conditioner as well as shampoo and soap etc in the bathroom

The room wasn’t unclean but it’s well used and basic. Breakfast was ok - had noodle station, egg station, bread for toast, salads, fruit, but mainly catered for the Thai market with Asian dishes

We stayed in the room with jacuzzi and the jacuzzi was pretty cool, worked well but you couldn’t fit anything else out there because it took up the whole balcony

Not much in the way for continental breakfast except cornflakes and toast (7/11 kind of bread). Not sure I would stay here again

Every nice hotel, right in front of the beach. The room is nice. You can see the sea right from your balcony. Breakfast is good too. There are only 2 elevators. Sometimes you have to wait.

All good for couples and children, not suitable for those elders. Hotel has a lot of steps down to the pool and beach.

The hotel is located about 5km from Beach Rd so you need to take taxis to get there as there is no free shuttle available

Super nice staff and can call us to check in ealier when the room is ready. Amazing water park, with lots of slides. The floats provided in the water park for adults and kids raised the enjoyment
