Location: 5 km from the centre of the city, in the Northern part of Pattaya, on the Crescent Moon beach, 126 km from airport Bangkok.
Consists of forty 2-storey villas. The villas is part of the hotel The Zign Hotel.
Total area: 12 800 m2.
Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to a public beach (beach of The Zign Hotel), 300 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Pronounced tides. Umbrellas, chairs, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach – 100 m.

This is an excellent if not quiet hotel just off the Na Cleur Road about 10-15 mins outside of central Pattaya.
The hotel was warm and inviting and staff are amazing and cannot do enough to help solve any question or problem (not that we had any).
We were generally the ONLY people in the pool for most of our 4 night stop in late April Thw pool bar was open every day and Pylinn (not sure if I've spelt that correctly) was a great host and very helpful.
We had food a couple of times at this pool bar and it was excellent!
Beer was a good price for a hotel (buy 3 get one free = 100bht a beer)
The rooms were spacious and fully A/C with a seating area and full bathroom.
Would hope to come back here, as one of the best hotels we've stayed in.
Only negative is there's no real bar area to have a nightcap in, after being in the city at night.
Within 5 minutes walk (out of drive and turn left) you can walk to Palm Beach and be in awe of the Temple of Tranquility.
You can get a Bolt into city and cost about 150bht or walk up onto the Na Cleur Rf and jump the Baht Bus for 10bht each
Beach road is a one way so, to come back you need to be on the back parallel street and most of the baht buses continue up the Na Cleur Rd

A big warning on this hotel !!!
Was going to spend 2 nights at this hotel and was looking forward to a pleasant stay.
But after one night we gave up and moved away.
Food in the area is next to non-existent.
The cooling unit in the room sounded like a grinder and it was next to impossible to sleep without earplugs. The pool is a play pool for mostly children and in the middle of the pool there is a fountain that makes so much noise that you have to raise your voice to be able to talk to each other if you sit or live near the pole like we did.
Tried to get a refund on the last night when we wanted to move.
However, the answer was that they did not want to refund as we chose to move ourselves.
So it was an expensive night!!!
In addition, the staff really didn't behave as they should in such a highly rated hotel, with a really sarcastic comment when we sat outside in the morning to have a little rest with a cup of coffee. At 06.30 the lung net stopped, because then the fountains would definitely be on. When we asked if they could wait a bit to put them on, they were completely uninterested in being accommodating.
As I said, you are deceived by the pictures that this hotel presents that it is supposed to be a quiet resort.
It is not what it seems to be!!!

The Hotel is very amazing it is located 15 mins away from North Pattaya the location is very quiet as well the beach is located 5 mins walking from the hotel Garden Sea View where the people staying in the hotel have access to the beach where you can view from outside Sanctuary of truth. Indian Breakfast is not available in the hotel mostly they serve breakfast based on Asean Market.

Love the private atmosphere and big pool front of the room.

The rooms are ok. There are some unique decorations, but overall room is quite small.
Facilities: 31/35
Small hotel so not many facilities. There are a few big pools with good decorations, but that is it. But still unique design with the see through glass
Service: 14/15
The service is pretty good. The staff are pretty well-trained and are nice. One of the staff also cleaned the glass of our room for us.
Food: 8/10
There is free breakfast but not much options, just some basic stuff. Some taste good and some not so good

The room is spacious compared to other hotels in the Pattaya area. It is suitable for couples and families who enjoy swimming in the pool. Nice small hotel in pattaya!!

Difficult access and far from everything
Asked to rent motorbike... nobody helps or guide us, I could say #the dont care£
2 guests but just one key.... second one is extra fee.
Rooms with no darkness even the night.. only curtains protecting a little.frol the outside lights.
Air condition so noisy.... so cannot put it the night.
Last time in this hotel.

Room Nice and comfortAir Cond cool but very noisy.
Bath room big but bad smell and clogged drainage.
Poor service of front office not help problem even have all prove that customer is faltless.(Let customer find their way to proved their right even staff can easily help contact their partner) etc.

Good pool access and big room but facility a little old. TV is very old if you want Netflix have to have your own device. Not many place to walk to so need to have car. Breakfast is ok but didn’t get change to try restaurant.
