However, when we checked out, they claimed we took the laundry bag (which we didn’t!) and said we should be charged for it. But we didn’t give in and received our full deposit back. I think it’s a good idea to record everything before check in.

Had big problem on water cleanliness
Not helpful staffs.
The hotel was warm and inviting and staff are amazing and cannot do enough to help solve any question or problem (not that we had any).
We were generally the ONLY people in the pool for most of our 4 night stop in late April Thw pool bar was open every day and Pylinn (not sure if I've spelt that correctly) was a great host and very helpful.
We had food a couple of times at this pool bar and it was excellent!
Beer was a good price for a hotel (buy 3 get one free = 100bht a beer)
The rooms were spacious and fully A/C with a seating area and full bathroom.
Would hope to come back here, as one of the best hotels we've stayed in.
Only negative is there's no real bar area to have a nightcap in, after being in the city at night.
Within 5 minutes walk (out of drive and turn left) you can walk to Palm Beach and be in awe of the Temple of Tranquility.
You can get a Bolt into city and cost about 150bht or walk up onto the Na Cleur Rf and jump the Baht Bus for 10bht each
Beach road is a one way so, to come back you need to be on the back parallel street and most of the baht buses continue up the Na Cleur Rd
