Location: in the Northern part of Pattaya, in 3 km from downtown, 150 m from Wong Amat beach (across the street), 126 km from the airport Suvarnabhumi.

Consists of a main building and 2 villas.

The hotel has 218 rooms.

Total area: 8 000 m2.

Beach: public sandy beach, 150 m from the hotel (2 cross country line). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Beach towels: free of charge (from hotel). At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge. Pool towels: free of charge.

Brought the kids here for a short break, rooms were beautiful (rented two), pink salmon restaurant in the hotel was absolutely devine, the pool was used to the max and there's three (I think) and heated, we had an infinity pool at our balcony so we just walked straight into it. I already miss this place but we'll definitely be coming back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed for one night at this hotel. The room was pleasant and clean. It was a nice corner unit with a good view and a bathtub on the big balcony. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet that offered a delightful variety of tasty options. The staff was friendly.

Unfortunately, we encountered some unprofessional behavior from the entrance and car park guards. It's crucial for all hotel staff to treat guests with respect. Especially when it is the first expression you get of the hotel. This experience unfortunately impacts my overall rating, leading me to deduct one star.

This my first time at Prima Hotel. The Hotel room is poorly bad design bathroom hazardous fall. Next stupid design of room can't turn off room light with out turning off AC. Finally I asked to change my towel in the early morning then came back around noon my towel never changed. Sadly I forgot I left my key door I ask the front desk to help sone one help open the door Unfortunately I waited for about 15 minutes until a worker to come open the door for me.

Everything is great, but the hotel staff should take a couple of courses in service! How can you say hello to the managers at the entrance and none of them say a word back!

The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. He be careful in the rooms as when the tiles little bit wet they’re very slippery. Our room was poolside, which was very lovely but was not that enjoyable for adults as it was too shallow. Do not recommend getting a room poolside if you want to sleep in later than 8 o’clock as the children were playing in the pool and very noisy.

Great location as it's really close to a local market.
The facilities were great and in good condition.
I didn't like how their bathroom door is designed, you can either leave the toilet or the washing area opened, not very convenient and comfortable if I were to go with the anyone who is not my couple.
The staff was very helpful and flexible in helping.

Fantastic hotel at a reasonable price! The staff are the most honest, friendly and sweetest people i ever stayed with. Rooms are like mini apartments and are spacious. Located minutes from the beach. 1minute walk to glass house for a luxury dinner right on the beach. Family mart next door for your daily needs. Located in a quiet nestled away beach cove away from the hustle and noise, but still only 5 minutes bike ride into central pattaya . get it booked!!

i would love the accommodation in the room so much, the bathroom is really work, not far from the beach, the pool size is small but fit for relax, the staff really nice.

Great. Spacious room with balcony and bath tub. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and abundant breakfast and dinner. Very cheap price. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Nice sand.
