My 2024 birthday family dinner at Blue Sky bar and restaurant was splendid. Ken and Ploy paid attention to my reservation details regarding allergies for my kids, and ensured we got served appropriately.
The kids had burger while we shared the platter as couple. Good food.
The cleanliness, ambience and skyline view added spice to the evening.

Customer service was next level! Staff were super attentive and the food was divine! Quality 100/100. Go for the set menu! Service was impeccable - we had Keng and Kim who were hilarious! Would recommend! 😊

The staff is also very helpful. Their staff May and Airry served us from the beginning we stepped into restaurant and their service is excellent. Same goes for the food which is great. They even gave cakes for birthday. Thumbs up.

Best hotel ever! The rooms are big, clean, and very modern. The bathrooms are beautiful, and the hotel facilities are wonderful. The pool is huge. Great value for money, and they have the best rates in Bangkok. Don't miss their tom yum soup and fried rice – they're the best! Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet and has a good quality. Foods were delicious. And also I want to share my thanks to Nopadol who is working at concierge. His recommendations and assistance made my stay enjoyable. I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness.

Except its convenient location, everything was bad during my stay. I made a note in my booking that i’d come around 2pm (b/c the website said room’s available from 3pm onwards) but they asked me to wait until 4:30pm to have my room ready 😅. After back & forth, they then finally arranged a room for me with an other disaster came through. See the pictures & imagine how dirty the room was, i touched the white stains on TV table & seemed like it was a birthday cake stains. Remember it’s a 5-star hotel!! Never come back to this place!!

Updating my review from 4 stars to 5 stars..... Many say it's easy to get VEG INDIAN food in Bangkok but I found it hard... Luckily I met an INDIAN chef and I just loved the food he served.. Just AWESOME....

We arrived prior to check-in and were allowed to park and drop off our luggage. We stayed on the 22nd floor a club room. top 4 floors have access to the executive lounge on the 24th floor with amazing views. There are 5 mini events everyday. lots of snacks and complementary beverages. comfortable seating and friendly staff. Breakfast there was very nice and they would cook to order additional items. Thai dishes were not truly authentic in my option. I would say they are westernized. The room was spacious and as advertised. Our luggage was lost so it was nice to have some toothbrushes and toothpaste available. We were given 4 bottles of complementary water everyday. My largest complaint is the lack of outlets to charge phones, etc. 5 star hotel did not disappoint.

Top service! Very friendly, polite and considerate stuff.
•Location wise, a bit far from the sightseeing spots (20-30min taxi ride), however a big + was that it’s connected to the famous mall (can enter through the parking lot)
•Room was nice, comfortable with a beautiful view, however it was a bit dusty.
•Breakfast buffet was amazing! Great variety of foods.
•The terrace restaurant also very classy and has beautiful view in the evening ~
Definitely recommend staying there!🤩❤️
