Incredible breakfast, friendly staff, lovely room and comfortable bed with a strong shower. The only two requests we have to make this the best in all Bangkok midrange hotel would be adding 25 kg dumbbells to the gym (max 20 kg currently) and adding a shuttle bus (even one per hour) to the nearest train station... it's about a 15-20 minute walk in the heat.

Can't wait to see if these changes are made in the future! Will continue only staying with Craftsman whenever we visit BKK 🙏

Craftsman Hotel has the most beautiful setup… the Hotel gives me a feeling like a beach resort yet it’s located at a city instead. The Hotel stuff were all very friendly and helpful … I would also like to extend my thanks to Leon the Hotel supervisor and his team for giving me a very happy and unforgettable experience.

Wonderful Stay at Craftsman Bangkok Hotel

The staff at Craftsman Bangkok Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed.

The hotel amenities were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool, and the on-site bar/restaurant/coffee shop (3-in-1) offered delicious food and a great atmosphere for relaxation. Live music by bands and singers on weekend evenings added a special touch, and could even be enjoyed from the comfort of the room.

I took so many beautiful photos during my stay and I really pleased. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautyful, comfortable and convenient place to stay in Bangkok.

We stayed here at the junior exec suite for a total of 10 nights and it turned out to be the highlight of our stay. The room was huge with 2 toilets, a living room area and a bathtub/shower and master bedroom. The staff were warm and friendly and always ready to help, while the pool and gym were very clean and lovely to use. The location at Ari might be more out of the way but for the price it’s a steal. There are lots of good food around the area too and taking grab bike/ordering in grab food was easy. Other reviews have complaints about the noise and we had a similar issue too but didn’t find it a problem because it was a low hum from the air conditioner. Would stay again!
