LK Mansion Apart-hotel

The hotel is having a lot of work done but it never interfered with me at all and the staff were very friendly and I will definitely stay with them again 👍

This is such a great hotel. Fantastic large rooms with everything you need including safety box, microwave and a large couch.
Friendly staff very nice house keeping staff. Even the security was very helpful.

The hotel environment is OK, clean and tidy, but it is not quiet. It is too noisy outside and the fan is too loud, which affects sleep. The location is very good, close to the beach and night market.

LK Mansion, where I always stay. After the coronavirus, it seems that only some of the deluxe rooms will be available. The others are monthly, so I don't have any reservations. It's fine because it's deluxe every time, but is it because the tourists are coming back? Is it because of rising prices? Is it because the yen is weak? Price increases are severe. It's a good hotel, but if it's expensive, it loses its appeal by half. Is it because there are only a few rooms with tourists around here? There is no staff at the counter at all times. If there is no phone number posted, please call. You can check in without any problem even if it is late. The room was clean and of a good size, with a security box, microwave, and large refrigerator. There are no amenities, so it's better to buy them and prepare them. There is security in front of the elevator at night. There is no ID check, but I think they will do it if you ask. There are two bottles of water every day, the house is clean, and the staff are nice. The location is private and comfortable.

I stayed at 2nd floor, room was very nice with good beds and clean bathroom with bathtub also. Guest friendly hotel and very near to pattaya beach.

It's not a too cheap hotel, not too expensive. Rooms are well maintained, ac working good, toilets with bathtubs are spacious, everyday housekeeping cleans the rooms and renews water bottles. The location is right in the middle of pattaya main road among shops, massage parlours and restaurants. For guys getting girls to rooms they'll charge extra but if twin occupancy is booked they won't. The roof top swimming pool is great for an evening drink and cooling off the pattaya heat. It's about 600meters from pattaya beach. Overall a comfortable stay.

I always stay at LK Mansion in Pattaya. Private, in a great location, with a good size bathtub. Deluxe rooms are separate from the front desk and are comfortable. The bike storage area is small, but it's covered and conveniently located next to the elevator. After the coronavirus, it seems like I can only stay in a deluxe room, but since I can only stay in a deluxe room, I stay at Mai Penrai. The rest of the place seems to be populated by Thai migrant workers who live here on a monthly basis. Since it is from the stable LK group, the furniture is luxurious. There's a large refrigerator, microwave, and tableware, so it's very convenient. There is a bathtub, which comes in handy when you want to take a bath. There is a friendly laundry shop on the premises. It's small but comfortable with a pool on the roof. JF is free and has 24-hour security. There are two bottles of water every day, a safety box, and plenty of extra toilet paper.

I love this hotel. I have stayed here several times.

Perfect location (close enough to the bars, but not too close that the music drives you mad).

Baht bus loops past the entrance, so easy to get home after a good night out.
