Great hotel about 10 walk from main pier.
We were met at the pier when we arrived and our luggage was put in a cart and wheeled to the hotel for us. We had a 2 bedroom villa right on the main path near the beach. It was quiet.
Very Clean accommodation with comfortable beds. Lovely swimming pool and nice breakfast area with a good selection upstairs. Would stay here again.

Don't go: construction work all over (from 7am to 7pm - don't listen to the hotel that says otherwise) + got sick because of their food
The staff was generally unhelpful/ tried to make us pay for a missing can opener that was in fact in the room. They also lied to us repeatedly on (i) the time the construction work starts in the morning, (ii) the fact that we got a lesser room, closer to the construction work (we were initially allocated a room that was a bit away from the construction work, but understand that a previous client complained about the noise in their room and got our room instead just before we checked in... And we were allocated their problematic room instead. All the paper work we got from the hotel kept referencing the previous nicer room - the staff tried to dismiss it saying it was a better room).

Phi phi villa was a great stay! A little further from the center where all the action is (about a mile)
But with that comes peace and quiet if you want that. They have their own private beach aswell.
Rooms were nice and clean, with optional daily refresh. And have AC.
They also have a luggage service from the pier to the hotel. We didn’t know otw there. So if you’re going to book here take advantage of that!

We're on our honeymoon, so our priority is to stay in very nice places. This, is one of them.
Our room was modern, comfortable, clean and 20 paces from the beach and pool. It had AC, which in this climate is a must, especially for 2 eejits from Ireland. The heat here can be oppressive!
The staff couldn't do enough for us, from laundry to organising a private boat tour to phi phi ley (Maya beach) at half the cost of one of the other boat tours. They'll even pick you up from the beach outside the hotel and drop you back there. Wonderful.
The hotel itself is in a beautiful location and itself is beautiful and extremely well kept. It's far enough away from the main drag for it to be quiet, and close enough to walk into town for food or a few drinks. That is something to note, it's Muslim owned, so no alcohol sold on site. This isn't an issue as there's a shop 2 minutes away that sells it and other bars next door where you can have a drink if you're stuck.
I couldn't rate this place highly enough if you're of an age (over 30) and not interested in going hell for leather in the pub, or if you have a family.
It really is a fantastic spot.

This resort is worth when u do the math with their rate Vs what u got. It is 10 min walking from the main pier and at the same time is a quick walk to where the parties are.
They should update their towels and think of an adult only version! For a solo traveller, not the best choice.

Great location on a quiet strip of the island. Staff meet us at the pier and took all luggage back to the accommodation for us and showed us the way. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and nice however pillows were super uncomfortable. Plenty of day beds by the pool which was great as most hotels they are full by mid morning and extra day beds by the ocean which is directly in front of the resort. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Would stay again and recommend. We used the atm out front of the hotel with nil issues.

Overall it’s a beautiful resort in a great location. A bit further (15min walk) from the main centre of Phi Phi but as a result it’s nice and quiet by the resort and you’re also located close to some lovely beaches, like Love Beach. The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony and nice big bathroom. The only downfall was the shower which was quite poor and old. The breakfast and the pool were incredible and the staff were extremely friendly :) We would definitely stay again!

We have choosed this hotel for it's beautifull grounds and the best view. The room we have stayed had a direct access to the beach which was fantastic. The size of the room was great as well. The restaurant at the beach was very good. What spoiled our experience was the staff, 2 guys at the reception at check out. They said we have lost the bottle opener, which we didn't use for sure. They were really quite rude and arrogat to us, but we did't do anything wrong to them. So they charged us some extra from deposit. As I have read the reviews, I think they're doing it very often and for some time already to get some extra money from the turists. They know people are in a rush to get to the port at check out, so they will not argue and just pay. It's sad because this hotel has a great potential. I found people around Phi Phi islands little bit fed up by tourists, which I quite understand. But no tourists, no money for locals...so just be respectful to each other.

Good villa rooms.. private beach and towards the silent area of phi phi. Water is salty, but its true everywhere in phi phi i think. Beautiful restaurant infront. Breakfast is very poor - options and taste wise as well. Pool is small but good one.

We booked a 1-day hotel stay as our cruise ended at 7pm and it was too late to catch a ferry out. This is a very small island where you are met with tourism guys right when you get there. The hotel is about a 15min walk down the main road. The path is filled with restaurants and massage spas until about halfway. We got there at dark and there is no lighting towards the other half of the walk. It was secluded so for a group of girls, a little scary. The staff wasn’t very friendly. They have charges listed in their guest book for every little thing. Will cost you 250 bahts for taking their laundry bag. 500 bahts if the towels have color on them etc etc etc. The rooms are not well-ventilated. We turned on the AC and it only cools the bed area right under it. The rest of the room is very hot. The pool closed early so we weren’t able to enjoy that.
Recommend staying at a hotel closer to the pier if you have a late cruise or activity.
