Phi Phi The Beach Resort- SHA Certified

The resort itself was great, however, the location wasn't the most convenient. The only way to access the resort is by long boat which adds seclusion if that's what you're looking for. If you want to go into the village, it's gonna cost you $100-200 THB per person each way ($4-8 CDN). It's a reasonable cost but can add up quickly. It also limits you to food options which are somewhat disappointing. The breakfast buffet was solid. The staff was very nice with great service. The hotel also offers excursions for snorkelling! The Beach was amazing and so were the views!

+The resort is rustic and sturdy and lots of natural materials were used. The wooden cabins have been described as outdated but I think this place was made to last and it is quite timeless. Rooms were super clean and everything worked inside. I got the idea that everything is well maintained.

+Boat trips to Maya bay and dive trips can be arranged on site. There is a dive instructor

- food at the restaurant on site was very expensive compared to elsewhere. To give an idea: green curry with rice 260, glass of wine 280, iced coffee 90

-restaurant didn’t offer many protein options for vegetarians other than eggs. I found cheaper curries with tofu (160 Baht) down the beach at Pearl Restaurant

Location is very good near the gorgeous long beach area. The hotel is very nice but in need of some renovation as it is showing its age. It really feels like a nice retreat away in a secluded quiet area. For people who love diving well it is the closes hotel to shark point so a must for any adventurers.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a dream beach. The staff is not the most competent at times, but they always try to be helpful and nice. Internet in rooms could be faster.

Wonderful place. Bungalows are spacious and very pretty with a fantastic view on the sea even the "partial sea view". The staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. The restaurant is excellent. The beach is clean with azure sea. Many swimming pools. So very nice for families but also couple. I recommend warmly the Phi Phi the beach resort

I was here for 5 days and it was a wonderful time. It's a very beautiful place and the acomodation is cozy and confortable. The view is amazing and the beach is one of the best things that this resort has. I loved the breakfast and I had a very nice stay. The only thing that they should improve is how some employees treat you, sometime they are not well mannered at all.

Beautiful, calm, relaxed. Located on the southern point of the main island, The Beach Resort feels almost like it's own island. Staff were great, food was very good with large portions. The Beach and water are considered good for snorkeling. You can easily swim to shark point and snorkel for as long as you want. If I am ever back in Thailand, this will be on my list to do again. Only disclaimer, it was a little chaotic arriving at the main peer and transfering to the smaller long boat which brings you to the resort. But 100% worth it.
