The location is spot on, right in the heart of Patong, so everything is within walking distance. And don’t even get me started on the rooftop pool – the view over the mountains is absolutely breathtaking! 🏞️
We also loved that we could easily rent a motorbike, which made exploring the area so much faster and more convenient. Highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be coming back!
From the moment I walked in, I was treated awfully. The woman at the counter was rude and aggressive. She demanded to hold onto my passport during my visit and wouldn’t provide an explanation. Just give it to her. Can you believe that?
I offered a reasonable alternative to let her take a photo. Not good enough. I asked a simple question “Why do you need to hold onto it?” She wouldn’t reasonably say. I asked where it would be kept. She opens a drawer without a key and flashes someone else’s passport like it was nothing. It was reckless, irresponsible and completely outrageous. I said “What if it gets stolen?” No answer. “What if you sell it?” Nothing. So suspicious and dangerous.
This place is a threat to your identity, safety and security. A passport is a very important and powerful document. The wrong people would love to get their hands on it. And they’re leaving them in an open drawer?
This is not how you treat guests. This is not how you run a business. Nobody should ever have to deal with that.
So do not go here. Protect your passport. Protect your identity. You have every right to ask questions. You have every right to be treated with respect.

The rooms were cleaned very nicely whenever we asked, so no complaints about that. However, the hotel looked completely different from the pictures, which was a big disappointment. Additionally, there was construction going on across the street, which meant constant noise from morning until evening (although I understand this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, it still affected the experience).
The view from the window was also disappointing – it was directly facing other hotel rooms, so there was almost no privacy, especially if someone forgot to close their curtains.
Overall, the hotel has its positives, like helpful staff and cleanliness, but unfortunately, the negatives, such as the misleading photos, construction noise, and lack of privacy, mean I can only give it 3 stars.
