I stayed in three places in Phuket Town recommended on Tripadvisor. This was the best by far not that the others were deficient or unpleasant. The rooms here are spacious, well setup and the balconies are lovely. The location is amazing with some great nearby shops, pubs and restaurants.

Nice little hotel in Phuket town, amazing location. The deluxe room is quite old style not renovated like some of the other rooms and very “dark” .. But ok. The issue we both had was room and aircon so dusty and everytime you turn on air con, feel the dust circulation in the room we both ended up with Allergy for 2 days / in end turn off the air con and just open the balcony doors.. Nice decent size pool and outdoor balcony.

I am giving at everything one star even if the location is good, just because the smell of mold from the room makes it unlivable. We were not able to sleep all night, even with the balcony door open (which made all the mosquitoes to go in), the smell was unbearable. We left after one night and recieved a refund for the other nights prepaid on booking. The smell is present on the hallways too, all the building.

Nice boutique hotel although if full noisey hallways and doors and limited pool lounges might be an issue. Shame TVs not a little larger. But hope to stay again. Food hall in Lime Light mall across the road great value and choice, aircon and clean. Convenient grocery store. Lucky self service laundromat around the corner. Airport Orange bus drops you off here and terminal around the corner. Little city noise although central location.

[Asia Honeymoon Tour March 2023] loved our stay here, although service from the older receptionist was a little frosty/grumpy. Cafe staff at the front entrance were great and so seemed everyone else. Lovely, clean, well located hotel. Good sized rooms, basic amenities in the room and sadly no iron. Shower was fantastically hot and powerful. The beds were comfortable and the balcony overlooking the pool was sufficiently large. The pool itself was a good 25m length and had free loungers, mattress and towels to use. Was quite the suntrap too. Would definitely stay here again!

Room is spacious and clean. Liked the white corridor, and staff were all gentle.
Liked the stay here, being in the center of old town let easy access to everywhere, except the beach, which i had been already.
Minibar is not expensive, good point.

Lovely small hotel, great service from the staff! Rooms are big and comfortable, the bed is huge (and so is the fridge). Cozy pool area, balcony with view at the pool. A big mall on the other side of the road, with restaurants (Thai, fancy, crepe, coffee shops, pancakes, McDonald's etc) and a convenience store with everything you need, open 24/7 (don't sell alcohol between 00-and sometime in the morning, not sure).

Rooms are beautiful and clean get the one with the balcony great view the restroom clean and beautiful the only think i didn't like was the bed it is too hard like a rock and $21 dollars a night can't beat that
