CA Hotel and Residence Phuket - SHA Extra Plus

Nice room, Quite area, many food stall outside hotel, 5-10 mins to old town, big parking area, nice swimming pool. also nice breakfast

Nice and quiet hotel. Good rooms. Good pool. Only thing I didn't like is location, everything is just too far away from this hotel.

The hotel is located north of the main Phiket city area, close by the bus terminal 2. Peaceful and quiet location. The place is clean, and the rooms are super spacious comparing to other hotels. We had an issue with shower not running hot water, and were offered a room transfer right away since the problem couldn't have been fixed. The hotel offers breakfast for THB 100 with 2 Western, and 2 Asian breakfast choices. Also, plenty food choices along the road where the hotel is. Not too far from Siam Niramit Show and Upside-down House.

Everyday cleaning but different time, keep it in mind. Also coffee and two bottles of water evereyday. Clean room and toilet. No any smells or fungus - very good. Big fridge with freezer - awesome. Standard safe-box - nice.
Not a big TV with the poor choice of channels only one or two English channels and dozens Chinese and Thai.
The main minus for me was a poor furniture. The room was big, but only one chair and no sofa, no mini table, no armchairs - nowhere to seat.
Breakfast was decent, but only 4 dishes in menu - enough for a week or less staying but you'll get tired of this variety.
Gym is standard and small - nothing outstanding. At least there are dumbbells.
I had a good view to local school or university, and usual Thai houses and farm some rivers. There is no road near me , so the room was very quiet, I've never heard neighbors. Don't know about another side rooms, my neighbors said there was noisy and road outside.
Location is tad far from all beaches. Around 30-40 minutes to any popular beach (surin, karon, nai thon, patong) , however central Phuket, chillva and naka market , old town are in 10 minutes with bike.
Stuff is great. They Understand English decently.
Underroof parking for bikes is good. And car parking near the hotel. You can take a bike for rent from the hotel - Not a new Honda click for 300b is too much I guess.
I rate this hotel 7/10

Breakfast is very satisfying.
Room is very spacious with clean sheets and large refrigerator.
Highly recommended.

Very professional staff, big and comfy room and very close to Bus Terminal 2 what was important to us.

Very nice place close to the Phuket Terminal 2 Bus Station. Clean a comfortable at the right price, if you need yo wait for the bus or stay longer this is the place!

Rooms are nice comfy bed nice bathroom TV only in Thai great price but the restaurant is too high and not that good If you know Thai food there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance 711 very close to get water and other Close Market if you need more food My room has a fridge and microwave so I bought local to save time and money If you can't rent the motorbike you'll have to walk or pay to travel This place is great if you don't want to pay much or aren't staying at the hotel much Has a small but nice pool on the roof Not exactly quiet but doesn't seem many places are in Thailand I am a single white female and felt safe walking locally no problem The locals are very nice Free upgrade room has small kitchenette separate living area nice big curtains to block out as much sun as possible there is mattress topper and closet which helped make the bed more comfortable nice gym I like the rooms are inside the hotel for more privacy and better AC shower has heater pretty nice accommodations The one thing they don't tell you I had to figure out the lights AC and everything does not come on in your room unless your key card is in the slot so you cannot have the room cooled off as you are out of the room
