A beautifully spaced out hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. The restaurant buffet food has always been delicious and freshly made. It has its own beautiful private beach which is always nice and clean. There is jet skiing, parachuting (pulled by a speedboat), horse riding on the beach....about 100 metres from the hotel. The front garden area for smokers is nicely laid out with plenty of greenery

excellent hotel, friendly staff, cleaning for 4, food is very varied, alcohol is free almost all day long for every taste and degree)) the sea view is gorgeous, only algae in the sea itself was brought in, but this is nature, what can you do, the beach itself was cleaned, I think you need to expand the beach area, at peak hours sometimes you had to wait for loungers, and so the rest was satisfied!

The hotel is wonderful, the staff are very attentive and always try to please. The food is buffet style, you will never stay hungry, food for every taste, a lot of fruits. The rooms are cozy, there is a mini fridge, TV, safe. Personally, I really liked everything, I plan to come here again in half a year.

The hotel is aimed at adult people. 366 rooms in the main building with 3 floors. There are suites (2 + 2) with a standard connection door (double). Beach towels for a deposit of $ 10 or 20 dinars. Bathrobes on request. Wi-Fi is free. This is the hotel where the terrorist attack took place in 2016. But now the security and control of the inspection upon arrival. Beach restaurant where lunch takes place...

Overall the hotel was fine, could have done with more snacks and sunbeds as there were clearly more guests than sunbeds. Also the indoor pool felt like false advertising as it shows when you book its a nice quiet place for adults. Yet each time I went it was full of kids.

Brilliant holiday was had here. Private beach an added bonus. Weather was lovely. Sarah our TUI rep was brilliant. Nice stroll away from the port. Not much outside of the complex but it was a fantastic holiday and so cheap.

Admin was awful, tried to check out an hour before we had to leave, nearly missed our flight because they did not put the tax we paid on to their system and said we did not pay it. Tried to charge us again. Their receipt machine didn't work and reassured us it was all filed when we paid as soon as we arrived. Treated us awfully. Had a week at this hotel bar & waiting staff very friendly (looking for tips) room was OK apart from ants in bathroom, desk was melamine but front edge separated & dirty. I don't think corridor or room carpet was hooverd in the week was there. Plenty of food & drink, food was a bit repetitive & some of it basic but for the price I paid quite good value.

Not 5 stars at all. Very dirty rooms, without proper cleaning. They clean it every day, but superficial. Pool is nice, but also dirty and full of sand. Meals are always the same. In 10 days of my stay, I was surprised only once to have dinner 5 stars quality. People that work in that hotel usually have very low knowledge of English. Waiters are polite. I wouldn't come back.

Not really 5* hotel Staff very friendly but loežw quality of service. The hotel is excellent and very clean. The food is also amazing. However, there is one problem: the waitstaff. If you don't give them tips, they won't serve you politely and often have an angry expression with no smile. On a positive note, the animation is good as well.

Riviera is a cool hotel. It has everything you need. The food is good, especially after a few days when you get used to it. The staff is great, and everyone is friendly. 10th time june 20 2022 1 week so got a room upgrade to 2054 with good views. Treated like royalty. Only downside was beach bar sold as a tacky a la carte with a rude owner. Had 2 marvellous weeks at the Kant hotel 13th to 27th June. Could not find fault with anything.Food very good with good choice even fried eggs for breakfast!
