The hotel is very nice, the staff is cheerful. The hotel is suitable for all ages. Especially the Ginger Spa service is great, the customer care staff is enthusiastic and thoughtful, especially Ilknur and Perihan

What a beautiful hotel! The room was very comfy and clean! Food absolut perfection! Unfortunately the beach bar is not included in all-inclusive program which is sad but still amazing place to stáť!

Best experience ever! The rooms are very clean, nice and spacious. Great children programs, good food and overall a great atmosphere. The hotel is very close to the beach

They sleep in the day time and can be met in the evenings. The dogs were adorable, my kids 5 and 10 loved petting and socializing with the dogs ❤️. I can not understand the negative critics about dogs

Great buffet in main restaurant. Nowhere to put you cloth in one-room apartment Not sufficient possibilities to hang all towels in bathroom

But it’s relaxed, family owned and you create nice relationships with the staff that tend to your care 24/7. Lovely pool lounge, decent bar and the vibes are immaculate 10/10 experience

Amazing staff, amazing vibes definitely coming back to this place. The rooms are not 5 star crazy luxury, but again the price is a lot cheaper so makes sense

As returning guests we have never had any complaints about this family run hotel. The location is central but outside the busy downtown nightlife

The bathroom missed soup and shampoo and we have say to the reception that we need hole time, man need every day because man swimming and need take a shower everyday and we are 6 persons

Best hotel in Turkey!!! The staff is courteous, almost all speak in Russian. There is also an additional poolside cafe and on the beach where you can eat well. Nice bar with good drinks also included

Staff excellent very helpful, food buffet good presentation good. Entertainment very good some thing to do all day and evening, hotel out of town but free shuttle to beach and town, good for family

On site many pools, even a small water Park. The water Park also has its own bar. To sea go shuttles (buses) every hour. There are also buses that will get you to the center of Alanya

But only 5 stars does not pull, solid 4)))suggest for families with children!!!Separately want to mention the animation, the guys are working at a high level, with the kids as with his family doing many different programs for children and adults

Friendly staff, willing to make an effort to ensure a good time. The place itself is nice and clean and is in a nice location a short distance from both the beach and the denser city

Good apart hotel for vacation with your family and friends. I stayed there for two weeks in June 2021. There are nice pool and small gym. It’s close to Cleopatra beach

WiFi is really bad, so you won’t be able to work remotely unless you buy local SIM card and use LTE (150-180 Turkish lira)

It's great that you can start your day in the pool/aqua park, then relax on a sun bed and just stay for lunch and then go back to cooling of in the pool. The rooms are of course basic but they have everything one needs

The food here is nothing short of amazing, and their kitchen can absolutely compete with others. This is not just a hotel restaurant trying to squeeze as much as they can from their patrons, they care and it shows

Prices are good and they will do everything in their power to make sure that you have the best vacation possible. The aqua park provides plenty of fun for children of all ages, and the pool is of a good size

Everyday cleaning - they even clean your dishes. View from the balcony is awesome - you get to see the mountains and a bit of the sea. The room was big, clean, fairly new, beds comfortable

We have stayed at many hotels in Alanya, and this is the best one so far. Sure, the hot water could be more consistent, as well as the wifi signal, but this is a great hotel

Beds are good and the balconies (our room had 2) are spacious. Plenty of utenzils for making your own breakfast in the morning, like we did

In General we liked it, good kormeshka, close to the sea, small beach, free lounge chairs with umbrellas, though on some sun lounger to lie down, distributes the boy on the beach, first row to the sea for the Russians, this is only for Germans and other Europeans

And we certainly showed the power of local chefs! =) I must say that we are a family of Vegans and asked us n what not to cook with ol opinion that we don't eat, which greatly facilitated the work of the chef

Across the road from the hotel there is a restaurant-disco-karaoke, beach area and free sun loungers for those who live in the hotel. 18, so the annual meet, to be here in the next few days ;)

Was shown different rooms and allowed to choose... clean, tidy and equipped with everything, e.g. dishes, cutlery, towels, etc. Great customer service and recommendations. Ideal location, close to beach and shops.

Damlataş Apart Otel is a very comfortable hotel to stay. Very good and comfortable rooms. There is air conditioning in every room, TV, kitchen with refrigerator and electric oven, excellent WiFi

Staff are lovely and very accommodating. Location is great - 2 min walk to the beach, lots of shops nearby. Rooms are spacious with a balcony - great decor, very clean and organised

The hotel also has a common seating area with sofas and armchairs, you can sit alone or with a company to relax and chat. This hotel has the best management

The hotel has 2 swimming pools, for children there is a shallow pool and there is a large pool. The pool is regularly cleaned, everything is great

The two receptionists in the morning and afternoon were amazing. The rooms were good and clean. All good. Gonna stay here again next time.

Talking about the price, it is very affordable for budget traveling. Location is excellent, you won’t hear lots of noise comparing to the Main Street and beach is so close. There’s is also market 2min walk from the hotel

I loved Bayram Hotel so much! It has so friendly and cosy atmosphere, the restaurant at the entrance served so tasty food. Fried fish was one of the best that I tried in Turkey! Breakfasts are also very nice

On the backyard you can hang out near the pool. It would highly recommend visiting this place if you wish to have a wonderful vacation!

With some party bars close by you are likely to ned AC if you want to sleep at night, because sleeping with the windows open before 2am at night is some nights impossible because of the noise from the bars

Palmiye park hotel has large rooms and very service minded staff. The pool area is OK, but a bit small. But, the hotel is very close to Kleopatra beach, in wich hotel guests gets free sunbeds

Ask for a ticket in the hotel reception. AC has to be paid separately, and at 10€ a night I fins it quite pricy, but then again I now nothing of Turkish electricity prices

Few Taxi drivers in Alanya know where the hotel is, and they will often take you to nearby Palmiye Beach instead. Be sure to tell them Palmiye Park NOT Palmiye Beach

Pro tip is to write down the name of the nearest taxi station. Bar noise and AC price are the two only factors pulling this review down from a five star

The area is great with some excellent restaurants or if you prefer to cook there are a fruit and veg and a supermarket at the bottom of the street. There is alively bar also at the bottom of the street

I am here in feb so it is very quiet. There are no pool or beach facilities and the beach is a hike. The hotel appartments are basic but clean and the staff are helpful and accomodating

The location is perfect; walking distance to the city center , harbour, bazaar, beach, ATM around the corner, supermarked opposite the hotel. The pool is great and super clean

Day and night there is someone at the reception keeping watch, so staff is always present, most of them speak English. There is a private parking space out front on the curb, but you gotta ask for permission to use it

We stayed here for 7 nights in May 2024 and it was gorgeous! The staff is very nice and helpfull. We were picked up from the Alanya airport in a luxureus taxi bus

Cleaners cleaned the room every single day and the interior of the room was excellent. Nothing broken or damaged and all very clean and neat

Add the pool table downstairs in the hall, making it a fantastic place to stay. Would always stay here whenever visiting Alanya

The room is cleaned every day, the beds are made and the big towels are also changed every day even if they are not on the badroom floor. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The pasta is okey, tunna pizza is good

Good apartment. Big, comfortable. A little bit too dark. Sea is across the road (3 min or less). Very caring personal.

What a very friendly staff and lovely apartments! I stayed there for 7 days for work and it was extremely peaceful!

The food is great and there is more than enough range of drinks and all this for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay between your check out and the time you fly

After nine days in a luxury resort with little to no hospitality, we were very well received here. The room is not luxurious but meets everything you need for a great holiday

For example, we have a bedroom and a separate bedroom so that we can relax for a while and the little one can sleep peacefully during the day

I would recommend the hot environment with gentle staff to everyone who was very pleased with their service 🥰
