Hotels All-inclusive with kids in Alanya

For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

We went in August during the 6 weeks holidays, so there were quite a lot of kids, and it felt very child and family oriented and not many quiet spots to relax without children

This place is very nice for families with children

Staff is very friendly, cleaning every day, green garden around, big territory, safe for children, food was good, but not big variety selection

Very beautiful and well-kept rooms and hotel territory, tasty food (we were supsrised with fish and seafood served every day) and good amenities for children (we traveled with 1 year old infant)

The pools are nice and we found the beach nice as well. The staff were friendly and helpful

Nice hotel, great food, friendly staff, good animation, settled into the room ahead of time, there are shortcomings is a maid or almost its absence!

We like this hotel very much even it’s for young couples and WiFi is not free.

The room has a mirror on the wall, a fridge and a TV. Almost every day animation, but for kids standard a broken program almost every day, but the kids still liked it

There are three pools, one with aquacoral, gym, area for relaxing. Conducted and karaoke and discos and foam parties. In the evening comes the hookah. There is a sand beach with a stone

As a hotel it is one of the rare hotels in Alanya that is located right on the sea in a beautiful location, I can say that I have been there a few times, the grounds are very large and spacious, the staff are very friendly and very good, the rooms are very good and very clean, they keep the standards at a high level, customer satisfaction is very good, there are many options for food, it appeals to...

The hotel is located right on the beach, no need to cross the road, as in most hotels in Alanya. Large green area, several swimming pools. There are piers for going down to the sea, bypassing the rocks

Coffee and beer are good only in the lobby bar. An excellent option for reasonable money. The only downside for those who like to sleep early in building 1 is concerts until 23-00

Excellent price-quality hotel in Alanya. Hotel is little bit dated, but its not that important to me. Room is clean and has everything you need. It is right on a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds, no street crossing

We are on holiday now, the very end of October. The weather and sea are simply fabulous, the hotel did not disappoint

My mom and I stayed at this hotel last week, and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the kind and attentive staff

The hotel is very cool, even nothing to complain about, everything is new, the repair is very expensive and high-quality. Children are constantly entertained, evening entertainment for adults is a complete delight

Immediately closed access to the pool and put on cleaning. During the entire stay, none of us was poisoned. The children were constantly on the slides or in the pool. For children there is a children's room

I highly recommend this hotel. Both the reception staff and the animation team were very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Esra, Onurcan and Hakan. The rooms were large, clean, the food was also good.

There is a huge selection of activities for the children such as kids club with a soft play inside, children’s pool and water sprinklers, water slides etc

We came home yesterday after a weeks stay at club paradiso (family of 5, children aged 5, 3 and 1). We had the best time ever and the service was always brilliant

*Pool/Services* The pool was cool and a good size, some of it is permanently in the shade which is good for the heat. The sun-bed situation wasn’t the worst I’ve ever seen but a choosy

The rule was not to take the ones out of the rooms for the pool, we seen a lot of people doing this though for extra towels

The hotel is very clean, the staff is super nice and friendly. They have good shows in the evening. The pool was also very clean with great slides. The food has great variety and very tasty

Place This is very big hotel with restaurant, spa, pools, slides, bara, disco etc. Everything is here so literally you don't have to go anywhere to spend awesome time

There's always something happening next to the main pool area and of course, all the fun is on the slides, haha

The night shift of the waiters, Mary, Lucy and their collages were extremely nice and helpful. 😊 We totally recommend it for a family with kids

We loved spending some time at the silent pool area, so definitely recommend if you want to get away from the crowd and relax before you go to the beach

Also the all inclusive service is great, you can literally eat or drink anytime. The hotel has a full time nurse so if there is a medical problem,they can help immediately. The kids club and the arcade are also great

This hotel is beautiful, lovely and modern. Our room was great and cleaned frequently. The animation team was great. Always remembered our names and made us feel like we was friends and got us involved in the activities

We enjoyed the daily pool game which was different each day, darts, water polo, aqua gym and Zumba. I already miss the morning dance! We watched some of the shows in the evening when we stayed in and they was good

It is a clean, comfortable, and reliable hotel where you can come with your family

Bingo was great, especially as we won! We got on well with one of the waiters who we always had a chat with and a laugh about football. The staff are always so busy doing something to keep the hotel clean and tidy

The food was not catered for us but we did not go hungry and what we did eat was nice. The special cocktails was very nice and changed each time and each bar. The man in the shop on site was a very nice man

Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The staff is super nice, the food is amazing, it's very close to the beach (and it has a proper beach side, not one of those wooden/metal ones with a ladder leading into the sea)

Always got served cold refreshments at the beach bar, which cannot be said about all the hotels in Alanya, all in all a great experience

Similarly, the cocktail options were limited and not very varied, which may not be ideal for those looking for a more extensive drink selection. Also the spa lady was overly insistent in trying to sell her services to us

Rooms are not wow, issues with air conditioner and a lot of things are broken. Staff is super friendly willing to help you and assist. Their English is not so good when you compare it with their Russian

Food & Restaurant Service: The restaurant was a highlight, with a great selection of food that suited everyone in our group—including the fussy eaters! However, we did run into some frustrations as a larger group

Special mention to Younas in the restaurant—he was an absolute star: friendly, helpful, and always welcoming! Beach & Facilities: One of the best features of the hotel is the direct tunnel to the beach—very convenient

On one occasion, a waiter didn’t clear our table or even acknowledge us, which was disappointing and felt out of place considering the rest of the staff were generally very polite and attentive

No issues with cleanliness at all, and any problems we did have (such as a faulty room lock) were quickly resolved by the staff. The in-room safe was available at a small charge (€1

There were mixed messages about whether we needed to book a table in the evenings, and we were only allowed to reserve for 7:00 PM, which didn’t always work for us

Check-in was a bit slow, as the same staff member escorted each group to their rooms individually, so we ended up waiting around unnecessarily

This hotel is mainly focused on tourists from Russia, bit a shame because 80 % of the personnel don’t even speak English. All the programs and animations are in Russian language

The only mirror was stained with children's hands on the closet, but I considered it trifles, the balcony is spacious, it was great to sit at night when the child was sleeping)) the room was cleaned when you turned on the right button to do the cleaning, or there is a do not disturb button

We went on 07/1/2022 with a family with a child 1 year 4 months old, it turned out 7 nights, but 6 days, which of course is sad and not enough, but what can you do. We arrived at the hotel already at night at 02:00

You can’t enter the swiming pool and in the night it gets chilly(you will need a jacket). But, it’s perfect weather to visit Alanya

Great place, everything on point! But the best part is the local Team! Somehow we left one suitcase in the hotel and the hotel’s manager helped us to have it back by taking care of the luggage for 2 weeks and preparing it properly for the delivery company

The water was beautifull, but when you want to enter pay attention at your first steps because it’s a little steep, the water becomes deep pretty quickly. - First, the cafe ,, Chez Lavinia ” located in the lobby area

Amazing time at Ark Suite hotel - wrote our main review on trip advisor but to cut a story short - AMAZING STAFF LIKE PINOCCHIO KADIR HASAN THE GIRL AT THE RESTAURANT - KITTY AT KIDS CLUB - really awesome time - good food when all inclusive - I recommend to go all inclusive as it is so worth it

Lovely hotel, good rooms, we didn't do the all inclusive so don't know what the food is like. I can recommend the Hammam spa, Atilla was professional and attentive.
