I've been there 3 times. This time I experienced the bad experience, room beds where like sleeping on springs no iron plus most things were closed as of end of season. But overall was good my child loved it and the food was OK..

I have spent my holiday for one week in orange county hotel. That was one of my best holidays. The food and dessert were delicious and various. Animation team was very active. every night was a different show for example acrobatics and Salsa. The personnel were very kind and polite, i will definitely choose this hotel again if i go to Turkey again.

The hotel used to be luxurious long time ago. now it is far from 5 stars. All baths are dirty - rust, mold and repulsive smell. Though if you complain - they could clean it better and the smell gets bareable. The food is gorgeous - lots, delicious, varied, tasty! The best I've tried. I'm nervous when I read reviews, but the rooms are clean, well maintained and new materials to be used, it's a relief. The variety of food in the least, but it's enough. All of the employees was friendly and helpful. Pool is clean and the beach is a very important criteria. I'm happy to have chosen this hotel as a family.

Rested at this hotel in July 2015. The hotel is family-run, quiet, peaceful night brawlers was not. If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. I put 4 and not 5 because it seemed to us very little space in the room. Will definitely be in this hotel.

We lived in the new campus, the tiny room was cleaned every day. This is the only plus ) but the food did not like , almost all of lamb, 2 kinds of fruit, oil, artificial, juices from powder, Kool-aid. The child had nothing to feed .left hungry.

From the beginning, very far from the airport (2 hours by car) and far from being a 5 star hotel... We stayed in the old building, so everything is quite worn out or outdated. The elevators seem newer but look cheap and tacky and are really small. More important aspects would be the really thin walls and balcony door. My wife and my son and I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights, it has a good family atmosphere, the rooms are clean and cleaning is done every day. Every night there is entertainment program and show for children and every night dance was done at the beach bar.

Lovely hotel and lovely resort. Shame the food wasn't particularly good and the manner of service in the restaurant was something we've never had before. The hotel allowed the guests to put towels on sunbeds at 5.30am. There was about 3 pools and there were bad rooms like not clean. But pools were really good. And the food always dinner was the best! It's a halal hotel, so it's designed for Muslims. Food was great, staff had great customer service. Beach is across the road- easy access. They have a Turkish spa-hamam - this is amazing massage lasts just under 2hrs- skin feels amazing and body feels refreshed. Great fun for the family holiday

Was served leftovers for two days Room was not clean. Although I complained this was not rectified for four days. The plan was to stay at the hotel for a week but checked out after five days. Except for him who works at the reception, it was very bad treatment. The children were scolded in Turkish.
