I've been there 3 times. This time I experienced the bad experience, room beds where like sleeping on springs no iron plus most things were closed as of end of season. But overall was good my child loved it and the food was OK..

Nice atmosphere for families looking for a beach vacation. The resort offers many options such as yoga, water polo, beach volleyball, nightly entertainment. They also have kids crafting and activities available. The pools are nice and we found the beach nice as well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We have our last night here today. Got our favorite ice coffee from Yasin, the best bartender at the resort. Always friendly! Food is always fresh and there is a great variety. I have spent my holiday for one week in orange county hotel. That was one of my best holidays. The food and dessert were delicious and various. Animation team was very active. every night was a different show for example acrobatics and Salsa. We had such a great family holiday here. My partner proposed to me on the beach, so Eftalia Holiday Village will always hold a special place! Staff were fantastic and location is great. Lovely hotel and lovely resort. Shame the food wasn't particularly good and the manner of service in the restaurant was something we've never had before. The hotel allowed the guests to put towels on sunbeds at 5.30am. Everything was amazing, the food, the bar, the service and everything else except the rooms. The rooms were old, the doors in the rooms were very thin so everything could be heard from both outside and inside, the toilet also needed some time to flush and the cleaners didn't clean the rooms enough. The pool and the area around it was very dirty. Smoking allowed almost everywhere. Could not be by the pool without someone smoking right next to you. It was a complete free-for-all. No security by the pool to enforce rules of no running and no jumping. People bringing their children with soiled diapers into the adult pool. Really liked the place. The room was very comfy, and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. During the day the animators are responsible for the good vibes around the pool, they give their best to make you enjoy your staying. I would like to point out the guy named Zeus. He was really kind and always asked us about how is our holiday going. Definitely a person who i want to see in these kind of places...

Animation Team 10/10. I was 14 days in the Hotel and the Animation Team were always very funny and gave everyday Their best to entertain the people with shows, Games and more 👍🏻

Very nice and clean hotel, be aware that sun beds are not included and you have to pay for each day. Also drinks are not allowed to take outside the hotel so you can’t drink all inclusive by the beach as the drinks by the beach also cost extra! Something they don’t tell you when you book.

stayed here at least 5 times all of them when i was under 12 years old nice staff, although the waiters back then would hit on me at times pool was good food was good (still dreaming about that rice pudding and the chocolate cake they would serve with coffee, nothing like it) my family loved to drink mini disco time is forever will return one day
