We have our last night here today. Got our favorite ice coffee from Yasin, the best bartender at the resort. Always friendly! Food is always fresh and there is a great variety. The beach is great and so are the pools

Overall an excellent experience 👌🏻 Staff worked tirelessly, polite , and kept exceptionally clean. food options were delicious and varied. only downside was the pebbled beach and the variety of inclusive drinks

One thing I did not like was that people reserved pool- and beachchairs with their towels

The animation team was excellent! I feel bad for not remembering their names, but they did a great job being energetic and happy whilst trying to entertain everyone all day all week, for the 2 weeks that we were there

I'm nervous when I read reviews, but the rooms are clean, well maintained and new materials to be used, it's a relief. The variety of food in the least, but it's enough. All of the employees was friendly and helpful

I myself very much rested from 27 August to 5 September 2015. A large area has many pools good slides out from the hotel and from the beach. The room we had was in the new building we loved the room

The food is gorgeous - lots, delicious, varied, tasty! The best I've tried. Pitty - never enough forks, plates, cups and glasses. Plastic cups are not fit for cola, beer etc

If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. I put 4 and not 5 because it seemed to us very little space in the room

Pool is clean and the beach is a very important criteria. I'm happy to have chosen this hotel as a family

Honestly no comment on anything , it was an amazing vacation in the amazing resort , the smile of each on in club kastalia team make you happy , food superb every day new things , programs in each day and at night dont let you do anything outside full program

I have just spent 2-weeks long holiday at Club Kastalia and it was really great! Very nice resort with small accomodation buildings spread over large, green area, resulting in the resort area not being crowded

Lot of quiet places allowing to rest. Aquapark and miniclub for chidren (VERY important for families), 'quiet' pool for adults and two other pools for everyone

Only one key card per room is not practical solution, not sure if A/C can be adjusted from the room (central control).

I was checked in at 7 AM and the hotel boy that gave me a ride to my room was stubbornly waiting for tip. Checking in early in the morning means that guests have been travelling for last 6-8 hours overnight

Come on, guys, in a fiwe star all-inclusive concept, those should be free. 3-all travelers love playing volleyballs. There is not enough attention from the hotel workers at that part. The net is lower than it should be

1-At the room floor is covered by carpet, that is a terrible idea. If you have a very sensitive noise, it may bother you. 2-There are billiards tables down, and they ask money for it

The addition of the water park brought us back to Bera for a 3rd time, as prices have proceeded to rise to high levels we thought we would come to see if it value for money still

Officially you have to wait 3-5 people in line at the hotel. it's worth adding that the restaurant freezes. All-inclusive concept, but not everything :) for example, a snack bar in the hotel does not have a car

Beach is not to large and quality of equipment is not good, there are some broken things there Overall: Comparing this hotel price with other 5* hotels this was what I expected. This hotel deserves 4* rating

it's getting cold air conditioning very hot late the only cooler doesn't work. I think the management of the hotel electricity saving :) this is not worthy of 5 stars. the number of elements is insufficient

The hotel claims to be 5 star, but 4 star level. You need to cross the street to enter the sea. However, all of the coast in that area already. rocky or gravel for foreign guests the hotel is negligible

The beach is only a short walk thru the hotel it is a private beach and is very nice a bit small but still nice to catch the rays!! Our room is lovely and airy our air con broke and we were very impressed by how quickly it was fixed and up and running for us

Our only disappointment was the gym!! We had planned to visit the gym every morning but the gym consisted of a treadmill that was out of order a exercise bike which was not plugged in a few weights and a multi gym that was harder to fathom than a rubix cube

The food is lovely although a bit repetitive at times but on the whole we enjoyed it. We have been all inclusive which is a first for us but we have loved it. The staff have been lovely and friendly and very helpful

Very nice hotel we have been here for a week and we've had an amazing time we paid for an economy room but the balcony was facing a brick wall so we upgraded to a sea view room which made the holiday so much better

On the whole we have really enjoyed our stay if your planning a holiday of total relaxation and chilling this is the one to use although there is nothing much outside of the hotel by means of shops pubs etc

A lovely chap called Mansur gave us free bags for the beach which were very nice. The spa was lovely I paid for 4 days of massages and my masseuse Amadam (I think lol) was very professional and nice

One word : fantastic! We left a week ago and we’ve had an amazing stay at the Blue Marlin Hotel and it wouldn’t have been that good without its friendly staff members. The room was clean, spacious and very convenient

The service, food and everything that came with it was impeccable. The staff decorated a table in the evening for my my mum's birthday brought out a cake, a bottle of champagne and sang happy birthday

Excellent hotel for its 4* works well. Cleaning every day, good Internet. Hungry of course you're not staying. But the selection is small, the soup is always just 1. With all the snacking turns feeding 7 times a day

The pool and the area around it was very dirty. Smoking allowed almost everywhere. Could not be by the pool without someone smoking right next to you. It was a complete free-for-all

Room and more and do not all have Wi Fi everywhere and good speed. The staff is friendly, food sea, that's the only-very little fruit. This is bad, but maybe just not the season. The pool is clean, clean thoroughly

And the beach is all a fairy tale! Very close to the Cleopatra beach, a few minutes walk along the beach from the hotel beach, although our beach is also great. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel

Now rest in this hotel with my son. The hotel helped to choose all my requirements to the travel Agency and Geography. And I'm ready on arrival to thank them. The hotel meets all my requirements

Children entertainment with tutors. Adult entertainment later in evening, from karaoke, dancing, something for everyone. WI-FI, TV'S & Air conditioning in every room

Great hotel, consisting 200 rooms in apartment blocks. Great staff, willing to do anything they can to assist. Huge dining area, with self service

stayed here at least 5 times all of them when i was under 12 years old nice staff, although the waiters back then would hit on me at times pool was good food was good (still dreaming about that rice pudding and the chocolate cake they would serve with coffee, nothing like it) my family loved to drink mini disco time is forever will return one day

Nearby there is everything you need: as I said above, the sea is 2 minutes away, the center is 10 minutes away (Klerpatry Park)

Amazing hotel. Rooms, restaurant and pool area- very clean. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Another advantage is that there's a hotel bus which takes you to the beach.

Nothing to be done about that of course except closing the window then turn on the air con which also made a noise to keep you awake! lol! The food was a bit samey but mostly nice and was presented nicely, the serving staff hardly spoke any english and sometimes it was difficult to get over to them what you were trying to say if you had a problem

The reception staff, however, were better to speak to and very friendly ! The pools were very well kept and we particularly enjoyed fooling about with the flume! Lol! We went all inclusive so we made good use of the bar! 🥴 There are plenty of excursions to go on, which were displayed in the lobby, and bus shuttle times to get into Alanya town

One was a singer, who's song selection was good but constantly sang through a vocal harmonizer! I, as a professional singer myself for many years, kept wishing he'd turn it off so I could hear what he sounded like on his own! Later in the week, there was a fashion show, a lady dancing who was rather good and traditional folk dancing group

I thought I would recommend it in the beginning. However, it was terrible in the end. , so we had asked for lunchbox as we were skipping breakfast. The lady wrote it down and assured us she had had it under control

However, when we were leaving at night, there were no lunch boxes for us. They said something like "Oh, that's my colleague's mistake, there will be no food, that's it". Imagine that: you had your dinner at 7 p

The entertainment team provided amazing shows and activities, they changed day to day but the board that gave you a weekly rundown was wrong. Some of the days were mixed up and had a different days show advertised

I stayed in a 3 bed room on the restaurant side of the hotel, the room was well cleaned and presented but a little outdated and seriously lacked plug sockets, 2 in the bedroom 1 in bathroom

There was some silcone around the shower and sink that was moldy and needed replacing and the ceiling in the bathroom had clearly been fitted quickly, several panels were bent or damaged

The pools were lovely and clean and the slides at one of them were a massive hit with me! The bar at both of them was well stocked and offered quick and friendly service

Great hotel very close to city centre, rooms are good and clean. Staff is super friendly and nothing has never been a problem. Food is above what I expected from all inclusive, not amazing but pretty good for the price

I like to tell more about the food because that’s on soooo much higher level then I expected for an all inclusive! We picked this hotel because of reviews on good food, but I like to change that into excellent food! The kitchen crew puts in a lot of effort to make fresh and tasty dishes with a lot of variety each day

Just have returned from our three week holidays in this wonderful hotel!!! Everything was excellent: room, restaurant, staff!!! My 5 year daughter felt like a queen there and got many friends!!! And location, location, location!!! Highly recommend!

•Rooms very clean when we arrived, nice balcony with chairs outside surprised by a Pomegranate tree in front of our balcony, they clean everyday rooms if you need, staff very attentive they noticed we were four of us so they added extra towels, extra cotton buds, extra toilet papers small things that makes your holiday more enjoyable as you don't have to stress about them

•Reception verry attentive to all your needs, if any bookings made with third party companies outside hotel they will make sure to call you to remember about your booking and make sure you are safe checking with drivers that they take you where they supposed to take you

The only advice I would give would be for Bar to look into stocking also soy or oat milk to accommodate someone dairy free, so you don't have to go and spend the money for a coffee with Starbucks over the road and support their business

•All inclusive breakfast and dinner are 10/10 options for everyone, any dietary requirements, our last night we had a grandma making fresh pita which was a great touch to try something freshly made in front of you

They were down from heaven provided by Selim and his Indonesian staff members, very good relaxing and well received, we’ve never been more relaxed after a holiday like this in a long time

I would've loved to try some more proper turkish specialities, but that's not their fault all restaurants around are the same too much orientated towards accommodating tourists all over
