Very beautiful and well-kept rooms and hotel territory, tasty food (we were supsrised with fish and seafood served every day) and good amenities for children (we traveled with 1 year old infant)

For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

We had a very pleasant stay in the end of September 2024

This place is very nice for families with children

Compared with previous experience in Turkey, this is not a 5-star hotel, rooms are equipped with showers, rooms are small, furniture and design are old

Staff is very friendly, cleaning every day, green garden around, big territory, safe for children, food was good, but not big variety selection

I'm nervous when I read reviews, but the rooms are clean, well maintained and new materials to be used, it's a relief. The variety of food in the least, but it's enough. All of the employees was friendly and helpful

I myself very much rested from 27 August to 5 September 2015. A large area has many pools good slides out from the hotel and from the beach. The room we had was in the new building we loved the room

The food is gorgeous - lots, delicious, varied, tasty! The best I've tried. Pitty - never enough forks, plates, cups and glasses. Plastic cups are not fit for cola, beer etc

If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. I put 4 and not 5 because it seemed to us very little space in the room

Pool is clean and the beach is a very important criteria. I'm happy to have chosen this hotel as a family

We did not receive the right code necessary for fly check-in from the office, and the officials were „certainly” unreachable. We could manage our problem exclusively with the help of the man at the reception, Sidar

Regarding helpfulness I would like to enhance Sidar from the reception staff. Resulted from our travel agency negligence we encountered really serious difficulty on our trip to back home on 22nd of October

The hotel is located very well, near the sea (just 15 minutes to the sea by walking), Shops, markets and restaurants are nearby delicious with good quality Clean rooms, comfortable beds, we had everything in our room Very clean! The hotel and reception staff were very kind and polite!

We spent a marvelous time in Hotel Blue Star. The hotel takes place a prestigious position in the city, close to the most beautiful beach of the sea. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable

Don't believe the stories of food poisoning from another review because I was there at that time and it's nonsense. We are from England but the majority of the guests were from Poland or Russia but no problems whatsoever

There is room for improvement howether - The coffee is real good only in Starbucks and in the hotel interior court. the rest of the coffee machines are average

After all it is a 5 star hotel and since they are really trying to please their guests in all of the other ways, this should be important too. Other than that a heart-felt recommendation

4th time on vacation in Turkey. Seen before Kemer region two times and Alanya once. This time was the best experience ever related specifically to the hotel. Everything was nearly perfect

During our stay we had room facing the sea side (paid extra for it) if we would come back again, I wouldn't pay for the sea side view since at least 3 nights we couldn't sleep due to the night entrainment program, which was very loud till late night (pass 11PM) not great while on vacation with a 2yo

Pros: located on the first line to the sea 50 meters, the rooms are clean and cleaned daily, the food is varied and tasty, there is a choice of meat, and drinks of alcohol at lunch and dinner, there was wine, beer is always more spirits for a fee, in addition to the main restaurant and bars where during the day you can eat

Cons: the hotel is located 120 km from the airport, so to get at least 2 hours in the rooms poor sound insulation, Internet access is weak though and catches throughout the evening animation so so young people there will be boring, no discos

Pebble beach, deck chairs are always there, the sea enclosed by the breakwaters and the waves do not interfere with swimming

Rested in September 2017, the hotel enjoyed. This hotel is ideal for a quiet family holiday

Overall the hotel is nice to relax with family and children

Food good, really big choice - restaurant sometimes overcrowded. Staff- good, speaking more languages, but they will try to put you in basement apartment, and then you should fight for better one

Lots of different foods to choose from, breakfast, lunch & evening meals. Everything inclusive from food to alcohol, soft drinks. Swimming pools, Aqua park, private beach, sunloungers etc

Children entertainment with tutors. Adult entertainment later in evening, from karaoke, dancing, something for everyone. WI-FI, TV'S & Air conditioning in every room

Great hotel, consisting 200 rooms in apartment blocks. Great staff, willing to do anything they can to assist. Huge dining area, with self service

Officially you have to wait 3-5 people in line at the hotel. it's worth adding that the restaurant freezes. All-inclusive concept, but not everything :) for example, a snack bar in the hotel does not have a car

it's getting cold air conditioning very hot late the only cooler doesn't work. I think the management of the hotel electricity saving :) this is not worthy of 5 stars. the number of elements is insufficient

The hotel claims to be 5 star, but 4 star level. You need to cross the street to enter the sea. However, all of the coast in that area already. rocky or gravel for foreign guests the hotel is negligible

We tipped a little as it was deserved, but got great hospitality even when we didn't. Beach a bit gravelly but still a nice place to be. Food was standard all inclusive fare but with plenty of choice and done very well

The rooms are cleaned every day. Cleaning includes changing towels, taking out the trash and vacuuming. The air conditioners are split, so it will not be hot in the room. Wi-Fi works throughout the hotel

zeus and cesar are sympathetic entertainers, they are very friendly and very hospitable and all the staff are very friendly nice people I recommend everyone who plans to visit Kahya hotel 👍 recommended

The room was very comfy, and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. During the day the animators are responsible for the good vibes around the pool, they give their best to make you enjoy your staying

stayed here at least 5 times all of them when i was under 12 years old nice staff, although the waiters back then would hit on me at times pool was good food was good (still dreaming about that rice pudding and the chocolate cake they would serve with coffee, nothing like it) my family loved to drink mini disco time is forever will return one day

Great hotel very close to city centre, rooms are good and clean. Staff is super friendly and nothing has never been a problem. Food is above what I expected from all inclusive, not amazing but pretty good for the price

Great Location with a private beach and in a walking distance from the city center. Although not too diverse the food is very good. All the facility are clean and the entertainment is pretty good as well

I have just spent 2-weeks long holiday at Club Kastalia and it was really great! Very nice resort with small accomodation buildings spread over large, green area, resulting in the resort area not being crowded

Thank you guys for fantastic holiday! I wish to say 'thank you' particularly to two employees - Half white-half black hair guy from the restaurant for being very nice and even using some Polish words

It is good they know German and Russian, but still English is the most universal one and it is very difficult for other nations to communicate with most of the hotel staff

As for the rooms - I've been assigned to the newest part of the hotel with very nice and spacious rooms, but the older part, with white cottages is really nice too

The room is clean, the linens are good. We were given a room with a view of the sea from a bit of a corner, but still great. The parking lot next to the hotel is 10 lira per day

I booked a room with an ocean view, but all I can see is just a glimpse of the sea behind tall palm trees in the middle of the other buildings, standing on the balcony

The hotel location is just spotless, you can’t find any better- best beach just across the road, some shops nearby, close walking distance to the centre and local attractions

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. Whilst the experience as a whole, was certainly a positive one, there are some things we found frustrating. Whilst the hotel is great, it's not a 5 star hotel

The rooms are nothing particularly special, standard rooms with air-conditioning. We didn't have any problems at all with our rooms. The cleaning lady, does a great job, always leaves a nice swan in the duvets

I asked the barman if the beer was alcohol free as joke, but it's definitely watered down. I then tried the Whiskey and coke, which did the job, however after 3 hours it gave me crippling heart burn

The staff I found where very friendly, no issues at all. Don't be surprised at how pushy they are for you to buy things, Hamam, tattoo, nights out etc. The food, is the hotels strong point

I love a drink and intended to drink and party the first night, but drunk my body weight in beer with no effect. The next day I counted my drinks, 16 half pint beers and nothing again

Upon speaking to other guests at Titan hotel , we discovered we weren’t the only people this had happened to. Anyway, we arrived back to Titan at 9am and was given our room which was just an average room, nothing special

The other hotel they took us to had no idea we was coming. Upon arriving, the member of staff from our hotel began to argue with the other hotels member of staff in front of ourselves and other guests regarding this

The food is absolutely disgusting, unless you want to be on and off the toilet constantly then go ahead and eat it. It got to the point where we started to eat our meals elsewhere as the food is just terrible

You can’t sit by the pool without getting harassed and haggled by staff trying to sell you stuff like tattoos/spa treatments etc, when you attempt to turn it down they become rather rude

The only good thing I can really say about this hotel is the cleanliness and how local it is to shops/bars/resturants/bus station etc. Definitely doesn’t deserve 5 stars

The same as the drinks, only one beer is available and the cocktails are horrible, they give you terrible heartburn, not even enjoyable to drink

This was our first family holiday. We were a family of 8 with ages from 6 to 20. The staff are brilliant, couldn’t do more for you. I loved the hotel and cleanliness

Our toilet had a bit of a funky smell but we didn’t mention it so not going to complain that it wasn’t rectified. Kids loved it, entertainment was on for both kids and adults and everything local was great too

The entertainment team was brilliant, with Mohammed standing out as especially helpful. The evening entertainment was very good, with the dancers being a particular highlight. Plenty of selections to choose from
