Hotels All-inclusive in Alanya

One thing I did not like was that people reserved pool- and beachchairs with their towels

Nice atmosphere for families looking for a beach vacation. The resort offers many options such as yoga, water polo, beach volleyball, nightly entertainment. They also have kids crafting and activities available

For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

Overall an excellent experience 👌🏻 Staff worked tirelessly, polite , and kept exceptionally clean. food options were delicious and varied. only downside was the pebbled beach and the variety of inclusive drinks

I didn't really like the fact that there are a lot of people and the restaurant has a direct "rush hour": everyone came at the same time, and you wait / look for a place, came at the end of dinner - and the exclusive was eaten) But in general, we are glad that we chose this hotel !

We have our last night here today. Got our favorite ice coffee from Yasin, the best bartender at the resort. Always friendly! Food is always fresh and there is a great variety. The beach is great and so are the pools

Nice hotel, great food, friendly staff, good animation, settled into the room ahead of time, there are shortcomings is a maid or almost its absence!

We like this hotel very much even it’s for young couples and WiFi is not free.

The door to the closet broken - did not close, hot water is generally not reached, since our enclosure on the hill was. The Jacuzzi though was, but the sense that there is no hot water

As a hotel it is one of the rare hotels in Alanya that is located right on the sea in a beautiful location, I can say that I have been there a few times, the grounds are very large and spacious, the staff are very friendly and very good, the rooms are very good and very clean, they keep the standards at a high level, customer satisfaction is very good, there are many options for food, it appeals to...

The hotel is located right on the beach, no need to cross the road, as in most hotels in Alanya. Large green area, several swimming pools. There are piers for going down to the sea, bypassing the rocks

One of the best food we ever experienced within an all inclusive concept. Staff is friendly when you thank them and give them a smile. The rooms are okay but the bathroom could use an update

Location is perfect: right in front of the beach and only 10 minutes to town. Food is exceptional good: different recipes for every lunch and dinner

We are on holiday now, the very end of October. The weather and sea are simply fabulous, the hotel did not disappoint

Our kids absolutely loved the food, which made mealtimes easy and enjoyable for the whole family. Our hotel room was spotless and in general, the hygiene across the entire hotel was top-notch

The drinks are strong and tasty at each bar. The icecream/snack bar is not a quick trip from the pool as it’s around the corner of the front of the hotel but worth it once you get there

There are plenty of English people around in the little shopping/restaurant area. Give it a chance and ignore the stupid stuck up reviews!

Lunch at the beach bar, pool bar and kingdom bar was all the same but would recommend the pizza as these are cooked fresh. Drinks were fine- 6 cocktails, local spirits and wine (if you tip you got nicer drinks in a glass

There are plenty of activities for children, the children's animators are great, and there are plenty of activities for adults as well. Overall, it was a great vacation, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I congratulate half of the staff, who have embraced the hotel to a great extent. They are friendly, respectful, and polite. However, a certain segment of the staff is incapable of being friendly, grumbling and fussing

However, if you're planning a Turkish night, I strongly recommend changing the team. They are extremely misrepresenting the Turkish people and their choreography is poor

We've been here before, and the variety of food remains the same. This variety is extremely good, but the taste and quality have dropped significantly

This wasn't the case on our previous visit. I recommend reviewing the staff. As for the events, the hotel is fun, exciting, and adrenaline-filled

When you say Turkish night, you should be seeing folk dances like Efe Zeybek, but instead, you're seeing folk dances like ghetto zip-lining and dancing the halay to Kurdish songs

Every Tuesday and Thursday there is a market with fruits and vegetables near the hotel. 100 meters from the hotel there is a bus stop No. 1 to Alanya, which runs every 20-30 minutes

The food is warm not piping hot but able to be eaten and there is a microwave to heat it up if you wanted to. The drinks are good and good choice

Basically what I'm saying is it's a very nice hotel and great value for money so all these reviews moaning about everything they should spend more money and go somewhere else

Well after booking we read the reviews and we're a bit worried. We are here now and all I can say is people moan about anything. It's a nice hotel good rooms lots of space

Staff do speak very good English and are very friendly. The food is plentiful and if there is nothing there you like then there's something wrong with you, I'm a picky eater and there was always something I could eat

Officially you have to wait 3-5 people in line at the hotel. it's worth adding that the restaurant freezes. All-inclusive concept, but not everything :) for example, a snack bar in the hotel does not have a car

Here is good everything like entertainment, Tete is good he do aqua gym and volley ball. Ernest darts, morning gym and water polo. Poor and beach is good we like food and drinks. We're enjoying the environment

We have just returned from our 10 day holiday at Xeno Eftallia resort and we have loved it. We did a last minute booking and read some reviews after we had booked and it made me really anxious about staying at the hotel

The only downside, for us was the air conditioning. During the day, the hotel lobby was air conditioned and was a lovely place to sit and relax if it was too hot outside. However, in the evenings, this was switched off

My 2 children enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of time in the pool and using the slides. Food in the hotel was incredible. We will try anything but there seemed to be plenty of choice and something for everyone

However, there was nothing to worry about. The hotel was beautifully clean. The room was small but perfectly adequate for what we needed and the bathrooms have obviously been updated recently

The bar staff and waiting on staff were friendly but had to deal with a lot of ride customers - basic manners went a long way and we found them all to be really friendly and helpful

I highly recommend this hotel. Both the reception staff and the animation team were very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Esra, Onurcan and Hakan. The rooms were large, clean, the food was also good.

They also had 24/7 snacks in the main restaurant although this was seemingly leftover bread / salad from the evening meal

During mealtimes you’d go to get your own drink, we noticed there were waiters which floated round but none ever seemed to come to us, only ever a small selection of people would get the table service

This was the same in the evenings. The cocktail selection quite limited - beer and wine were ok for an all inclusive. Spirits weren’t too bad - obviously watered down but not too much

There was also a great selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The entertainment team did a fantastic job – the animations and activities were fun and well-organized

The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the location is good, close to the center of Alanya, the atmosphere in the hotel is good, the service is nice, there are no language barriers - I had the pleasure of being in a Mexican restaurant, thanks to Yvcel Drhan for being professional and serving delicious dishes, they looked great

I really liked the hotel and the room we chose. The view is gorgeous – mountains, sea, palm trees, and the avenue. The food is good: meat, salmon, and grilled fish every day

I would recommend having a medical thermometer in the first-aid kit at reception. My child had a fever, and there wasn't one. The room is cleaned daily (they don't do swans, but there was a fan)

Best holiday in Turkey! We were 4 adults and 1 child (4yo). Room is big enough, hotel is very clean, quiet, offering a lots of fun and rich program. Food was excellent, restaurant on the beach was big surprise for me

The biggest plus is the sea and the entrance to the sea, it is not a bad entrance at all, on the contrary, the best😊 We are staying in the main building, so it's really great, the only small minus is that the sunbeds on the beach are quite busy and there's usually no one there, then there's not much space for people who are currently at the sea and want to use a sunbed, otherwise everything is perfect...

Service all around was perfect, fresh towels daily, lots of water, tea and coffee for your room. Still in love with the whole vacation and time I spent there

I‘ve been here in late October/November 2022 & let me tell you, it was amazing! Every single worker was super friendly, helpful and accommodating

Place This is very big hotel with restaurant, spa, pools, slides, bara, disco etc. Everything is here so literally you don't have to go anywhere to spend awesome time

We had a room in the main building, rooms are clean and bigger then normally (we had standard room). Evening entertainment is loud, but we like music so it wasn't bad. Air conditioning works perfectly in the room

Also the all inclusive service is great, you can literally eat or drink anytime. The hotel has a full time nurse so if there is a medical problem,they can help immediately. The kids club and the arcade are also great

Evenings are best - bubble show, baloon show, turkish night and so on! You can't be bored here. Aquapark is opened not all the time, but its good - you have time to rest and eat

The English is amazing from all staff and nothing is a problem, our room was cleaned every morning with fresh bottled water and fresh towels, there is food and drink round the clock with something for everyone and always something new to try

The entertainment team Yasin and Lera are next level, bringing everyone together and keeping a great atmosphere at the pool throughout the day and at night. Nighttime entertainment is excellent also

Be careful of huge sharp rocks in the water (although apparently this is true for all of Alanya, not only this beach). At times it was hard to communicate with the hotel staff as most barely spoke English

Great hotel, consisting 200 rooms in apartment blocks. Great staff, willing to do anything they can to assist. Huge dining area, with self service

I tried several times to order a different beer than the standard All Inclusive one, explained it in different ways, and still got the same drink with a smile and a nod, as if they didn’t understand at all

They also advertise that you can buy Corona beer (not included in the All Inclusive), but most of the time it wasn’t even available to purchase

Room was comfortable with a southerly aspect and gorgeous sea view, although the neighbours were sometimes noisy at night. Basically, you get what you pay for and in that respect the Sultan should not disappoint

💧 Regarding the All Inclusive – I expected better. Water dispensers were often empty, and the juice machines frequently only poured water

Sultan beach is right infront of the hotel, very clean and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets in the evening. Restaurants, tour guides , clothes shops and food supermarkets are all on a straight path

We went half board and it was plenty with breakfast and dinner as there is loads of restaurants and bars around

The beer, wines and spirits are cheap if you go half board. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean with regular room cleaning and beds are comfy with air conditioning in the rooms

You're virtually on the beach, and a taxi rank outside which is cheap enough to get around alanya to do all the sites. There is plenty of sun loungers around all the pools

The most perfect place to go on vacation. Nice location near the City and Beach on the other side 100% service in all of the hotel

The only mirror was stained with children's hands on the closet, but I considered it trifles, the balcony is spacious, it was great to sit at night when the child was sleeping)) the room was cleaned when you turned on the right button to do the cleaning, or there is a do not disturb button

The child came to sleep at night and just passed out in a minute! There was no such thing at home)) the beach is normal, go through the underpass for a minute, there are enough sun loungers for everyone, first sand, then small pebbles, which is not very pleasant for the feet, and then there are huge stones like a rock or something, well, on which, in principle, you are further and you go, but this...

As for food, well, in principle, it’s normal, you can eat, there is a lot of choice, but almost everything like that) you definitely won’t stay hungry. Ice cream is given 2 times a day, and very tasty

Fanta, sprite, colla are delicious! Alcohol: there is almost everything, but for some reason we drank beer, and then switched to wine because it’s very normal) the staff is friendly, well done guys in general, they work very quickly! The most important thing is that this hotel is very suitable for families with children, it’s really super, our child was happy when he saw these elephants on the territory...

They say it’s 5 starts hotel but it is far away from 5 stars. In my opinion this is an 4 stars hotel
