Hotels All-inclusive in Alanya

The rooms are very large and comfortable, we had a beautiful pool and sea view with a kettle and fridge in our room. The food was always delicious with plenty of choices and was of a very high standard

The food caters for as many nationalities as possible. I don't even like slides and enjoyed ourselves, no end. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday a lifelong memory

Just had a lovely holiday with family at this hotel. First mention should be the AMAZING staff, they are really hard working, polite and very friendly

I have just returned from this hotel after an absolutely fantastic holiday with my partner and our 9 year old daughter. We read very mixed reviews before going and I was a bit worried about the negative ones

Last thing to mention the hotel was spotless, thanks for a really great stay to all of the staff and l hope you all get a pay rise because you deserve it

There’s lots of activities to keep you entertained within the resort, we spent quite of bit £,€ and lira even though it was all inclusive, but did not ruin our visit at all!! We saw a lot of negative social media posts about this place, but deffo exceeded our expectations

Overall an excellent experience 👌🏻 Staff worked tirelessly, polite , and kept exceptionally clean. food options were delicious and varied. only downside was the pebbled beach and the variety of inclusive drinks

We have our last night here today. Got our favorite ice coffee from Yasin, the best bartender at the resort. Always friendly! Food is always fresh and there is a great variety. The beach is great and so are the pools

Very beautiful and well-kept rooms and hotel territory, tasty food (we were supsrised with fish and seafood served every day) and good amenities for children (we traveled with 1 year old infant)

For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

One thing I did not like was that people reserved pool- and beachchairs with their towels

We had a very pleasant stay in the end of September 2024

There are queques everywhere (food, drinks, even elevators), swimming pool is very crowded, the are problems with finding tables to eat or drink. Also, it's very noisy (there's a loud music until midnight)

We vacationed for a week at the Orange County hotel. I came with the Hungarian hairstylists team to the 3-day International hairdressing show held at the hotel. The foods was varied and delicious

Enjoyed the vacation! Got the sea view room not even asking for it. Impressed by variety of food and drinks. There are a lot of activities inside and outside of the hotel

Hotel location is amazing. The beach view is breathtaking. The beach is cozy, clean and nice. Perfect place to spend a vacation with little kids. Service is nice. Food is good. The personal is thoughtful and helpful.

I have spent my holiday for one week in orange county hotel. That was one of my best holidays. The food and dessert were delicious and various. Animation team was very active

every night was a different show for example acrobatics and Salsa. The personnel were very kind and polite, i will definitely choose this hotel again if i go to Turkey again

Although the hotel area is very interesting and the food is quite tasty (in the eyes of a tourist first visited Turkey for the first time and acquainted with grief: allinclusive)

I myself very much rested from 27 August to 5 September 2015. A large area has many pools good slides out from the hotel and from the beach. The room we had was in the new building we loved the room

I'm nervous when I read reviews, but the rooms are clean, well maintained and new materials to be used, it's a relief. The variety of food in the least, but it's enough. All of the employees was friendly and helpful

The food is gorgeous - lots, delicious, varied, tasty! The best I've tried. Pitty - never enough forks, plates, cups and glasses. Plastic cups are not fit for cola, beer etc

If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. I put 4 and not 5 because it seemed to us very little space in the room

Pool is clean and the beach is a very important criteria. I'm happy to have chosen this hotel as a family

Surely there are some deficiencies to be 5 star hotel but overall the hotel and money you spent are directly proportional. The location and pools are great, cleanliness and service also good enough

Staff are lovely and always willing to help, all of them extremely hard working. The table staff clean like mad around everyone. Its not Britain so you can't expect to have what you would find at home

Location brilliant, rooms excellent value for money, especially the swim up rooms and the service is efficient. Food selection is more or less the same every day but there is quite alot of selections

We are actually hoping to return in the next year or so

The only down side for us personally was the food, It's a little repetitive and wish there was English alternatives for breakfast especially but other than that we cannot complain!

Very good place to relax with Family (children). Area is so big, a lot swimming polls, pipes, slides, food on the high level. I recommend of this place to spend good time

Although the Marin doesn't have slides in the pool, there are pools on the Island that do. Eftalia Island is a short walk from the hotel, the all inclusive is also available here

Pools clean but not enough sunbeds. Better food over on the island but beach not great,dirty with cigarette ends and rocky getting in to sea not great if you have kids. Staff in restaurant really helpful and friendly

The hotel is super clean, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good, the bed was huge. There's a mini fridge that is free, and stocked daily. The resort is excellent for families with young children

We could hear all our neighbours and the loud music from outside until falling asleep. After the party is done or earlier in the morning, you can hear the traffic from the nearby highway through the closed balcony door

As a vegetarian I found a wide range of vegetarian dishes which were very delicious. I just didn’t like the bathroom. Water flow is very bad and toilet paper quality is extremely bad. Otherwise,everything is great

We were on vacation in Doganay and honestly I will never come back. Small rooms,need to be fixed and refreshed. The food is poor,I wanted to eat one fat and juicy doner,(we are in turkey) but never see him at dinner

Only 1 place for meat and when it comes dinner time all the guests rush for the meat and you need to wait for 10-15 min under the burning sun. The beach like every beach in Turkey is rocks and concrete

Excellent price-quality hotel in Alanya. Hotel is little bit dated, but its not that important to me. Room is clean and has everything you need. It is right on a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds, no street crossing

Stayed here for 3 nights, basic all inclusive, room cleaning is virtually non existent and when they do come in they take all the towels, flannels away and don’t replace them, they leave the bins in the room full so everything is now overflowing as there is no where else to but rubbish, do not get no coffee in the rooms and it doesn’t matter if you complain to reception they just don’t care they say...

We had a wonderful vacation at this all inclusive hotel, which also had a private beach

Water in swimming pool during our stay was 16-18 degrees, barely anyone was swimming. Huge advantage is access to beach with clean,warm water, nice and friendly beach restaurant which was our most pleasant surprise

One more remark - capacity of a'la carte restaurant is not enough for all guests, even at the end of the season

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, the hotel had two swimming pools with various water slides, the buffet had all sorts of delicious food of outstandig quality

Health and safety in some parts of the hotel is shocking they have dark ramps everywhere and in the dark you can not see them as they are not highlighted while we was there 5 people tripped over the ramp in the moon bar and 1 poor lady had her toenail ripped out and had to go to the doctors and had to pay 300 euros to have the nail sorted out!, and again the hotel just doesn’t care and shrugs their...

We did not receive the right code necessary for fly check-in from the office, and the officials were „certainly” unreachable. We could manage our problem exclusively with the help of the man at the reception, Sidar

Regarding helpfulness I would like to enhance Sidar from the reception staff. Resulted from our travel agency negligence we encountered really serious difficulty on our trip to back home on 22nd of October

The hotel is located very well, near the sea (just 15 minutes to the sea by walking), Shops, markets and restaurants are nearby delicious with good quality Clean rooms, comfortable beds, we had everything in our room Very clean! The hotel and reception staff were very kind and polite!

We spent a marvelous time in Hotel Blue Star. The hotel takes place a prestigious position in the city, close to the most beautiful beach of the sea. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable

The staff is kind, helpful and really professional. The all-inclusive restaurant caters to all needs - and above that you could ask for - with its delicious and varied dishes

The drinks are strong and tasty at each bar. The icecream/snack bar is not a quick trip from the pool as it’s around the corner of the front of the hotel but worth it once you get there

The bars offer drinks, beer and wine (at least we drank it). Different attractions every evening, a disco for children and later for adults

There are plenty of English people around in the little shopping/restaurant area. Give it a chance and ignore the stupid stuck up reviews!

However, the buffet section in general was very busy and they couldn’t always keep up with tidying tables. For a week’s stay you get one visit to the restaurant on site and I would definitely recommend the barbecue

They have vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and pistachio icecream flavours available! The evening entertainment is the only poor bit really - bingo is fun! I’ve always understood that Turkey 5 star is like standard 3/4 star so don’t expect magnificence, but also go with an open mind because it’s lovely and the staff are friendly enough, though most don’t speak good English - enough to get where you need...

It was a really good vacation! We were in the bungalow and not in the main building, which had its advantages. Free Wi-Fi with good coverage even on the beach. On-site souvenir shop with really affordable prices

mega huge territory, a lot of entertainment for children, in several places of water parks on every corner, alcoholic eateries and restaurants. I personally recommend it !!! I liked it, I want to come here again !!!

Scenery is to die for and the entertainment is pretty good too, the only downfall is the food isn't so great and other holidaymakers are very rude and greedy (not all but most) especially when it comes to the food, sun loungers and inclusive amenities which was a bit of a let down

There's a lot which isn't all inclusive, pop corn, cocktails, even ice cream etc, you can get ice cream free at certain times, from certain place's but I didn't see any free on this trip

Not many drink options, alcoholic drinks appear to have no alcohol in them. Lots of things are charged extra. Overall, we had a good experience but reception staff is a massive let down

There is more positives than negatives, most staff friendly, and very hard working, the life guards were very friendly and used the slides with my youngest, ive been 3 times and will probably go again, so its not all bad

Everything else was fantastic! I'm talking about rooms, cleanliness, food and variety, deserts, the beach, animation team, music, the gym is ok, all of the staff

There is room for improvement howether - The coffee is real good only in Starbucks and in the hotel interior court. the rest of the coffee machines are average

After all it is a 5 star hotel and since they are really trying to please their guests in all of the other ways, this should be important too. Other than that a heart-felt recommendation

4th time on vacation in Turkey. Seen before Kemer region two times and Alanya once. This time was the best experience ever related specifically to the hotel. Everything was nearly perfect

Clean, nice service, great pool area, awesome meal selection. Some receptionists don't speak English, spa staff also has troubles with English but is willing to help or call some English speaking person

The entire team put forth a great deal of effort to ensure our comfort, and I believe it’s only fair to treat them with respect in return. Kudos to all the staff, particularly those in the restaurant

New hotel, opened in may 2016. Very solid design inside, modern rooms. 2 pools, convenient transport to the sea. Great kitchen, eat and drink 24 hours a day, all inclusive.

We recently (last week of october) visited this hotel for a short family vacation, and as a person of color traveling with my family, I was pleased to find the hotel staff to be very welcoming

In the restaurant, they were exceptionally friendly toward us, especially with our children

Occasionally, we added a bit of salt or sugar to taste, but overall, we found the food enjoyable and filling. We didn’t make use of the children’s buffet or the beach bar’s offerings

Unfortunately we had to visit the nurse at the hotel - very nice lady - but still no English (only Google translate). But all in all - as a first visit to Turkey, we had a very pleasant stay

Pros: located on the first line to the sea 50 meters, the rooms are clean and cleaned daily, the food is varied and tasty, there is a choice of meat, and drinks of alcohol at lunch and dinner, there was wine, beer is always more spirits for a fee, in addition to the main restaurant and bars where during the day you can eat

Food good, really big choice - restaurant sometimes overcrowded. Staff- good, speaking more languages, but they will try to put you in basement apartment, and then you should fight for better one

Cons: the hotel is located 120 km from the airport, so to get at least 2 hours in the rooms poor sound insulation, Internet access is weak though and catches throughout the evening animation so so young people there will be boring, no discos

Pebble beach, deck chairs are always there, the sea enclosed by the breakwaters and the waves do not interfere with swimming

Rested in September 2017, the hotel enjoyed. This hotel is ideal for a quiet family holiday

Overall the hotel is nice to relax with family and children
