Rooms are a t dirty, sometimes they dont clean the room you should tell them, there isnt any paper you can put on the door handle for them to know wether you are there or not to clean, also lastly, it isnt worth that much because its location is bad, its hard for people who are going to rent a car har parking. Its really hard to book a room suitable for you in this hotel, they also dont have WhatsApp. I dont feel like they change the sheets, they are really dirty, they send me a towel that had black spot on it, also a pillow that had yellow spots on it.

When we were going to check out, the receptionist claimed that we already have to pay another 3500 turkish lira, because he said that we stayed there for another day, although we already discussed how long we will stay there and already agreed on the payment so they were all a scam.

We booked a non-smoking room but they still gave us a smoking room. We had young kids. This is the worst hotel I have been to. I have gotten many pictures of how dirty and smelly the room was. They did not have different rooms between smoking room and non-smoking room. When we came in the room smelled like smoke and we had to tell the reception desk. After we told them to clear the smell it was still there. The smoke smell was inside of the blankets too. Another thing is the TV. They have a gigantic screen but less than a quarter of it works as shown in the picture. They also have a window to the bathroom which makes no sense. The room made no sense and after all of that they barely cleaned the room before we came. The phone was very dirty and so was a chair. I had many pictures of this hotel. I do not recommend staying here as their staff are also lazy. We have called them for bed sheets and they never came. This hotel should not be this high rated.

Hotel is very nice, clean & fresh types interior, but we are disappointed with service & housekeeping staff.

We had booked many rooms and majorly in all rooms there were only one towel, one bottle of 250ml water (how can 2 pax manage with 250ml bottle?)

& air con were also not working whole night…when we called them they said air outside is cold you may open windows. This was completely unexpected from a 4/5 star hotel.

There was also no bell boy available, we had to carry bags while checkin & checkout…they are working with lack of staff…

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!

Some of The staff there are very disrespectful. The hotel is very dirty. But what makes the experience there the worst is really how the staff treats you. When we were about to pay for another day. the person at the reception asked us to pay for alcool in the mini bar that we had supposedly used.. we don’t drink so that means, the bottles were already USED and they didn’t change them. 2 women went into our room without permission while we were talking with the receptionist and started touching our stuff. And asking us to pack. If that not complete unprofessionalism and disrespect I don’t know what it is. DO NOT GO THERE please!!

The cleaning staff stole my expensive Pandora bracelet when we were out, and the hotel manager did nothing about that.
They even tried to convince me that I lost it, but I was 100% sure that I left it in the room before we went out just in case I wouldn’t lose it.
Terrible experience wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
