Sheraton Hotel & Convention Center

I am writing this review purely on the booking with Ms Beyza at Reservations. Thank you for your kind and professional support, friendly tone, proficient communication skills in English and for your interest in our family’s booking needs. I am very much looking forward to our stay next week 🥰

After arriving from Europe tired and looking forward to a relaxing stay we found the Lugal to be awesome place to to do exactly that.

Lugal is very comfortable and private.
We found the lady's at the front desk to be really amazing and so helpful at the lugal. They certainly made my family feel very welcome.
On the Sheraton side our stay was also good. The 24 hour gym is amazing and the pool was very enjoyable for the kids.
The reception staff in particular on the sheraton side named CAN was really polite and professional. It's great to experience a positive and energetic environment.

At the center of it all. News looking rooms, shared spaces, and expertise facilities. If you like a good workout or swim, you can't best this hotel.

Walking distance to the shops. Easy access to the sites.

Top location in Ankara you can’t get any better than this location It is very central for everything shopping and dining we just walk out and all is there, very large swimming pool for morning laps. Front manager Murat bey is really amazing always helpful we really love this place. Next door hotel is also nice family friendly but bit more expensive.

I enjoyed my stay. The service was good, and the rooms were lovely. The front desk staff were very helpful. However, I noticed that the staff's language skills were limited to Turkish. I would suggest offering language courses, particularly in English, to enhance the guest experience.

Spacious and comfortable hotel rooms with excellent service and cuisine, with incredible views of Ankara.

Well the hotel needs a lot of improvements to meet the 5 star standards known in Turkiye.

1- Some of the staff don’t speak English and can take too long to send orders to the rooms
2- The amenities offered in the rooms are Turkish brands not international brands
3- The cleanliness of the rooms showed a low importance on cleanliness as the cleanliness of the cabinets and tables are not up to standard
4- The service in the restaurant was good but the breakfast was not really satisfying in terms of service and the way the food is presented

Overall the hotel needs a lot of work in terms of service, cleanliness, and technology to meet the current 5 star standards known worldwide and the hotel is good if you are planning to stay for a day or two in Ankara as I don’t believe there are better options in the city.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Ankara and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was spacious and nicely decorated with a great view of the city.
Overall, my stay at the Sheraton Ankara was very enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend it to others visiting Ankara.
