Rooms old fashioned with age old appliances, fridge not cold at all and freezer compartment iced up, I needed this for cold packs after having dental work so not good for me. No cups in rooms which I also needed for soup as couldn't eat so that wasn't good at all.
Think the hairdryer was as old as me, 52!!!
It's a shame the owner doesn't update the place cos it could be so much nicer and has lovely views, bit of a waste of a good location really.
Wi-Fi is a nightmare. As soon as you would enter the hotel from going out you would keep having to enter the Wi-Fi. This was a very big hassle. When you get to your rooms there’s a different and when you go to the lobby there is a different one. This was very inconvenient. The breakfast options were very limited. They have no staff available to assist with any problems and there so many areas of the hotel that have been shut off like the spas and gyms. The view from the hotel rooms were beautiful and that’s about it. The standards of this hotel are very low and need to improve. Poor maintenance and the cleaners never did a good job on keeping the rooms tidy. The lobby was a nice relaxing place and our taxi driver Muhammad was brilliant. Other than that no one there knows a word of English and it was very hard translating to them. In conclusion, we did not have a very pleasant experience. **plz improve break fast and Wi-Fi**

Review:
My recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired. While the location and view were undeniably stunning, the overall experience fell short. The cleanliness standards were disappointingly low, with stained towels and linens that were far from appealing. Some members of the staff were helpful, but others lacked professionalism and didn't meet expectations. It's disheartening when such potential is overshadowed by subpar service. If the management can address the cleanliness and staff training issues, this hotel could truly become a gem. Until then, I'd hesitate to recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The receptionist deos not know proper English especially the Russian employee who put us in an awkward situation due to his lack of understanding.
The breakfast wasn't as good as it suppose to be, same thing every day 🤷♀️
The best thing about it , it's location.
But, for the affordable price we managed🤪
Over all not recommended and do not deserve 4 stars even not 1 star hotel.
