Cender Hotel

the food was disastrous, not many options even the options that were there were caos, you couldn't eat there!!!!! the breakfast was really not good, there were not many drinks.

It wasn't just the breakfast that was bad, the STAFF'S TREATMENT TOO!!!! Very unprofessional, can barely speak English, and doesn't want to help! Never met more horrible staff! don't book here for your own good!!!!!! Especially the men who worked there were very rude and were shady. Wifi barely worked and they refused to help when we asked! they treat everyone differently, especially if you can't speak turkish then their treatment is even worse!

my sister even got sick over there! So we ordered food from outside one day, they refused to let us bring in the food"because it's one of their rules" they were lying, we saw others bring in food from outside. But then there were no problems?? When we asked why they can take in the food and not us,they just laughed! very unprofessional and very unhelpful. it was just awful to be there!

they don't even clean well, the cleaner just walks into the room with no storage, nothing at all. The only good thing was the location, but I would rather have stayed in a hotel far away in the forest than in this hotel. Because as I said, the staff they were very very very very awful , it's not even possible to describe it.

Even a man who works at a kiosk next door asked us what we thought of the hotel, he thought like us a DISASTER! and had said that several visitors were not satisfied with the hotel. I genuinely wonder how this hotel is still open and has visitors. Because I really wouldn't have stayed an extra night there even if I got paid for it

Food is meh and the music in the main restaurant is way too loud that you can’t even communicate.

The bathrooms in the rooms are too small to move around much.

You can’t turn down the AC in the first room you enter without the door to the balcony being wide open. It’s also very loud so it was hard to sleep at night.

You can use the WiFi only ONE TIME! Once you leave the room it, obviously, disconnects but after you return to your room you cannot connect to it anymore! (Just make a Passwort it’s not that hard!)

The staff also kind of gave me the vibe that they were unhappy. They looked angry to me most of the time.

And the rooms are very dirty. The only thing the cleaning stuff does is just change out the towel and bed sheets but not clean the floors. Not even when we first arrived. There were crumbles everywhere.

The only thing I liked was the view to the ocean. That looked quite amazing. But that is all.

Please take onto consideration that this was my experience. It doesn’t have to be the same for you but it was for me.

Do not go to this hotel!!! They serve the same food every day, drinks are only available during meal times, and even water isn't provided—you have to buy everything! The Wi-Fi constantly disconnects, and they don’t address any complaints. The hotel is very old, and I absolutely do not recommend it

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Cender hotel. Due to widespread flight cancellations in Lebanon that were heavily reported in the news, we were unable to reach the hotel. We contacted our booking agency immediately to request a refund, but the hotel refused, citing that we had already "checked in" despite the fact that we never even traveled.

This situation, which falls under force majeure, is clearly outside our control. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through their customer service department, we have received no response. The lack of empathy and support from the hotel is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel at all due to their poor customer service and lack of coordination. I will certainly never book with them again.

Worst hotel EVER stayed in…. No air con within the lobby’s, rude staff that enter your room without no notice or even a knock. Took our passports to then find they had left them laid out on the desk awaiting for anyone to pick up 😤 dirty bathrooms, you wouldn’t even want to shower your pet within there…rooms infested with insects, crawling and flying type!! no WiFi, breakfast was a shambles… 3 out of the 5 of us that stayed had food poisoning (also after speaking to multiple people experienced the same thing 🤢) lobby toilets had no tissue & just overall disgusting! asked at reception for more and got given 2 small squares. Disabled guest was left in the lobby with no assistance for hours… the list could go on and on… don’t waste your money/families health by staying here!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS..!!

Unfortunately our flight home was cancelled overnight and we were placed here by EasyJet. We checked in at 6am and had to leave our passports at the desk. Room was small and very dirty, no towels (not that we would have wanted to use the shower anyway as this was disgusting). We were then woken up to the man who checked us in walking into our room and shouting that we must get up as ‘our flight had been moved forward and the bus was coming to collect us in 10 minutes’ thankfully we had put the chain lock on the door as we had small children so he was not able to completely enter our room but there were many other families and young girls at the hotel for the same reason as us who’s rooms he had walked straight into with no warning whilst they slept. We were rushed to the lobby, our passports had been given to someone else and the bus to collect us didn’t arrive until 2 hours later. We then found out that checkout was 12pm and that’s why he woke us all up. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. No food or water was offered to us or the children, no tissue in the lobby bathroom. It’s hard to believe people pay to stay here!!

Fantastic location with a brilliant view, nice pool area. Helpful man who spoke some English on arrival which was helpful.
Rooms old fashioned with age old appliances, fridge not cold at all and freezer compartment iced up, I needed this for cold packs after having dental work so not good for me. No cups in rooms which I also needed for soup as couldn't eat so that wasn't good at all.
Think the hairdryer was as old as me, 52!!!
It's a shame the owner doesn't update the place cos it could be so much nicer and has lovely views, bit of a waste of a good location really.
