Delight Deluxe Hotel & Spa

All the positive reviews that you see below refer to the Delight Deluxe Hotel, but I sincerely sympathize if you are accommodated in the second building of this Delight Deluxe Hotel & Spa (from the word “Spa” there are a couple of massage rooms in the basement, which we do not dared to visit).
A very active location in terms of traffic, someone is constantly driving and unloading, there are two restaurants right under the window! No breakfast! You won't be able to sleep until two o'clock in the morning - it sounds like you have guests having fun on the balcony! In short, this is complete horror! Unfortunately, we stayed for two nights with our family and we felt very uncomfortable here! The administration and the hotel owner responded unsatisfactorily to our requests to change the room and did nothing to improve our stay at the Delight Deluxe Hotel & Spa. And this is sad, gentlemen! Please avoid this terrible establishment - it is not worth the money! We do not recommend this hotel to you!

Our stay was disappointing from start to end. When we wanted to check in, nobody was at the reception. We had to call and wait until staff came to greet us. The bathroom was not in the room, but in the hallway, which was described in the description. The night was horrible, since the room did not have dark curtains and it was way too bright too sleep, the street was noisy and the air conditioning was extremely loud to be turned on. We ended up not sleeping at all in this bright, loud and warm room. Next morning we had to get early breakfast to catch our flight, but it turned out that breakfast was served 700m away in a different restaurant, which was not mentioned to us during check-in. In the end we had to skip breakfast. We messaged the staff to ask for a refund of the breakfast, but the message was simply ignored without response.
