Great place in old town Antalya. I would consider this place a gem. Walking distance to everywhere but away from music or any street traffic. Its tuck away in a peacefully location.

Very nice place, rooms were small but clean and fully equipped. There were 2 parrots in the premises as well.

Booked the smallest standard room which was tiny with a bed against window and there was a
Faint drain smell in room-whch was slightly unpleasant, and room was a bit grubby, but it freshened up once been lived in for a few hours.
Smart TV not connected to Network.
Wifi was inconsistent in the room. Mostly off than on
Hand rail on stairs up to room was loose and dangerous and came off in hand. Saw that had been reviewed a year ago so not repaired.
Building work is going on in adjacent hotel but it's not too bad.
Covers on bed are dried hard, so it feels like laying under a biscuit! Sheets on my bed had 3 tears/ holes in.
Parrot in cage near reception squaking nonstop from early so ear plugs needed if light sleeper
Breakfast is either a buffet or brought to you depending on how many guests are in the hotel. Buffet is better so you don't waste food. For UK guests, serving chips for breakfast is very odd.
Location is really great in the centre of old town
Easy to get to with a straight walk from Hadrians Gate

Very sun-catching relaxing pool terrace available and nice Spanish music playing - Buena Vista Social club vibe
Great value hotel if you can get a very good deal and would recommend if so, but recommend to get a room other than the cheapest unless its only for a night or 2.

It's in a great location, the hotel is pretty and the rooms are clean and spacious, they match the pictures. The breakfast was basic. They have a nice courtyard with a pool and bar. The restaurant next door is very noisy at night but quietens down around 12 am.

Breakfast had a nice spread
Coffee is not great ( possibly a crime in Turkey to use a Nescafé machine)
We had room 103 there is loud music across the road till late ( I slept like a log, the wife didn’t )
But nice and clean

I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone. It was a mess from the beginning, they completely switched our booking from what we wanted and paid for to another room that was a complete downgrade. They even tried to say it was an upgrade but they would not allow us to go in the room we actually paid for.
The room "upgrade" was on the top floor and you couldn't even stand in many portions of the room. There was no storage, garbage bin and the bathroom had not been cleaned before we entered, there was toothpaste all over the bathroom.
Our A/C broke and they were useless with the fix. They said someone would come and look-no one did. It was able to turn on but not able to regulate it at all in the end.
I am incredibly disappointed in the hotel and the front desk who outright lied to us when he said no other rooms were available when we said this isn't what we paid for. I looked online and other options were there so clearly they just overbooked or just did not care about what people actually pay for. The front desk was incredibly dismissive and clearly were not about to help solve any issues at all.
There was atleast two other couples who also were put in the wrong rooms and very displeased about the situation as well. Again with the front of 'better rooms'.
Would not advise anyone to stay in this hotel.
If I thought I could have actually got my money back from them I would have left immediately.
Honestly just avoid it.

Very good location - in Old Town and close to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping, the old city marina, hidirilik tower, karaalioglu park, and pick up point for day trips which is just outside the hadrian gate.
The room was quite small and many things didnt function. Unaccessible bedside drawers, tv and safe didnt work, small old shower with no proper ventilation, no space to hang/dry anything except for wardrobe, beddings smelling of cat food. The ac worked really well though.
The staff communication was polite yet terrible. I needed early check in and contacting them prior to staying was a nightmare. Either they didnt pick up, or if they did, they'd tell you they don't know/call back later. Upon arriving early morning 6am, we were told by the night shift manager that'd hed provide us the room early around 9am and agreed that it doesnt make sense to pay for early check in just for 3 hours and we could just lounge around by the pool until the. But this was a lie. The day manager simply dismissed us and asked for extra nights cost for a room that was in the attic with barely any space to stand straight. Frustrated and disappointed, we just ended up waiting till 2pm for check in.
We didnt have wifi for an entire day despite complaining. The wifi in rooms is different to wifi in lobby which the staff didnt seem to understand. They simply didnt bother completing the wifi process which is why we couldnt access the wifi in the room.
Throughout our stay, we had different information provided by different 5 staff which got very very frustrating. Water bottle and amenities etc is only provided on the first day which is not clearly mentioned in description. One staff told us there is housekeeping every third day when we requested for few things, however this isnt true as per other staff/owner.
Breakfast was ok. Not much selection in warm food, only chips and sausages and eggs.
The indoor area looks pretty with the plants and swimming pool. Lots of cute cats. There are 3 parrots and one of them talks! the noise levels are expectedly high if youre facing the pool area. Not ideal if youre a light sleeper.
Overall, great location but needs better service.

The hotel and the service staffs were exceptional. I am sad that I just booked this hotel for one day out of my 4 days trip, if I had known earlier, I would book it for my whole trip. The streets of this location was the best part of this hotel, no such amazing location in other parts of Antalya. Everytging was nearby, including 5 min walk to Mermerli beach, 7 min away from Hadrian's Gate, old bazaar is 5 min away, Clock tower is 15 min away. There is a pool in the hotel, along with free breakfast. Go for it!!!
