DAM HOTEL LARA

We were at the Dam Hotel in July 2024 for 5 days.
It was our first visit to Antalya and we chose the Dam Hotel and were so glad that we did.
The staff was amazing from Managers to kitchen and cleaning staff. They made us feel like family from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. All the staff was super nice and friendly and very kind. The staff went above and beyond for us and nothing that we asked for was too much.
Our checkout was 1pm and our flight was not until 10:00pm but they let us stay at the hotel and still allowed us to use all the facilities at no extra charge, they even shared their dinner with us which was so kind of them. The Hotel is situated in Lara which is beautiful, clean and very safe for tourists to freely have a good wonder around.
We are booking our return in April and are staying with our Dam Family again.

I recently stayed at Dam hotel lara with my siblings and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, (espiceally Mike) ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped and we truly felt like home.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the area.

Good afternoon. My family and I rented a 4-bed room for 2 nights. Upon arrival, we were quickly checked in; the young man at the reception was very polite and nice. But upon entering the room we encountered a number of disadvantages:
1) terrible smell (smoked walls and textiles)
2) the 4th berth in the form of a folding chair was completely broken
3) in a chandelier of 3 horns, only one was burning.
4) the refrigerator did not work (I have diabetes and medications need to be stored strictly in the refrigerator)
5) broken shower (water flows not from the watering can, but from the edge)
The hotel staff speaks only Turkish and English. Therefore, we limited ourselves to the most important complaints and bought us a refrigerator, and instead of an armchair they brought us an extra bed. The problems were resolved quickly, within 10 minutes. I was satisfied with this.
On the positive side: I was very pleased with the breakfast. Very friendly staff prepares coffee, tea, and pours juice. They offered me an omelette. The buffet is not rich, but you can eat: sliced ​​sausage, cheese, sausages, boiled eggs, corn flakes and milk, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, watermelon, melon, nuts, bread and cheese
I was also pleased with the cleaning.
The hotel is very tired. But for such a price, what can you expect?) The main value is its location: near the Terra City shopping center, Migros and a beautiful waterfall. The beach is about 15 minutes by car. Parking is always available at the hotel.
And, another nuance, as I understand, people who often stay in this hotel are people who come for dental treatment and cosmetic surgery). Therefore, do not be surprised to meet people in bandages and other “medical” devices in the corridor)))
Overall price = quality. Staying a couple of nights is ok)

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and helpful attitudes. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating, providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, they were very kind. Throughout our stay, the housekeeping team ensured our room was spotless and comfortable. Overall, the level of service and friendliness from the hotel staff exceeded our expectations. This is a wonderful hotel to stay in whether you are a family, a couple or just single. The rooms are a very generous size and very attractively decorated. Bed, pillows and linen are of very good quality. The place is spotlessly clean. There is a small pool with sunbeds. Great location for the beaches, Grand Bazaar, Shopping & Restaurants and Bars. The real gem is Big John. He is the face of the hotel and the man that can and will do anything he can to make your holiday the very best it can be. Enjoy!

Loved the hotel and the staff! Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The outdoor pool was very clean and good for some free time, the room is also very clean and it has a plenty amount of space. The breakfast was also marvelous, highly recommend! I will definitely be coming back! :)

Had an amazing time at Dam Hotel! From the get go, "Big John" welcomed me with a big smile and made me feel at ease! Other staff member Tim, manager Ugur and cleaner Anastacia were all lovely. I'd definitely recommend staying here. If not for the staff, the hotels mascot dog Roy!
