Dont waste your money on this poorly managed, low class yet expensive hotel, and never book in advance, one can find better options in their price nearby

We stayed for 5 nights. The room was very clean. The staff is friendly. I recommend this hotel

I gave one star because is not possible to give zero or below. My worst ever experience, The location was good, That's the only positive thing I can say. Otherwise the room was dirty, Stains on the sheets, the bathroom was REALLY awful, disgusting, there’s hair everywhere in it.
Service was also very very poor! The staff didn’t clean our room or change the bed sheets & pillowcases for 4 days even though we informed them that it should be cleaned.
Wifi doesn’t work.
Breakfast was tragedy.
Most of the staff didn’t understand or speak english (except one woman).
Not recommended at all!

Very Economical Rooms. Room size is small but nicely maintained.
Good location near City Centre and Market Areas. Staffs are co-operative as well.

Bad. Personnel doesn't speak English. There are several bad-rated hostels with same title "Ersoy" in this location. The only reason why such places are not closed - corruption, I guess. Service is bad. Even when I was leaving they tried to make troubles, I was hurrying to the airport, but person not knowing English tried to ask me whether I need a bill. Definitely do not pay much for this, it was less than ten euro when I stayed there.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Its on 4 mins walk from MarkAntalya and all the restaurants. Rooms were clean but bit small. I do recommend it. Complimentary breakfast was also a complete meal.

Very good location. The rooms are a little bit small but the furniture is new and the cleanliness is absolute. In the room you have everything you need, wifi and a mini fridge. The staff is very nice and helpful.
