A very poor hotel, its location is nice but the food is not varied.
There is no coffee machine!!!
Cleanliness is zero! I asked them to clean the room but to no avail!
The room I received was not clean!! The dirt from the previous guests was still there!!!
The bed was full of hair!!! Hair everywhere due to lack of cleanliness.

Very disappointed ☹️ rooms very old carpet beds shits towels absolutely not worse, breakfast nothing much anyway just better call it without breakfast!!!

An absolute disaster! I booked the Kıvrak Hotel because of the spa area, but the sauna has been out of service for 5 years. This was one of the main attractions for me, and I paid for it! The receptionist's response was unbelievable: go to Finland if you want a sauna. I've never experienced anything so outrageous.

A total disappointment! I chose the Kıvrak Hotel because I wanted to use the spa area, especially the sauna. How outrageous that the sauna has not been working for 5 years and this wasn't mentioned. And then the receptionist told me to go to Finland if I wanted a sauna. I've never received such a rude answer. This hotel is definitely not worth the money

Very cheap nice staff. The female reception has good English. Rooms are average. No kettle limited towels. Bare in mind if you enjoy your sleep this hotel is not for you as there are wild dogs barking at night . And also guest are loud

Rooms were good. Location 3 mins walk to mark Antalya. Breakfast not so good.

Small hotel with perfect location. Very well run, personnel are quite helpful. Cleaning is done on time and well. Breakfast is open buffet and decent with some limited hot food options available. There is a tram service available right in front of the hotel, one of the stops being airport.
