Patron Hotel

Unfortunately we have a bad experience with the hotel bistro. We were walking around the area and I saw that there is a café but the garden was closed so I asked a guy who was sitting there and he invited us inside the café and show us the buffet. He didn't speak English at all. Literally zero English. He didn't give us any menu, he didn't tell us any prices or show us any price list. But after we sat down he show us by his hands the buffet. We ask him about price or if we can just have a coffee. He didn't understand at all. So in the end I used the buffet (it was very poor buffet) and after I finish a plate he wrote on a paper price 250 TLR. It's kind of scam or at least it's very strange and unprofessional behaviour. After this experience I will never visit this "café" and hotel again.

This hotel experience was undoubtedly the most appalling in my life, and I'm a seasoned traveler who frequents hotels worldwide. Regrettably, this hotel not only lacked hygiene standards but also appeared to be a deceptive scam with its misleading images that bore no resemblance to the actual rooms. The amenities were in a deplorable state, with numerous items chipped, dirty, and falling apart, creating an overall unpleasant environment exacerbated by an offensive smell.

To make matters worse, a noisy bar across the road hosted a drummer playing loudly well past 1 in the morning, severely disrupting any chance of a peaceful night's rest. Despite the appearance of helpfulness, the hotel staff demonstrated a lack of genuine care and professionalism, as evidenced by the absence of any proper cleaning services.

Even their touted "penthouse" room proved to be a disappointment, mirroring the poor conditions and lacking the amenities as advertised. My sincere advice is to avoid booking a stay at this establishment at all costs.

It’s totally different from what’s shown in the pics, it’s not a proper hotel, they have given the name “Patron hotel” on different booking apps; the only good thing is the location.
