The room was comfortable with a lovely balcony that overlooked the swimming pool. There were slippers, body cream, sewing kit, shoe horn and soap in the room.
The room did not have water, tea or coffee.
I loved the breakfast and location of the hotel.
I exactly know where I stayed because I have paid a fortune. Of course, you will commend that. I am not sharing the full name here. You don't deserve any reply, but I just want the customers to know how awful you guys can be.
After waking up with bites on our bodies, and finding the source of it, we confronted the hotel manager about this issue and wanted to end our stay right away. Unfortinately the hotel manager got furios at us instead and insisted they have no issues with bed bugs, even after seeing the pics we took.
We left the hotel, unfortinately without any compensation, right away, and I would not recommend this hotel to any one due to these horrible events that occured. We have since then been in contact with 2 other guests that arrived at the same day as us, which has shared similar stories.
The hotel manager threathens every guest that tries to discuss any sort of inconvinience with them, and uses fake reviews (local friends & family) which we have became aware of since in order to silence guests speaking out the truth. Please be careful!
Cleanliness of the room could be better, sheets where not clean either. Bathroom not convenient, shower looks like of another age.
The worse, NO HOT WATER!!
And breakfast is far too late (not before 8h30am...).
Sorry not to be able to give a better feedback but recommending to absolutely avoid.
Manager told us water pressure is a common problem in the area, we checked other hotels near by, his claims are not correct!!
Reception area seems like a warehouse for carpets.
Manager himself gathers with his friends to make loud noises at the hotel entrance.
He has NO compassion or consideration towards his guests.
Saddest Buffet breakfast ever.
Rooms are neat and the pool is a big + for those hot summer days, the buffet breakfast is amazing. Perfect location with bars, restaurants, travel agents and walking distance to the beach.
