We spent a week here and were blown away by the wonderful friendly staff and homely atmosphere. Great location for getting around the old town, with a selection of restaurants to suit everyone. The rooms are spotless and the breakfast delicious and all fresh every morning. Can’t wait to return.

Great little hotel. Very clean, with lovely friendly helpful staff. We had suite, kettle, water, tea all available. Beds really comfy. Breakfast has so much choice, local style.. Amazing location, 3 walking distance to old town, restaurants and bars. Felt very safe. The pool area is quite small, but so are all the pool ares in the old town, but we always had space to enjoy the sun. As a boutique hotel, it exceeded our expectations

Our experience was fairly pleasant. The reception staff were friendly and they upgraded our package to junior suite since we missed 1 day because of our delayed flight in our homecountry. Not everything was there in the room, for example no Toothbrush and toothpaste, no ironing facilities. Also, the room we were put in, was next to the highway so it was a little bit noisy. Other than that it was good.

Good central location especially for shopping. Rooms poor condition & not pre-checked before handing keys to guests. Customer service extremely poor. They do not respond to guest complaints. Food below average.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always wanting to help and assist. The guys in the reception area and kitchen staff were amazing. The property itself is in the best location with bars and restaurants nearby and few minutes away from the Old Antalya Castle. Would always return to this property.

The hotel is very comfortable. The entrance is on the street, but once you enter the hotel, you will find peace and quiet in the bustling city. The room is not big but very clean. There is a pool in the hotel's small courtyard where you can feed the kittens for breakfast. I also asked the front desk guy to recommend a place to eat barbecue. The hotel is within walking distance of Hadrian's Gate. It's also very quick to the airport, 25 minutes by taxi

Our stay at elegance hotel was first class, the room was spacious clean and compatible, beautiful view from our balcony to the pool so tranquil ,the staff especially hazal were top class could not do enough for you to make your stay a positive experience ,just a short walk from all the restaurants and shops would definitely recommend to stay here.

The A/C did not work at some point.
We waited until late for someone to try to fix it.
We had to ask for another room instead of waiting for so long.
Then the problem was sorted. But from there the new r offered room was smaller than we had previously.

We recently spent a week at Elegance Hotel, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The air conditioning was positioned directly above our heads, blowing cold air on us constantly, which resulted in both of us getting sick with severe coughs. This might have been bearable if we could have opened the window for some fresh air, but unfortunately, our window faced a generator that made a constant noise. It was impossible to open the window without being overwhelmed by the sound.

The rooms were worn out, dirty, and absolutely nothing like the pictures we saw before our arrival. The towels, which were supposed to be clean, were disgusting and seemed as if they hadn’t been properly washed. When we pointed out the issues, we were offered another room in the basement, but it smelled of mold and was in no way an improvement.

As if that wasn’t enough, the breakfast was terrible. It was tasteless and completely lacked freshness and quality. There was nothing on the breakfast table that met even the basic standards one would expect from a budget hotel.

To top it all off, the staff was incredibly arrogant and indifferent to our situation. We brought the numerous problems to their attention multiple times, but no help was offered. We truly feel that we wasted our money on this stay. The photos of the hotel are heavily manipulated, and it is in no way a place we recommend. Do not waste your money!!!

PLEASE READ REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING ( I hardly place poor reviews however had to on this one) Location is the only Pro to this hotel Below are the Cons x5 Ground floor apartment 1/10 No Sunlight (Don’t recommend Booking even if it’s the last room available) Water – Complimentary 1st day (on the days ahead you will have to pay this wasn’t disclosed to us Breakfast – 3/10 (Prefer going to LUNA Garden next door we stayed for 4 days on the second day I went next door for breakfast) Pool opening times 10-7pm ( this was a major downside – Unable to join swim in the evenings this was very unpleasant considering the weather at the time. Noise above people walking up and down consistently
