Never negotiate with the owner about rooms - he will cheat you. What happened to me: since the reviews were negative, I first came to this hotel to look at the rooms. The rooms were small and the air conditioning was obviously old. But the price on the booking site was also low. As soon as I walked out the door to make a reservation, the snide hotel owner immediately increased the price by 2 times! Avoid this place.

The hotel itself is not very strange. It's just ok but the customer service makes it perfect.. customer service is always the key that makes anything perfect and they've got it.

Rooms are not big but very nice. Location is great. 5 minutes walk to the sea/beach.

This hotel is simply lovely in its cleanness and simplicity. The rooms are very neat and clean, You will find everything you need if you are staying for a short or long time. The location is perfect, walking distance from many cafeterias, restaurants and grocery stores. You can rent a bike and move around, or you can take a walk to the beach and attractions nearby. The staff are always helpful and smiling. This place exceeded my expectations. Totally recommended if you are staying in Antalya! I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

It was a nice experience, the hospitality of the people and the kindness was an important piece. The room was big enough for the 3 people that we were. It included breakfast and has a fairly large pool. It is close to supermarkets and 5 min from the beach. 100% recommended for a vacation in Antalya.

Nice place, but for the price it's slightly overpriced. However the location is good. They don't have iron or kettle in the rooms or bathroom items. But for a night or 2 it's good. Free parking outside and supermarket 2 mins away. Nice pool and decent breakfast.

Location great, the pool better then in more expensive hotels in neighbourhood. Rooms OK, but poor breakfast. Overall for me a good deal for a price.
