Olbia Hotel

Two things I like about this hotel are its location and good breakfast. Otherwise, it’s very outdated and in urgent need of renovation. Every time I stay there, something is broken or doesn’t work properly. But I’m coming back for its location and good breakfast and reasonable price.

An excellent hotel for a budget vacation. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and unobtrusive. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the sea. The room window offers a stunning sea view. Two bottles of water, tea, and coffee are replenished daily in the room. A large 5-minute Migoros supermarket and many grocery stores are within walking distance. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, but I'm not very picky. I really liked everything. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location price was affordable as demand was low, air con and also a mini fridge is provided overall a 9/10 for what I had paid

It was a good hotel for the price. The place is good and clean, the staff is very nice.

You may find an old man at the reception(Evening shift), and you may think that he is unfriendly, but you will discover that he is a good person and seeks to serve you.

The guys at the morning desk are great and helpful.

To be fair this hotel would be great for those who can't afford a five star hotel.

Everything ok.but no kettle in room and problem with hot water in shower sometimes

4 stars for its location and views from the hotel. The facilities are very basic.
There is a pool mainly for adults with a depth of 4.5 feet. The kids pool is tiny. The pool is not guarded. There is a lift. The rooms are air-conditioned but they don't always work. Linen and cleaning service is provided daily. The bathrooms are tatty especially the shower was fiddly and difficult to use. Kitchen was very basic with kettle and fridge. no microwave, no glasses, cups, plates or cutlery. we had to buy plastic cups from nearby for drinking water. two paper cups and tea bags were provided. The breakfast is served 7 to 10 and it was quite reasonable.
The best thing about this hotel is its location right across the road from Konyalti beach. There are beautiful views of the beach from the terrace. The area is very noisy upto 2am so avoid if you slerp early.
