The room was quite nice, the food was overpriced. The breakfast being included made it nice, the pool was excellent; the perfect temperature every time we jumped in.
The gym was very well equipped.
The room was lovely and clean but slightly outdated. Toilet is slight small and outdated considering 5 star hotel. The rooms are not soundproof and at times it was noisy outside in corridor and disturbed sleep couple of times and double bed was made of two single mattresses. But overall due to view from room and room services I would say it was all good.
Hotel is nice, services are good and good facilities with nice location. I love the pools and gym.
I’m not sure why all lights in hotel are red and somehow it seems too dark at times. Food was good.
Considering location and rest of the staff good service except man at the reception, I would say it was good experience staying at hotel Su.
I would visit again due to all this but hotel management should consider to making rooms and toilets more modern.
Nice rooms, perfect white effect with nice mirrors. However, , small bathroom and no bathtub. Beds are a bit short for a tall person. I could smell tobacco yet I was in a no smoking room. Also I think prices are a bit exaggerated for the services offered.
Cleaning could be improved. If you stay longer, the cleaning turns to basic. For example no moping just bed making only.
Lastly. Staff are a bit cold and appear somehow miserable, not welcoming. No smile or at least hello.
However, in all it is a nice hotel, in a nice area and I would not mind staying again if I visit Antalya.
