City hotel with good service. Located across a busy road from the beach which you can access through the underpass. Their animation team at the hotel no, but the evening shows organized by invited artists. Beautiful night views of the city opens from the upper floors of the hotel. The hotel is easily reached by public transport to shopping centres and the Old town.

The Ultra All Inclusive food was delicious and had lots of variety. Every evening there were fun shows like dancing and karaoke, and the lobby staff always offered tea or drinks with a smile.
The private beach was clean and relaxing, a perfect place to spend the day.
A big thank you to Ms. Shirin, who was always checking if everything was okay and made sure we were happy with our stay. She really made our experience even better
The beach and pool area are amazing, and the atmosphere is relaxing. 🌴✨
However, we were a bit disappointed with the food — we expected more variety, especially when it comes to Turkish desserts. It would be nice to have more traditional sweets to try. 🍰🇹🇷

The food was fantastic, with so much variety and delicious flavors every day. We always looked forward to mealtimes because there was something new and fresh to try.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious, giving us the perfect place to relax after busy days.
What I loved most was how entertaining and lively the hotel is. There are plenty of activities, shows, and things to do, so we were never bored. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun.
If you’re looking for a hotel in Antalya that combines great service, amazing food, comfortable rooms, and entertainment for all ages, Porto Bello is the place to be. We had such a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend it!
Things I didn’t like :
1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food.
2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception.
3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅
4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅
GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL :
1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated.
2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass.
3. The outdoor pool is nice.
4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish.
5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

- Communication can be challenging, as many staff members have limited English proficiency. The food selection is decent, though some grilled items served at lunch and dinner tend to be cold, and the cold cuts at breakfast are of low quality. Although it was early in the season, the beach was not well maintained. It is rocky, lacks shallow water, and offers an industrial view. While a few staff members are genuinely kind, the majority come across as unwelcoming. My minibar was empty upon arrival and was never restocked, despite reporting it to reception, leaving a note for housekeeping as advised, and raising the issue with customer care—whose manager unfortunately had very limited English skills.
