It's a basic hotel 🏨 like something from the 50s in decor.was not cheap in my opinion, but for one night ( as catching a flight next day ) it was convenient

AMAZING AND RELAXING WITH SUCH LOVELY PEOPLE WHO WORK AT THE HOTEL THEY ALL MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED AND WERE VERY HELPFUL IN GIVING DIRECTIONS TO WHEREVER I WAS GOING DAY TO DAY.

Bad hotel, there is no hot water, the air conditioners in the rooms are very old and do not work well, and it is not possible to sleep well because of the sound of the air conditioner. Also the cleanliness in the hotel is not good. Breakfast is okay compared to the hotel price.

The hotel is homely and quite old fashioned but we didn’t mind this until it was accompanied with bad service and an overall careless team of receptionists.
1. One of the guys at reception was extremely unpleasant when my family and I asked for milk to be heated up so my 2 year old nephew could have it. He instructed the kitchen staff to not do this for us which I find quite odd, he showed an extremely lack of understanding for the simplest thing.
2. Our tap in the bathroom became loose after a day of use and once we told the hotel staff, we came back to our hotel room with no tap the next evening. Why not replace it or offer us another room?
The customer service is atrocious.
3. The water takes approx 10 mins to become hot, this may be an overall problem in Antalya however when the water is running in the shower, it builds up.
The only good thing about staying at this hotel is the various cafes just down the road as well as souvenir shops and other dessert shops however, you’re better off paying a little extra for a better hotel so you don’t spend your stay having to constantly sort out problems within the room and there are many other hotels in this same area.
Do not waste your time, money and holiday staying at this hotel. You can find much better service and overall experience elsewhere.

Pathetic old school hotel, pathetic hotel management and breakfast served was very very bad. Hotel management didn't know the English language at all. Breakfast served was stale and not fresh at all. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is quite good, related to the airport, Old Town, transportaion.
Staff is very friendly and speak Russian, Turkish, English (that I know of).
Free breakfast choices were very good. Coffee is instant though.
Single room was quite small (picture New York hotels) and bathroom/shower as well. There a key safe in the room.
They offer airport transfers that are maybe less than the regular taxi.
The hotel offers all the basics you need to spend your time in Antalya.
I liked the value for the money.

The hotel is very basic and that is what you pay for. I wish the room was a bit cleaner. It looked like the curtains were not washed for a long time and the bathroom could be cleaned more deeply. The hotel is located directly by a school and that makes it a bit noisy during the weekdays. The breakfast is basic and is served from 8 to 10 every morning. The staff is friendly enough but most of them can not speak english. It's 15-20 minutes walk to the city center.

In fact, we didn’t have a long experience in that hotel. We made our booking from Expedia, but once we arrived at the hotel, they refused to accept our reservation because we have a baby who wasn’t included in the reservation. The website didn’t accept the baby because it is so easy to add a small bed for him. We asked from them to just give us the room and we will manage everything but they told us that we must book another additional room putting our children lonely in the room, in addition to pay the fee of that additional room. We went to other hotel which they didn’t mind adding a small bed to the room for the baby.
