**Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!**
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can't express enough how disappointed I was with the entire experience. The room was *filthy* from the moment I walked in.
There was **black mold** in the bathroom, stains on the walls and curtains, and the **bedsheets and towels smelled awful**-sometimes even stained. I had to **beg for clean sheets after a week**, as the staff seemed completely uninterested in maintaining cleanliness.
The worst part? There were times when there was **no hot water** for a shower.
The **staff don't speak English**, which, while understandable to some degree, was very frustrating, as I'm not a native English speaker either and had trouble communicating any issues.
The restaurant was another nightmare— no tags to tell you what the food was or what ingredients were used, and the menu was **the same every day**. On top of that, **the tables were dirty**, and the food hygiene left much to be desired. The **bar was disappointing too**, with **very few drink options** available.
They advertise a "private beach," but what they don't tell you is that you'll be **charged to use it**, which is ridiculous after already paying for your stay. And don't expect to relax either—**loud music** (the same 10 songs on repeat!) blasts from morning until 11 PM, making it impossible to enjoy any peace and quiet.
The **bathroom was in such horrible condition** that I had to buy bleach myself just to clean it, but even that didn't solve the persistent **sewer smell**.
To top it off, the **stairs were filthy** the **deckchairs were broken**
*, and **there's no elevator**, which made lugging my bags a huge hassle. There's also **no separate smoking area**", so the whole place is a nightmare if you're sensitive to smoke or have asthma.
**Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place.**
Absolutely the worst hotel experience l've ever had.
Awful, Terrible, Horrific.
Avoid at all cost. ⚠️ ✋️ 🚫 .
This hotel is described as a 4* Hotel. I would reluctantly give it 1 star and that's being generous.
We were a family of 5 who booked 2 separate rooms. We were disappointed within the first few minutes of arriving. The female members of the family were in tears and kids were upset.
The staff spoke little to no English and apart from 1 member of staff they were all unprofessional amd not very approachable.
Within 1 hour we got on the phone to our tour operators and requested to be moved ASAP. We had to pay a a premium amount to another hotel but it was well worth the difference for the sake of my family's well being and happiness.
In retrospect it was apparent any positive reviews were written by their own members of staff, as it had the same style and tone. Furthermore, other reviews have stated this to be true.
Again, I can only reiterate not to stay at this hotel under any circumstances unless you want to experince high disappointmemt and not enjoy your vacation.
The owners need to demolish this site completely and build new fresh complex. The lies will eventually come back.to bite them if it has not started already.
We stayed in two rooms during our two nights stay. The first room was something from a horror movie. I don't know if it has ever been cleaned up, the towels were moist, the sheets looked worn off and this was the best part of that room. The bathroom was the worst part. It had a strong ammonia smell and some unpleasant odour. On top of all those smells, someone also smoked inside... so we had also the cigar smoke on top. We tried to clean it up with some wet napkins, but then we decided that it is impossible to sleep there. We went to the reception and they changed our room. This one was clean, didn't smell and had fresh bed sheets, which was wow. The new room was a big improvement. I think the whole complex has a sewage problem because even in the new room we felt a bad odour from time to time.
The whole complex is in serious need of renovation.
The food is good, one can find something to eat. They have plenty of salads and also they are preparing fresh food on the spot. We ate some really good cheese pies there.
The air conditioning in the rooms is also silent and good. And in Bodrum you need to have the air conditioning in the summer.
The people working in the restaurant and reception are really nice and trying to help, but they can't do too much with what the hotel itself has to offer.
My stay at this hotel has been very disappointing. Here are the main issues:
**Staff:** They interrupt meals and constantly ask about your plans, which is intrusive. Some are rude, though a few are nice.
**Noise:** Loud music and thin walls make it noisy until 1 am, with people jumping into the pool late at night.
**Food:** Nearly all the food is cold and dry, though there are good options. The salad is often frozen, and waitstaff take your plate without asking if you're finished.
**Facilities:** The air conditioning is controlled by the hotel. The pool ladder is often blocked, and kids are unaccompanied and noisy. After returning from the beach, none of the taps or shower worked in our room for three hours. Power outages are common.
**Comfort:** Pillows are uncomfortable and old. We were only given one towel for two people each time our room was cleaned. The reception area is always messy, and the hotel smells of sewage.
**Customer Service:** Staff persistently try to sign you up for activities and don't take no for an answer. The general clientele is rude and unpleasant. WiFi barely works.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. The one star is for the food only—it is nice, but cold and dry. My stay has been unpleasant, and I urge potential visitors to reconsider.
First of all, there is no one speaks English fluently. Even the reception staff. Let’s forget about fluent. I am talking about basic English. I think it is the basic criterion to hire someone who can speak English in the reception position.
Anyway, second of all, it is all true that who wrote bad reviews before. I don’t know how they mostly get 5 starts. Oops, I know why hahaha. It was our 5th day ( we had bookings for 8 days) animation team guy asked us to write good reviews. He even asked for my boyfriend’s phone and wrote reviews by himself haha. The funny part is he mentioned his name and basically “Thanks so much Mr. Musa, he is a good man” haha. Then he asked for my phone with No shame!!! I said no, I will write a review after the holiday. Ps: I have evidence. But it is a shame, right? 😆 But he does do his job well. I just don't like fake things.
Last thing food wasn’t great at all. My stomach was hurting so badly. I thought it was the weather or alcohol. But it wasn’t. Literally, they made something in the morning and if there is something left over add some sauce and fry it. Walla, now we have lunch and dinner haha. In 8 days I had only 2 good dishes. Coz it was fresh. 😝
Oh yeah, if you want to get some rest and peace, I wouldn't recommend this place.
SHOUTOUT TO STAFF who truly wanted to help us. You guys save this hotel.
Thanks for making my stay wonderful 💕
