The rooms were pretty clean and had no mess and the service was absolutely amazing you need to visit this hotel and its for last minute hotel pretty good 10/10 mus recommend

Room: nice and clean with beautiful city view.
Breakfast: not much to choose from I guess because they didn't have many guests at the hotel

We have stayed for 1 night, we came from a long journey and we arrived late at night. I will not mention something regarding the level of luxury as its related to the amount you pay to the property. But the most worst thing is the dirty blankets and toilets. The toilets were not clean. We changed our room for 3 times because everything time the room had a different issue. The floors were so sticky. Every bed has hair and not clean enough. The smell of clorox is in every single towel. We have asked for a refund but they refused. We have agreed on a price over the telephone but once we checked in, the receptionist told us that this is not our prices. There is not the way to talk to a customer

Personnel 18.06 i. For 2021 reservations, the waiter except a friend is on the table RAGMEN that 100 ml of fruit juice is said to be included in breakfast, and his arrogant talk is at night. The resentful welcome of the reservationist is a complete disgrace, I do not recommend it to anyone
